背景技术
该定型机在成衣业中被用于如此强化织物,即,上下重叠的多个织物层被相互粘结或层压,这例如在领子或袖口时就是如此。此时通常有输送带及位于输送带上方的所谓覆带,它们以压缝形式上下紧挨着移动。因而,这两条带将由面料、粘合物和里衬构成的多层组件保持就位。用于加热两条带的加热装置加热该织物层,从而它们在压缝中在压力和热的作用下相互粘结。
这些带在横向上没有止挡和强制导向机构地安置在辊上,从而它们可能相对于中心走带偏移并且可能出现带跑偏。为了又将带的走向调准,设有定向调准机构,其包括活动安置的且横向于走带方向延伸的辊或梁。通过一侧增大带张力来修正走带情况。该辊或梁通过调节机构例如主轴马达或升降缸来摆转,因而被调节成倾斜,以使带回到中心位置。
此外,由WO 2006/102946 A1公开了,该定向调准机构的辊在一个轴向端可转动安装并且在相反一端通过调节机构横向于辊的轴向来运动。此时,通常如此进行这种控制,即为了快速到达中心位置,使所述辊在相反方向转动超过中心位置,从而所述带顺利进入中心位置。当通过传感器装置又检测到带的中心位置时,所述辊留在当前的摆转位置。与此相关,当然需要进行某种二次控制运动,因为所述带通常相对于中心位置而言先在对置的一侧移动超过中心位置,以便随后又回移到中心位置。
也已在实践中采用的另一种结构在辊的相对两端分别设置一个自己的调节机构,从而引申出其它的调节可能性。
发明内容
本发明的任务是提供一种定型机,它具有用于定向调准机构的低成本并且允许快速取向调准。
这将在上述类型的定型机中通过横向于走带方向延伸且被所述带接触的导向件来实现,该导向件作为等臂杆的可转动支承的部分来构成,其中该等臂杆横向于走带方向延伸并且等臂杆支座相对于带宽居中布置,在此,设有用于使导向件摆转的调节机构。
在根据本发明的定型机中,该导向件通过等臂杆支座居中支承,就是说在带的中央三分之一内,尤其基本上就在带的中心,因而与现有技术相比,只设有一个调节机构并且该调节机构也只需要很小的调节行程。因为调节行程短,故也很快速地进行带回移。横向于走带方向延伸的导向件被所述带最好在整个带宽范围内接触,并且可以转向梁或转向板条的形式构成,或者也可以转向辊的形式构成。
另外,应只在一个等臂杆臂尤其是等臂杆梁的一端设有一个调节机构,因而所需要的调节机构数量及调节机构尺寸和进而与之相关的费用被减小。
该调节机构可以是呈拉力/压力缸形式的活塞-缸单元以允许快速响应。或者,当然也可采用主轴马达或其它线性马达。
该调节机构与如此编程的控制装置相连,即,该调节机构在居中走带时被停用并且该导向件可自由摆转。就是说,大体在居中走带时该调节机构被停用,由此该等臂杆自由摆转,带自身可找到平衡。
即,一旦等臂杆略微摆离其中心,则该调节机构没有马上被启用。相反,该调节机构甚至被停用并在停用状态下允许等臂杆进行一定晃动。根据优选实施方式,该调节机构与如此编程的控制装置相连,即,当带跑偏时,该调节机构将所述带引入预定的中心位置并且该调节机构在到达带中心位置时随后被切换至无压力或无张紧作用。因此,该调节机构赋予该带一个动量并且使带回移至中心位置。而在现有技术中进行略微的过调且随后又回调,就是说需要少量的控制动量,而该调节机构在到达中心位置后被切换至无压力或无张紧作用,从而等臂杆可自由摆转。所述的等臂杆和带令人吃惊地快速停摆,而无需调节机构干预。为此需要少量的控制动量。另外,由此也可使所述带以相对高的横向速度回到中心位置。带的高横向速度在现有技术中总是造成调整过度,从而所述带在相反方向上移动超出中心位置且随后又回移,直到逐渐接近中心位置。本发明避免了这种控制复杂性。
所述连续的带也需要带张紧器。本发明规定,该定向调准机构本身作为带张紧器来构成并且等臂杆支座被偏置向所述带。由此可以省掉带张紧器。
带张紧器包括至少一个弹性件。
本发明的优选实施方式甚至规定,该定向调准机构是用于相应的连续带的唯一的带张紧器。就是说,在本发明的定型机中设置的一条带或两条带设计成具有自己的定向调准机构,其同时也构成带张紧器或者说构成唯一的带张紧器。
本发明还提供一种用于将上下重叠的多个织物层定型的定型机,其具有循环绕行的连续的多条带和用于在带跑偏时使相应的带自动回位的至少一个定向调准机构,其中,所述定向调准机构具有横向于走带方向延伸的、接触所述带的导向件,其中,所述导向件被构成为可摆动安装的等臂杆梁,所述等臂杆梁构成等臂杆的一部分,其中,所述等臂杆横向于所述走带方向延伸,等臂杆支座相对于所述带居中布置,并且设有用于使所述导向件摆动的调节机构。
