本发明通过应用程序向移动存储装置发送命令和 /或数据的方法, 解决了现有技术标准操作格式发送命令和 /或数据的不足, 拓宽了新的 应用; 使非管理员权限用户因操作系统对其操作硬件设备的限制, 使 其能够像管理员用户一样对所述移动存储装置发送硬件设备控制命 令, 实现对所述移动存储装置完全的硬件设备控制, 如移动存储装置 不同状态的切换、 分区容量的调整、 移动存储装置的格式化操作、 设 备系统的加密等, 扩展了移动存储装置的功能与应用; 同时, 本发明 方法不需另行安装所述移动存储装置的驱动程序, 即插即用, 方便用 户。 、 附图说明

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明:
本发明提出一种向移动存储装置发送命令和 /或数据的方法, 包括 设置运行在操作系统中的应用程序, 所述应用程序用于向所述移动存 储装置发送命令和 /或数据, 该方法还包括步骤:
1) 所述应用程序为命令和 /或数据设置识别标志, 由所述识别标 志和所述命令和 /或数据组成数据包;
2) 所述应用程序按照操作系统提供的标准写命令格式将所述数 据包连同写命令一起经操作系统发送给所述移动存储装置;
3) 所述移动存储装置接收经所述操作系统发送的所述写命令和 所述数据包;
4) 所述移动存储装置根据所述识别标志解释并获取所述数据包 中的命令和 /或数据;
5) 所述移动存储装置根据所述命令和 /或数据执行相应操作, 并 将操作结果经操作系统发送给所述应用程序。
本发明所述的操作系统包括但不限于 Microsoft公司的 Windows 系列、 Apple公司的 Mac OS系统,包括但不限于 Windows 98, Windows Me、 Windows 2000 Professional Windows 2000 Server Windows 2000 Advance Server > Windows XP Professional Windows XP Home Edition Windows XP Server Windows XP Advance Server、 Mac OS 以及 Microsoft公司、 Apple公司开发的后续操作系统; 还包括 Linux、 Unix 及其变种。 . 本发明所述的命令和 /或数据可以是标准操作命令和 /或数据, 也可 以是自定义命令和 /或数据。所述数据包中的命令和 /或数据包括但不限 于验证密码命令、 修改密码命令、 获得存储容量命令、 获得设备内部 信息命令、 设置写保护命令、 判断写保护命令、 判断开关状态命令、 修改设备内部信息命令、 获得数据位置命令、 切换存储盘命令、 格式 化命令以及更改存储容量命令等。
本发明所述的移动存储装置包括但不限于 USB闪存盘、移动硬盘、 半导体移动存储装置、 MO盘、 ZIP盘、 手机等。 因该发明方法主要应 用于半导体存储装置, 因此, 本发明实施例将主要以半导体存储装置 作为本发明方法的应用对象。
如图 1所示, 所述移动存储装置 10通过通用接口 (如 USB接口、 IEEE1394接口) 连接主机系统 20后, 用户可以通过操作系统对所述 移动存储装置 10进行数据读写操作, 用户还可以对所述半导体存储装 置 10进行设备控制操作, 如向所述移动存储装置 10发送切换不同操 作盘 (分区)、 更改所述移动存储装置 10 的访问密码、 格式化操作、 以及通过应用程序调整所述移动存储装置 10不同操作盘(分区) 的大 小等。
本发明所述的主机系统是指运行有操作系统的数据处理设备, 包 括但不限于个人计算机、 小型计算机、 微型计算机、 掌上电脑、 手持 电脑、 笔记本电脑、 平板电脑 (TabletPC:)、 数据处理工作站、 数据处 理服务器、 手机、 PDA、 SmartPhone, MP3、 数码相机等。
