Abstract

Bei einem Koffer (1) bestehend aus zwei Kofferschalen (3, 5) aus Metall oder Kunststoff, die gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind, wobei die Kofferschalen mit einer Schliesseinrichtung (7) an Rahmenelementen (9) verschliessbar sind, die an den Rändern der Kofferschalen angeordnet sind, ist vorgesehen, dass mindestens eine Hauptfläche (11) der Kofferschalen (3, 5) eine eingelassene Vertiefung (13) aufweist, in der mindestens eine Tasche (15) über eine Grundplatte (17) befestigt ist.

Description

Koffer mit aufgesetzten Taschen
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Koffer nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
Derartige Schalenkoffer, deren Kofferschalen vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff oder Metall bestehen und die an einem Rand der Kofferschalen gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind, sind bekannt.
An den Rändern der Kofferschalen sind Rahmenelemente vorgesehen, die eine Schließeinrichtung aufweisen, um den Koffer zu verschließen. Es sind auch Koffer mit zwei Kofferschalen bekannt, die als Schließeinrichtung einen Reißverschluss aufweisen. Der Reißverschluss kann zusätzlich noch mit einem Schloss versehen sein.
Ferner sind Koffer bekannt, die aus textilem Stoff bestehen. An ihnen können außen zusätzliche leicht zugängliche Seitentaschen angeordnet sein.
Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Koffer der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, der aus stabilen Schalen besteht und zusätzlich seitlich aufgesetzte Taschen aufweist. Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, dass mindestens eine Hauptfläche der Kofferschalen eine eingelassene wannenförmige Vertiefung aufweist, in der mindestens eine Tasche über eine Grundplatte befestigt ist. Die wannenförmige Vertiefung kann beispielsweise durch Tiefziehen bei der Herstellung der Kofferschale erzeugt werden. Die Erfindung ermöglicht es in vorteilhafter Weise, einen stabilen Schalenkoffer zu schaffen, der außen leicht zugängliche Taschen aufweist.
Dadurch ist es möglich, z.B Reiseunterlagen oder sonstige Reiseutensilien leicht zugänglich zu verwahren, ohne dass der gesamte Koffer geöffnet werden muss.
Vorzugsweise ist vorgesehen, dass die mindestens eine Tasche eine der Kofferschale zugewandte Hauptfläche aufweist, die über eine Grundschicht außen an der Grundplatte befestigt ist. Die Grundschicht umschlägt die Grundplatte an den Rändern, derart, dass nach dem Einsetzten der Grundplatte in die vertiefende Kofferschale die Ränder der Grundschicht nicht sichtbar sind. So ist es möglich die Taschen auf eine stabile Art und Weise an dem Koffer zu befestigen und der Koffer trotzdem ein optisch ansprechendes Äußeres zu geben. Die Grundschicht kann aus dem gleichen Material wie die mindestens eine Tasche bestehen und/oder Teil der Tasche sein.
In einer alternativen Ausführungsform kann die Grundplatte auch Teil der Tasche sein.
Vorzugsweise ist vorgesehen, dass die Tasche aus einem textilen Stoff oder flexiblen Kunststoff besteht. Dadurch ist die Tasche im ungefüllten Zustand leicht zusammendrückbar und benötigt nicht viel Platz.
An der Hauptstandfläche des Koffers sind mindestens zwei Räder befestigt.
Vorzugsweise ist vorgesehen, dass der Koffer in Trolley-Form ausgebildet ist.
Die Grundplatte kann in die Vertiefung geklebt oder in der Vertiefung mit der Kofferschale vernäht oder vernäht sein, vorzugsweise zusammen mit der Grundschicht und/oder der Tasche. Dadurch ist eine stabile Befestigung der Tasche an den Kofferschalen gewährleistet, die zusätzlich einen geringen Herstellungsaufwand bedeutet.
Die Kofferschalen können aus Aluminium, einer Aluminiumlegierung oder Polycar- bonat bestehen.
Die Rahmenelemente des Koffers können aus Kunststoff oder Metall bestehen und als Kederband ausgeführt sein, das am Rand der Kofferschalen gemeinsam mit einem Reißverschluss als Schließeinrichtung vernäht ist.
Vorzugsweise ist vorgesehen, dass die mindestens eine Tasche mindestens eine Taschenöffnung aufweist, die über mindestens eine Schließeinrichtung, vorzugsweise einen Reißverschluss, verschließbar ist.
Im folgenden werden unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnungen Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung näher erläutert.
Es zeigen:
Fig. 1 eine perspektivische Ansicht des erfindungsgemäßen Koffers, und
Fig. 2 einen Schnitt durch die Kofferschale mit aufgesetzter Tasche.
Fig. 1 zeigt einen Koffer 1 mit zwei Kofferschalen 3,5, die an der Unterseite des Koffers 1 gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind, um eine in der Fig. 1 vordere Kofferschale 3 öffnen zu können. An dem Rand der Kofferschalen 3,5 ist eine Schließeinrichtung 7 in Form eines Reißverschlusses vorgesehen, der gemeinsam mit einem Rahmenelement 9, das aus Kederbändern gebildet ist, mit den Rändern der Kofferschalen 3,5 vernäht ist.
Das Ausführungsbeispiel zeigt einen Koffer 1 mit ungleich großen Schalenteilen 3,5. Die kleinere Kofferschale 3 weist auf der Hauptfläche eine eingelassene Vertiefung 13 auf, in der eine Grundplatte 17 befestigt ist. Die Grundplatte 17 ist auf der nach außen gewandten Seite mit einer Grundschicht 19 bedeckt. Die Grundschicht 19 ist um die Ränder der Grundplatte 17 umgeschlagen. Auf der Grundschicht sind in dem Ausführungsbeispiel drei Taschen 15 befestigt.
In einer nicht dargestellten alternativen Ausführungsform kann die Grundschicht 19 Teil der Tasche sein. Auch ist es möglich, dass die Grundplatte 17 ein Teil der Tasche 15 ist.
An der Hauptstandfläche 21 des Koffers 1 sind an zwei nebeneinanderliegenden Ecken Rollen 23 angeordnet, derart, dass der Koffer hinter einem Benutzer her ziehbar ist. Die dargestellte Form zeigt den Koffer 1 in Trolley-Form, so dass er in aufrechter Position auf der Hauptstandfläche 21 steht. Es versteht sich, dass der Koffer auch eine andere Form aufweisen kann.
In dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel weisen die drei Taschen 15 jeweils mindestens eine Taschenöffnung auf, die sich wenn der Koffer 1 auf der Hauptstandfläche 21 steht im jeweils oberen Bereich der Taschen 15 befinden. Die Öffnungen sind jeweils mit einem Reißverschluss 30 verschließbar.
Fig. 1 zeigt einen Koffer, bei dem die Kofferschalen 3,5 eine in bezug auf die Hauptstandfläche 21 senkrechte Rillenstruktur aufweist, während die Taschen 15 ein in bezug auf die Hauptstandfläche 21 waagerechte Rillenstruktur aufweisen. Es versteht sich, dass der Koffer 1 auch eine andersartige Rillenstruktur oder keine Rillenstruktur aufweisen kann.
Fig. 2 zeigt einen Querschnitt durch die Kofferschale 3 zusammen mit einer der Taschen 15. Die Tasche 15 ist auf die Grundschicht 19 genäht. Die Grundschicht 19 ist auf der Grundplatte 17 befestigt und an den Rändern der Grundplatte 17 umgeschlagen. Die Grundplatte 17 ist zusammen mit der Grundschicht 19 in die Vertiefung 13 der Kofferschale 3 geklebt. Es versteht sich, dass die Grundplatte 17 auch mit der Kofferschale 3 vernietet, vernäht oder auf eine andere Weise an ihr befestigt sein kann.