上述定型机的特点是具有用于识别带边缘的传感器单元,传感器单元包括安置在带边缘处的非接触工作的传感器探头、远离传感器探头且远离带布置的电子信号变换器和将传感器探头和信号变换器相连的信号传输导体。此变型方案可在没有或设有上述等臂杆的情况下使用。在现有技术的带边缘传感器装置中的问题是带被明显加热,因而传感器但尤其是安装在传感器内的电子装置承受高温负荷。为避免于此,在本发明的定型机中,传感器探头和电子装置明显彼此远离并通过信号传输导体相互连接。由此可以远离所述带来布置电子装置。
传感器探头例如用LED(发送器)和光电晶体管(接收器)工作。一种可选替代方式是利用超声波传感器的解决方案,其与光学解决方案相比不太容易变脏。
作为信号传输导体,可以根据传感器单元的设计采用例如电缆、光导或管来传输。
信号传输导体应具有至少50毫米的长度,从而传感器探头和电子装置具有至少50毫米间距。电子装置和传感器探头可以安置在薄板主体上,这有以下优点,即,传感器探头和电子装置安装在同一部件上。
当然也可以并排布置多个传感器探头。
在该定型机中,在现有技术中针对每条带在输入织物层的入口侧和在出口侧分别设有一个转向辊。出口侧的转向辊此时是用于这两条带的驱动辊。一个共同的驱动装置驱动链条,链条随后彼此同步地驱动出口侧的两个转向辊。在出口侧区域内,这些转向辊是所述带之间的最窄缝隙,或者限定出最窄缝隙。此结构中不利之处是,变化的链条张力同时改变了压紧力和带张力。为此,织物条带的粘结也间接与带和链条张力相关。
本发明的另一个任务在于避免上述缺点。
该任务将在根据本发明的定型机中或者概括地讲在根据如上所述的定型机中来如此完成,入口侧转向辊作为驱动辊来构成并为此被驱动。由于链条张力尤其也取决于温度并且出口侧温度高于入口侧的温度,故可以通过驱动入口侧转向辊来减小温度影响。另外,在入口侧没有转向辊用于压缝,因而驱动链条应力和/或带应力的波动不起作用。此构想可以与包括等臂杆的定向调准机构和/或远离信号变换器的传感器探头的上述构想一同被应用在一台定型机中,或者也可与这些构想无关地来应用。
所述两条带的两个入口侧转向辊最好通过皮带牵引段尤其是齿带相互驱动连接。

具体实施方式
图1示出定型机1,在该定型机中,上下重叠的多个织物层2在热和压力作用下通过粘结或层压被整面相互接合。图1仿效示出了上下重叠的织物层。
定型机1包括两条环绕运行的连续的带3、4,其中的带3是被称为输送带的下带。布置在其上方的上带4也被称为覆带。带3包括在走带方向上靠前的也被称为入口侧转向辊5的转向辊5以及在定型机1的相反一端的出口侧转向辊6。
带4相应地具有入口侧转向辊7以及与转向辊6相邻布置的出口侧转向辊8。

对此要注意的是,之前以及随后描述的所有辊最好以滚筒的形式构成并且至少在整个带宽范围内连续延伸,从而带3、4也在其整个宽度范围内贴靠各自的辊。
另外,所有辊的外表面也最好呈圆柱形构成,就是说不是呈鼓凸形等。不过,带3、4可能因此而在工作中从其理想中心位置沿侧向朝外偏移。没有设置用于带3、4的侧止挡或强制导向机构,因为止挡将随着时间的推移而损坏带3、4的边缘。
为了在带跑偏时使所述带3、4回位,为每条带3、4设置了一个定向调准机构11、12,其在传感器单元13、14发现带跑偏时发挥作用。
在图2中简化示出了其中一个定向调准机构12,在这里,另一个定向调准机构11可以相同或者略有不同地构成。
定向调准机构12包括沿走带方向B的横向延伸的导向件15,该走带方向为简化起见应是织物层2的输送方向。导向件15延伸经过整个带宽且也比带4本身宽,借此保证即便带跑偏导向件15也在其整个宽度范围接触带4。
在所示的实施方式中,导向件15可以是梁或板条,其表面很光滑,或许带有涂层,从而带4贴沿该导向件15滑动。
导向件15呈等臂杆梁形式,构成为等臂杆的一部分且可转动安装,在这里,该等臂杆横向于走带方向B延伸。等臂杆支座16居中布置,即,布置在带宽或导向件15中央的三分之一内。但等臂杆支座16最好就其最佳中心位置而言基本正好相对于带4居中布置。
因此,等臂杆支座16在定型机1的工作中构成了当带4的方向精确对准时的带4的中心。

当带4跑偏或以一定尺度偏移时,通过调节机构19自动使导向件15摆转。调节机构19安装在等臂杆的一个臂杆上,从而只设有唯一的调节机构。
例如调节机构19安装在导向件15的对置两端20之一上。
该调节机构最好是包括拉力/压力缸的活塞-缸单元。代替活塞-缸单元,也可以设置电动驱动装置。
调节机构19通过与传感器单元14相连的电子控制装置21被控制。
如果带4居中移动,则调节机构19被停用,从而导向件15可以等臂杆支座16为中心自由摆转,由此一来,带3、4通常找平衡至其中心位置。
