Abstract

L'invention concerne une machine à fixer (1) permettant de fixer un tissu de renforcement sur des pièces découpées de textile à l'aide d'une courroie transporteuse (3) et d'une courroie de recouvrement (4) qui sont respectivement guidées par deux poulies de renvoi (5, 6, 7, 8). Une zone de pression (9) est formée entre les deux poulies de renvoi (6, 8) de la courroie de recouvrement et de la courroie transporteuse, situées à une sortie de la machine à fixer. A proximité de chaque courroie, sont placés au moins un détecteur (11, 12) permettant de détecter la position de la courroie et un rouleau de commande (13, 14) réglable en fonction du signal du détecteur. La machine à fixer doit présenter un dispositif de commande de courroie simplifié qui exerce de faibles charges sur la courroie, assurant ainsi une durée de vie plus longue des courroies. Ce dispositif de commande de courroie doit également être de production plus économique. Un détecteur permet de déterminer l'écart de chaque bande par rapport à sa position centrale et le rouleau de commande est réglé en fonction de l'écart pour ramener la courroie concernée à sa position centrale.
