Abstract

Bei einem Koffer (1) bestehend aus zwei Kofferschalen (2, 3), die gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind, wobei die Kofferschalen (2, 3) mit einer Schließeinrichtung (4) an Rahmenelementen verschließbar sind, die an den Rändern der Kofferschalen (2, 3) angeordnet sind, ist vorgesehen, dass mindestens eine Kofferschale (2, 3) zumindest teilweise aus einem transparenten Kunststoff besteht und dass hinter dem transparenten Teil der Kofferschale (2, 3) ein Zwischenraum zur Aufnahme eines Blattes (10) mit einer Abbildung angeordnet ist.

Claims

GEÄNDERTE ANSPRÜCHE [beim Internationalen Büro am 22 Oktober. 2004 (22.10.04) eingegangen, ursprüngliche Ansprüche 1-9 durch geänderte Ansprüche 1-8 ersetzt]

1, Koffer (1) bestehend aus zwei Kofferschalen (2,3), die gelenkig miteinander. verbunden sind/ wobei die Kofferschalen (2,3) mit einer Schließelnrichtuπg (4) an Rahmenelementen verschließbar sind, die an den Rändern der Kofferschalen (2f3) angeordnet sind, wobei mindestens eine Kofferschale (2,3) zumindest teilweise aus einem transparenten Kunststoff besteht und wobei mindestens eine Kofferschale (2. 3) eine Außenschale (7) und eine Innenschale (8) aufweist, zwischen denen hinter dem transparenten Teil der Kofferschale (2,3) ein Zwischenraum zur Aufnahme eines Blattes (10) mit einer Abbildung angeordnet ist, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e , die Innenschale (8) einen Stanzschπitt (9) für das Einfügen des Blattes (10) in den Zwischenraum aufweist.
2. Koffer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei der eine Außenschale (7) und eine Innenschale (8) aufweisenden Kofferschale (2, 3) die jeweils äußere Schale zumindest teilweise aus einem transparenten Kunststoff besteht.
3. Koffer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenschale (7) und/oder die Innenschale (8) von dem Rahmenelement (5a/5b) der jeweiligen Kofferschale (2,3) eingefasst ist
4. Koffer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stanzschπϊtt (9) eine Trägerfläche (6) für das Blatt (10) begrenzt, wobei die Trägerfläche (6) längs einer geradlinigen Kante (11) mit der Innenschale (8) verbunden bleibt.
5. Koffer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innenschale (8) durch ein zumindest teilweise lösbares Innenfutter (12) abgedeckt ist.
6. Koffer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kofferschalen (2,3,7,8) aus Polycarbonat bestehen.
7. Koffer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rahmenelemente der Kofferschalen (2,3,7,8) aus Kunststoff oder Metall bestehen.
8. Koffer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rahmenelemente aus einem Kederband (5a,5b) bestehen, das am Rand der Kofferschalen (2,3,7,8) gemeinsam mit einem Reißverschluss als Schließeinrichtung (4) vernäht ist.