现有技术的向移动存储装置发送命令和 /或数据的方法, 主要是通 过操作系统按照标准协议直接向移动存储装置发送命令和 /或数据, 所 述移动存储装置直接执行接收到的所述命令和 /或数据, 进行数据读写 操作或其他操作; 由于这些均是现有的标准技术, 在此不作赘述。 其 向移动存储装置发送设备控制操作命令的简明实施流程如图 6所示。
用户通过操作系统向所述移动存储装置 10 发送设备控制操作命 令, 如用于设备控制的 SCSI命令, 操作系统通过设备驱动程序经通用 接口传送所述发送的设备控制操作命令; 同时, 所述移动移动存储装 置 10接收所述的设备控制操作命令, 并按照接收到的设备控制命令作 相应操作, 如所述移动存储装置 10通过设备访问密码验证后, 切换至 数据存储盘, 从而使用户可以像操作普通数据一样对存储在通过设备 加密的所述移动存储装置 10中的数据进行存取操作。
本发明方法提出一种新的向移动存储装置发送命令和 /或数据的方 法, 首先设置运行在所述操作系统中的应用程序, 所述应用程序向所 述移动存储装置发送命令和 /或数据, 从而还解决了非管理员权限用户 不能向移动存储装置发送设备控制命令的技术问题, 本发明方法程序 流程如图 7所示。
所述应用程序是运行在所述操作系统中, 该应用程序既可以存储 '在主机系统 20中, 也可以存储在所述半导体移动存储装置 10中, 还 可以存储在其他存储设备中。
本发明方法所述的数据包分为两种: 带识别标志的数据包和不带 识别标志的数据包, 所述不带识别标志的数据包即是操作系统定义的 标准数据。 所述带识别标志的数据包的结构如图 3所示, 包括识别标 志、 命令和 /或数据, 所述命令和 /或数据还可以包括结尾标志, 该结尾 标志也可以不要; 所述识别标志可以是如 0x123456789或其他自定义 各种长度的字母、 数字或字符串。 所述识别标志用以使所述移动存储 装置识别所述数据包的类型, 即通过识别标志识别所述通过操作系统 发送的数据包是否是带识别标志的数据包, 还是不带识别标志的数据 包, 如果所述数据包是不带识别标志的数据包, 则所述移动存储装置 按照标准的数据写格式进行处理或将该数据包丢弃或采用其他方法处 理, 若所述数据包是带识别标志数据包, 则所述移动存储装置按照所 述移动存储装置预先定义的方式进行相应操作, 并将写命令状态结果 返回给所述操作系统。
图 4是本发明实施例自定义命令和 /或数据结构图, 即图 3所示的 命令和 /或数据是自定义命令和 /或数据的结构图。 Byte 1是所述自定义 命令和 /或数据的命令代码, Byte 2是所述自定义命令和 /或数据的数据 长度, Byte 3至 Byte 3+N是所述自定义命令和 /或数据的内容; 图 5是 本发明实施例修改数据时的自定义命令和 /或数据结构图, Byte 1是所 述自定义命令和 /或数据的命令代码, Byte 2是所述原自定义命令和 /或 数据的数据长度, Byte 3至 Byte 3+N-1是所述原自定义命令和 /或数据 的内容, Byte 3+N是所述新自定义命令和 /或数据的数据长度, Byte 3+N+M是所述新自定义命令和 /或数据的内容。
下面具体说明本发明向移动存储装置发送命令和 /或数据方法的工 作过程。
如图 7所示, 在操作系统中运行所述应用程序, 所述应用程序首 先通过 API函数(如 CreateFile函数)创建并获得文件句柄, 并为所述 命令和 /或数据设置识别标志, 将识别标志和命令和 /或数据一起打包, 组成数据包; 所述数据包的结构如图 3所示; 同时, 所述应用程序将 数据包作为欲写入文件内容通过 API写命令函数 (如 WriteFile函数) 按照写文件格式把数据包发送给操作系统, 所述操作系统根据文件系 统定义的格式组织数据, 并向所述移动存储装置发送写命令和数据包。
