Abstract

Bei einem Gepäckstück, insbesondere Koffer (1), mit Gepäckstückteilen, die über einen Reißverschluss (10) miteinander verbunden sind, ist vorgesehen, dass das Gepäckstück ein Rahmenelement (6) aufweist, und dass das Rahmenelement (6) an mindestens einer längs des Rahmenelementes (6) verlaufenden Außenkante ein Aufnahmeprofil (28) für ein Randprofil (22) eines Reißverschlusses (10) oder einer Kofferschale (28) aufweist.

Description

Gepäckstück
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Gepäckstück, insbesondere einen Koffer, mit Gepäckstückteilen, eise über einen Reißverschluss miteinander verbunden sind.
Ein derartiger Koffer ist beispielsweise aus der WO 2004/095971 Al bekannt.
Derartige Gepäckstücke, deren Gepäckstückteile, insbesondere Schalenelemente, mit einem Reißverschluss miteinander verbunden sind, haben den Vorteil, dass die Gepäckstückteϊie mit dem Reißverschiuss vernäht werden können. Nachteilig ist dabei, dass ein Vernähen mit harten Rahmenteiien nicht möglich ist.
Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Gepäckstück der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, bei dem auch starre, insbesondere metallische Gepäckstückteile mit Hilfe eines Reißverschlusses miteinander oder mit textiien Gepäckstückteilen oder Gepäckstückteiien aus Kunststoff verbunden werden können.
Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, dass das Gepäckstück ein Rahmenelement aufweist, und dass das Rahmeneiernent an mindestens einer längs des Rahmenelementes verlaufenden Außenkante ein Aufnah meprofü für ein Randprofil eines Reißverschlusses oder einer Kofferschale aufweist. Dieses Aufnahmeprofil hat den Vorteil, dass beispielsweise ein Reißverschluss mit einem Randprofil in das Aufnah meprofii eingeführt werden kann, oder auch alternativ der umlaufende Rand einer Kofferschale. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit, bei der Herstellung des Gepäckstücks das Aufnahmeprofil nach Einfügung des Randprofiis des Reißverschlusses oder der Kofferschale anzudrücken, wodurch eine hohe Ausreißfestigkeit durch ein verringertes Spaltmaß des Aufnahmeprofils geschaffen wird.
Vorzugsweise ist vorgesehen, dass das Randprofi! in seiner Querschnittsform dem Aufnahmeprofil angepasst ist und an einem ersten Seitenteil des Reißverschlusses befestigt ist, wobei das zweite Seitenteil des Reißverschlusses mit einem Gepäckstückteäl verbunden ist. Das zweite Seitenteil kann dabei auch in herkömmlicher Weise mit einem anderen Gepäckstückteil, z.B. einem Textilteil oder einem Schalenteil verbunden sein.
Bei einem bevorzugten Ausführungsbetspiel ist vorgesehen, dass das Randprofil an der Längskante eines Seitenteils des Reißverschlusses befestigt ist, insbesondere vernäht ist.
Alternativ kann vorgesehen sein, dass das Randprofil einstückig mit einem Seitenteil des Reißverschlusses ist und an dessen freien Kante angeordnet ist.
Nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass das Randprofil aus den Zähnen oder einer Kunststoffspϊrale einer Verzahnung eines Reißverschlusses besteht. Die Verwendung der Zähne oder einer Kunststoffspirale eines Reißverschlusses als Randprofi! hat den Vorteil, dass das Randprofil einfach und kostengünstig herstellbar ist und eine Reißfestigkeit aufweist, die der üblichen Verzahnung eines Reißverschlusses entspricht.
In vorteilhafter Weise kann vorgesehen sein, dass die Seitenteile eines ersten Reißverschlusses mit dem Seitenteil eines geteilten zweiten Reißverschlussteils verbunden sind, und dass die Zähne oder eine Kunststoffspirale des zweiten Reißverschlussteils als Randprofil in das Aufnahmeprofil eingreift. Eine derartige Lösung ist besonders kostengünstig herzustellen. Vorzugsweise bildet das Rahmenelement einen geschlossenen Rahmen des Gepäckstücks. Dies führt zu einer hohen Stabilität des Gepäckstücks, ohne auf die Vorteile eines textilen Gepäckstücks oder eines Gepäckstücks aus Kofferschalen verzichten zu müssen.
Bei einem Ausführungsbeispiei ist vorgesehen, dass der Reißverschluss (10) auf der dem Rahmenelement (6) abgewandten Seite mit einem Gepäckstückteil aus einem Schalenelement verbunden ist. Dabei kann das Schalenelement eine Kof- ferschaie aus Kunststoff sein, wobei das Schalenelement vorzugsweise aus einer Polycarbonatfolie besteht.
Nach einer weiteren Ausführungsform kann vorgesehen sein, dass das Schalenelement eine Kofferschaie aus Kunststoff ist.
Es können auch zwei Rahmenelemente vorgesehen sein, wobei der Reißverschluss zwischen beiden Rahmeneiementen angeordnet ist.
