Abstract

　小粒径で、高い球状度及び表面均一度を有し、また標準偏差の小さいキャリア芯材を用いた樹脂被覆フェライトキャリア及びその製造方法、並びに該樹脂被覆フェライトキャリアを用いた高画質で、耐久性に優れた電子写真現像剤を提供することを目的とする。この目的を達成するため、平均粒径２０～５０μｍ、表面均一度９０％以上、平均球状率１～１．３、かつ球状率標準偏差０．１５以下の球状フェライト粒子からなることを特徴とする電子写真現像剤用樹脂被覆キャリア及びその製造方法、並びに該樹脂被覆キャリアを用いた電子写真現像剤を採用する。