若带3、4在工作过程中跑偏离中心位置,则相应启动该调节机构19,从而导向件15相应地在一个方向或另一个方向摆转以使带4又回到中心位置。
此时,调节机构19总以相同的预定行程在一个方向或另一个方向上摆出,而与带跑偏很厉害或很轻微无关。
因此,该行程可设计成使导向件15处于最佳位置,最好是水平位置,但也可略微超出此位置,以赋予所述带3、4在相反方向上的较强动量。
控制装置21被如此编程,即,调节机构19在居中走带时或在近似做到居中移动时又被停用,从而导向件15又可自由摆转。带4于是又找平衡至中心位置。在这里,通常不需要二次修正,因而很弱的控制动量就够了。
代替固定不动的梁或固定不动的板条,导向件15也可以辊的形式构成,如在图2中通过辊的中心轴线A所示。在此,该导向件15可以说是由多个部分构成的带辊的等臂杆梁,该辊安装在一个本身又由等臂杆支座16可转动支承的梁或板条上。
图4示出了传感器单元13、14,其定位在各自带3、4的边缘22处。
该传感器单元包括一个或多个传感器探头23且明显远离传感器探头地包括具有信号变换器24的电子装置。信号变换器24和传感器探头23之间的距离至少为50毫米并且该距离被信号传输导体25跨过,信号传输导体将由传感器探头23记录下的信号传输至信号变换器24。没有为此在传感器探头23附近布置电路,否则该电路将由于被加热至200℃的带3、4的强烈热辐射而承受热负荷。
如用下方线条在图4中所示,可设有两个对置的传感器探头23,它们安装在一个叉形件上。
传感器单元可以是超声波传感器,或者也可以是光学传感器单元,与此对应,信号传输导体25是管、耐高温电缆或玻璃纤维导体。
定型机1可以在入口侧或出口侧被驱动。优选的实施方式规定该定型机在入口侧被驱动。就是说,入口侧转向辊5、7被驱动,但出口侧转向辊6、8未被驱动。
用于两条带3、4的共同的驱动马达30通过驱动齿轮32驱动皮带牵引段31,最好是齿带。皮带牵引段31包绕与转向辊5、7相连的相应齿轮,在这里,最好也还设有一个转向轮33,其设计作为皮带牵引段31的张紧器。虽然皮带牵引段31在工作过程中具有不同的温度以及不同的带张力或皮带牵引段张力,但皮带牵引段的张力对压缝9的宽度没有影响。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于将上下重叠的多个织物层(2)定型的定型机,其具有循环绕行的连续的多条带和用于在带跑偏时使相应的带自动回位的至少一个定向调准机构,其中,所述定向调准机构具有横向于走带方向(B)延伸的、接触所述带的导向件(15),其特征在于,所述导向件(15)被构成为可摆动安装的等臂杆梁,所述等臂杆梁构成等臂杆的一部分,其中,所述等臂杆横向于所述走带方向(B)延伸,等臂杆支座(16)相对于所述带居中布置,并且设有用于使所述导向件(15)摆动的调节机构(19)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的定型机,其特征在于,只在一个等臂杆臂上设有一个调节机构(19)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的定型机,其特征在于,所述调节机构(19)是活塞-缸单元或电动驱动装置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的定型机,其特征在于,所述调节机构(19)与控制装置(21)相连,所述控制装置是如此编程的,即,所述调节机构(19)在居中走带时被停用并且所述导向件(15)能够自由摆转。
5.根据权利要求1所述的定型机,其特征在于,所述调节机构(19)与控制装置(21)相连,所述控制装置是如此编程的,即,在带跑偏时所述调节机构(19)被调节到预定的中心位置,并且所述调节机构在到达中心位置时随后被停用,从而所述导向件(15)能够自由摆转。
6.根据权利要求1所述的定型机,其特征在于,所述定向调准机构被构成为带预紧机构。
7.根据权利要求6所述的定型机,其特征在于,为了形成带预紧机构,所述等臂杆支座(16)朝向所述带被预紧。
8.根据权利要求6所述的定型机,其特征在于,所述带预紧机构具有至少一个弹性件(18),所述弹性件以一个力将所述导向件(15)压到所述带上。
9.根据权利要求5所述的定型机,其特征在于,所述定向调准机构是用于相应带的唯一的带预紧机构。
10.根据权利要求1所述的定型机,其特征在于,在所述等臂杆梁的一端上设有一个调节机构(19)。