Nach einer weiteren Ausführungsform ist vorgesehen, dass das Rahmenelement das Aufnahmeprofll nur auf einer Stirnseite aufweist und auf der dem Aufnahmeprofil abgewandten Seite mit einer Kofferschale, vorzugsweise einstückig, verbunden ist. Dabei kann das Rahmenelement starr sein und vorzugsweise aus Metall bestehen.
Gemäß einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass der Reißverschluss an der dem Aufnahmeprofil abgewandten Kante mit einem Keder mit einem Gepäckstückteil, insbesondere einem Schaienelement, verbunden ist. Dabei kann der Keder einstückig an dem Seitenteil des Reißverschlusses befestigt sein.
Im folgenden wird unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnungen ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung näher erläutert.
Es zeigen :
Fig. 1 ein Gepäckstück mit einem erfindungsgemäßen Rahmenelement und zwei Kofferschalen, und Fig. 2 ein Schnitt entlang der Linie II-II in Fig. 1.
Fig. 1 zeigt einen Koffer 1 mit zwei Kofferschalen 2,4, die an der Unterseite des Koffers gelenkig miteinander verbunden sein können. An dem Rand der Kofferschalen 2,4 ist eine Schiießeinrichtung in Form eines Reißverschlusses 10 vorgesehen, der gemeinsam mit Kederbändern 26 mit den Rändern der Kofferschalen 2,4 vernäht ist.
Die Kofferschalen bestehen vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff, z.B. aus einer Polycar™ bonatfolie mit einer Dicke von ca. 1 bis 2 mm.
Es versteht sich, dass auch Schalenelemente oder Gepäckstückteile aus Textil- material mit dem Reißverschluss 10 und dem Kederband 26 oder nur mit einem SeitenteiS 16,18 des Reißverschlusses 10 vernäht sein können.
Der in Fig. 1 gezeigte Koffer 1 weist ein zentral angeordnetes Rahmenelement 6 auf, das vorzugsweise einen geschlossenen Rahmen bildet.
Das Rahmenelement 6 besteht beispielsweise aus einem Metallstranggussprofil, das ein- oder beidseitig an seinen Außenkanten, insbesondere an der Stirnseite, ein Aufnahmeprofii 28 für ein Randprofii 22 des Reißverschlusses 10 oder einer Kofferschaie 2,4 aufweist. Das Aufnahmeprofit 28 ist in Fig. 2 mit kreisförmiger Querschnittsform dargestellt. Es versteht sich allerdings, dass auch andere zweckmäßige Querschnittsformen möglich sind, die zur Erhöhung der Ausreißfestigkeit eines Reißverschlusses oder der umlaufenden Kante einer Kofferschaie 2,4 dienen. Beispielsweise können die äußeren Kanten des Aufnahmeprofils eine kleinere Öffnung freilassen, oder auch nachträglich nach dem Einfügen des Randprofils 22 oder der umlaufenden Kante einer Kofferschale 2,4 durch einen Drückvorgang hinsichtlich des Spaltmaßes verengt werden, um das Randprofil 22 bzw. die umlaufende Kante der Kofferschale fest einzuklemmen.
Das Rahmenelement 6 besteht vorzugsweise aus einem Aluminiumprofil. Auf der Kofferinnenseite können Stege 30 an dem Rahmenelement 6 abstehen, die auf der Innenseite beispielsweise Verkleidungselemente aufnehmen können. Es versteht sich, dass das Rahmeneiement auch breiter oder schmaler als in den Fign. 1 und 2 dargestellt ausgeführt sein kann, und dass das Rahmenelement 6 auch einstückig mit einem SchaleneSement aus Metall oder Kunststoff sein kann.
Der Reißverschluss 10 weist zwei Seitenteile 16,18 auf, die an ihren inneren Seitenkanten eine Verzahnung, insbesondere in Form einer Kunststoffspirale 12,14 aufweisen, die sich im geschlossenen Zustand des Reißverschlusses 10 ineinander verhaken. Das Seitenteil 16 weist an seiner Außenkante ein Kederband 26 auf, das beispielsweise die umlaufende Kante einer Kofferschale aufnehmen kann, wobei das Seitenteil 16 gemeinsam mit dem Kederband 26 mit dem umlaufenden Rand der Kofferschale 2,4 aus Kunststoff vernäht werden kann. Anstelle der Kofferschale kann auch ein Schalenelement oder ein Gepäckstückteii aus Textilmaterial mit dem ReiBverschiuss 10 vernäht sein.
Das Seitenteil 18 ist, wie aus Fig. 2 ersichtlich, mit einem geteilten zweiten Reißverschlussteil verbunden, und zwar vorzugsweise vernäht der verklebt. Das Seitenteil 20 des geteilten zweiten Reißverschlussteils weist eine Kunststoffspϊrale 22 auf, die in das Aufnahmeprofil 28 eingreift.
Ein derartiges Seitenteil 20 eines zweiten Reißverschlussteϊls kann sich auch auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite an dem Seitenteil 16 befinden, so dass es prinzipiell auch möglich ist, mit Hilfe des Reißverschlusses 10 zwei Rahmenelemente 6 miteinander zu verbinden. Diese Rahmenelemente 6 können dabei auch den Rahmen einer Kofferschale aus Metall bilden, wobei die umlaufende Kante der Kofferschale aus Metall in herkömmlicher Weise mit dem Rahmenelement 6 vernietet sein kann, oder in einem Aufnahmeprofil 28 geklemmt sein kann.