所述移动存储装置 10 内设置有固化软件 (Firmware), 所述固化 软件用于解释、 转换、 控制、 执行主机系统 20发送来命令和 /或数据, 从而完成数据存取或其它功能; 本发明方法中, 所述固化软件还具有 识别、 判断、 获取、 执行本发明所述命令和 /或数据的功能; 当所述移 动存储装置 10通过通用接口接收到来自主机操作系统经应用程序发送 来的包括识别标志、 命令和 /或数据的数据包时, 如图 8所示, 所述移 动存储装置中的固化软件接收到所述数据包, 同时, 所述固化软件根 据所述识别标志判断所述数据包是否包含识别标志、 以及所述命令和 / 或数据的类型, 如是否是设备控制操作命令和 /或数据, 并根据判断结 果执行不同的操作。
当所述移动存储装置接收到的所述数据包是包含有识别标志的数 据包时, 表示该数据包中包含的数据是本发明图 3所示的命令和 /或数 据, 所述固化软件即将包含在所述数据包中的所述命令和 /或数据提取 出来, 即将如图 3所示数据包中的命令和 /或数据提取出来, 同时所述 固化软件执行所述提取出来的命令和 /或数据, 所述移动存储装置 10 根据所述命令和 /或数据执行相应操作, 并将操作结果经通用接口返回 给主机系统 20,所述主机系统 20的操作系统将该返回结果传送给所述 应用程序, 同时所述应用程序根据接收到的返回结果作相应处理。
当所述移动存储装置接收到的所述数据包是不包含有识别标志的 数据包时, 表示该数据包中包含的数据是标准命令和 /或数据, 所述固 化软件即根据该数据包中的命令和 /或数据执行相应操作, 或者将该数 据包丢弃, 所述移动存储装置 10将操作结果或丢弃该数据包的结果经 通用接口返回给主机系统 20,所述主机系统 20的操作系统将该返回结 果传送给所述应用程序, 同时所述应用程序根据收到的返回结果作相 应处理。
本发明方法特别适应于 Microsoft公司的视窗操作系统在非管理员 模式下向移动存储装置发送设备控制操作命令。 在所述视窗操作系统 Windows 2000/ Windows XP的非管理员模式下, 操作系统除了允许向 所述移动存储装置发送标准的读文件或写文件命令外, 对非管理员用 户执行对移动存储装置的设备控制操作命令作了限制, 使用户在非管 理员权限下无法直接对设备发送设备控制操作命令, 非管理员用户因 此无法对所述移动存储装置作相关的设备控制操作。 由于本发明方法 向移动存储装置发送的是包含命令和 /或数据的写格式命令, 以写文件 的方式发送给移动存储装置, 因此操作系统认为该写格式命令和所述 数据是普通的数据写文件, 因此, 非管理员权限用户可以不加限制地 将该数据包发送给所述移动存储装置。
当用户在非管理员权限模式下向所述移动存储装置发送设备控制 操作命令时, 所述应用程序为所述设备控制操作命令设置识别标志, 并将所述识别标志与设备控制操作命令一起打包, 组成数据包; 所述 应用程序将该数据包作为欲写入文件内容通过写命令函数按照写文件 格式把数据包发送给操作系统, 所述操作系统根据文件系统定义的格 式组织数据, 并向所述移动存储装置发送包含设备控制操作命令的数 据包。
当所述移动存储装置接收到的所述数据包是包含有识别标志的数 据包时, 所述固化软件即将包含在所述数据包中的所述设备控制操作 命令和 /或数据提取出来, 同时所述固化软件执行所述提取出来的设备 控制操作命令和 /或数据,所述移动存储装置 10根据所述设备控制操作 命令和 /或数据执行相应操作, 并将操作结果经通用接口返回给主机系 统 20, 所述主机系统 20 的操作系统将该返回结果传送给所述应用程 序, 同时所述应用程序根据接收到的返回结果作相应处理。 例如提取 出来的所述数据包中的设备控制操作命令是调整所述移动存储装置容 量的命令, 所述固化软件执行调整存储容量命令, 同时将操作结果返 回给主机系统 20,所述主机系统 20的操作系统将该返回结果传送给所 述应用程序, 所述应用程序提示容量调整操作成功。