Claims

Schutzansprüche
1. Koffer (1) bestehend aus
- zwei Kofferschalen (3,5) aus Metall oder Kunststoff, die gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind,
- wobei die Kofferschalen (3,5) mit einer Schließeinrichtung (7) an Rahmenelementen (9) verschließbar sind, die an den Rändern der Kofferschalen (3,5) angeordnet sind, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t , dass mindestens eine Hauptfläche (11) der Kofferschalen (3,5) eine eingelassene Vertiefung (13) aufweist, in der mindestens eine Tasche (15) über eine Grundplatte (17) befestigt ist.
2. Koffer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Tasche (15) eine der Kofferschale (3) zugewandte Hauptfläche aufweist, die über eine Grundschicht (19), außen an der Grundplatte (17) befestigt ist und die Grundschicht (19) die Grundplatte (17) an den Rändern umschlägt.
3. Koffer nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Grundschicht (19) aus dem gleichen Material wie die mindestens eine Tasche (15) besteht und/oder Teil der Tasche (15) ist.
4. Koffer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Grundplatte (17) Teil der Tasche (15) ist.
5. Koffer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tasche (15) aus einem textilen Stoff oder flexiblen Kunststoff besteht.
6. Koffer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Hauptstandfläche (21) mindestens zwei Räder (23) befestigt sind.
7. Koffer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Koffer als Tro Hey- Koffer ausgebildet ist.
8. Koffer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Grundplatte (17) in die Vertiefung (13) geklebt oder in der Vertiefung (13) mit der Kofferschale (3) vernäht oder vernietet ist, vorzugsweise zusammen mit der Grundschicht (19) und/oder der Tasche (15).
9. Koffer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kofferschale (3,5) aus Aluminium, einer Aluminiumlegierung oder aus Polycar- bonat bestehen.
10. Koffer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rahmenelemente (9) aus Kunststoff oder Metall bestehen.
11. Koffer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rahmenelemente (9) aus einem Kederband bestehen, das am Rand der Kofferschalen (3,5) gemeinsam mit einem Reißverschluss als Schließeinrichtung (7) vernäht ist.
12. Koffer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Tasche (15) mindestens eine Öffnung aufweist, die über mindestens eine Schließeinrichtung (30), vorzugsweise einem Reißverschluss, verschließbar ist.