Claims

Ansprüche
1. Gepäckstück, insbesondere Koffer (1), mit Gepäckstückteilen, die über einen Reißverschluss (10) miteinander verbunden sind, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t , dass das Gepäckstück ein Rahmenelement (6) aufweist, und dass das Rahmenelement (6) an mindestens einer längs des Rahmenelementes (6) verlaufenden Außenkante ein Aufnahmeprofii (28) für ein Randprofil (22) eines Reißverschlusses (10) oder einer Kofferschale (28) aufweist.
2. Gepäckstück nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Randprofil (22) in seiner Querschnittsform dem Aufnahmeprofil (28) angepasst ist und an einem ersten Seitenteil (16) des Reißverschlusses (10) befestigt ist, wobei das zweite Seitenteil (18) des Reißverschlusses (10) mit einem Gepäckstückteil (2,4) verbunden ist.
3. Gepäckstück nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Randprofil (22) an der Längskante eines Seitenteiis (18) des Reißverschlusses (10) befestigt ist, insbesondere vernäht ist.
4. Gepäckstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Randprofil (22) einstückig mit einem Seitenteil (16,18) des Reißverschlusses (10) ist und an dessen freien Kante angeordnet ist.
5. Gepäckstück nach eine der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Randprofil (22) aus den Zähnen oder einer Kunststoffspirale eines Reißverschlusses (10) besteht.
6. Gepäckstück nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenteile (16,18) eines ersten Reißverschlusses (10) mit dem Seitenteil (20) eines geteilten zweiten Reißverschlussteils verbunden sind, und dass die Zähne oder eine Kunststoffspirale (22) des zweiten Reißverschlussteils als Randprofil in das Aufnahmeprofil (28) eingreift.
7. Gepäckstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rahmenelement (6) einen geschlossenen Rahmen des Gepäckstücks bildet.
8. Gepäckstück nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rand¬ profil (22) aus einer umlaufenden Kante einer Kofferschale (2,4) besteht.
9. Gepäckstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Reißverschluss (10) auf der dem Rahmenelement (6) abgewandten Seite mit einem Gepäckstücktei! aus einem Schalenelement verbunden ist.
10. Gepäckstück nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schalenelement eine Kofferschale (2,4) aus Kunststoff ist.
11. Gepäckstück nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schaienelement aus einer Polycarbonatfolie besteht.
12. Gepäckstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Rahmenelemente (6) vorgesehen sind, und dass der Reißverschluss (10) zwischen beiden Rahmenelementen (6) angeordnet ist.
13. Gepäckstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rahmenelement (6) das Aufnahmeprofil (28) nur auf einer Stirnseite aufweist und auf der dem Aufnahmeprofil (28) abgewandten Seite mit einer Kofferschale (2,4), vorzugsweise einstückig, verbunden ist.
14. Gepäckstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rahmenelement (6) starr ist und vorzugsweise aus Metall besteht.
15. Gepäckstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeich¬ net, dass der ReißverschSuss (10) an der dem Aufnahmeprofϊl (28) abgewandten Kante mit einem Kederband (26) mit einem Gepäckstückteil, o insbesondere einem Schaienelemeπt, verbunden ist.
16. Gepäckstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeich¬ net, dass das Kederband (26) einstückig an dem Seitenteil des Reißverschlusses befestigt ist.