以下是本发明方法向半导体存储装置如 USB闪存盘发送验证设备 密码命令和修改密码命令的实施过程。
图 2是本发明方法应用于半导体存储装置时主机系统 201与半导 体存储装置 101 连接时的简明硬件方框图, 在本实施例中, 操作系统 采用 Windows 2000/ Windows XP版本,所述半导体存储装置是在前述 中国专利 ZL 99117225.6公幵基础上改进的半导体存储装置,所述半导 体存储装置通过 USB接口与主机系统 201连接,实现数据的移动存储、 数据加密、 数据保护等功能。
所述半导体存储装置 101 控制器模块内置有固化软件, 该固化软 件不仅能实现数据存取、 数据加密等功能, 还能实现本发明方法所述 的提取命令和 /或数据、 执行所述提取的命令和 /或数据等功能。
本实施例中, 所述应用程序存储在所述半导体存储装置 101 中, 这些做的好处是不需安装应用程序、 随身携带、 方便用户。 该应用程 序主要用于用户密码登录、 工作盘切换和所述半导体存储装置格式化 等功能; 所述半导体存储装置 101连接主机系统 201后, 主机操作系 统对所述半导体存储装置作设备标准配置操作, 产生可移动存储装置 盘符。 因该半导体存储装置采用对整个设备进行加密的技术, 用户必 须通过密码验证后才能访问该半导体存储装置。
用户通过运行所述应用程序进行密码验证时, 本发明方法首先通 过 API函数设置识别标志如 0xl23456789(也可以采用别的识别标志), 本实施例中识别标志为 9位,第 10位即为命令和 /或数据。该识别标志 与验证密码命令和密码数据组成密码验证数据包, 该密码验证数据包 通过所述操作系统经 USB接口发送给所述半导体存储装置, 因操作系 统认为该文件是普通的数据写文件, 因此, 不论在管理员还是在非管 理员权限模式下, 所述操作系统均不加限制地将该数据包文件发送给 所述半导体存储装置。
现在以识别标志为 0x123456789作进一步的说明, 但识别标志也 可以为任意长度的字母、 数字或字符串; 所述半导体存储装置接收到 操作系统发送的由识别标志 0x123456789、密码验证命令和密码数据组 成密码验证数据包后, 所述半导体存储装置中固化软件首先识别该数 据包文件的识别标志, 当该识别标志为 0x123456789 时, 表明该数据 包中的数据是自定义的命令和 /或数据;所述固化软件从第 10个字节开 始提取所述密码验证命令和 /或数据; 所述固化软件提取所述密码验证 命令和密码数据后, 执行所述密码验证命令, 同时所述固化软件还读 取所述半导体存储装置的原密码, 并将自操作系统传送下来的密码与 所述读取出来的原密码进行比较, 本实施例中, 所述传送下来的密码 与原密码一致, 则密码验证通过, 所述固化软件对所述半导体存储装 置作刷新操作并切换至普通数据存储盘, 同时将操作结果返回给所述 操作系统, 所述操作系统作相应的刷新操作并提示密码验证成功, 用 户即可对所述半导体存储装置进行常规的数据存取操作。 如果所述传 送下的密码与原密码不一致, 则密码验证失败, 所述固化软件将密码 验证失败操作返回给所述操作系统, 并提示密码验证操作失败。
本实施例中, 只有在执行密码验证成功并切换至普通数据存储盘 后, 用户才能对所述半导体存储装置进行标准写操作。
同样, 采用本发明方法也可应用于所述半导体存储装置的设备密 码修改。 用户通过运行所述应用程序进行密码修改时, 本发明方法首 先通过 API函数设置识别标志如 0xl23456789(也可以采用别的识别标 志), 本实施例中识别标志为 9位, 第 10位即为命令和 /或数据。 该识 别标志与修改密码命令 (包括密码验证命令) 和密码数据 (包括新密 码数据和验证密码数据) 组成密码修改数据包, 该密码修改数据包通 过所述操作系统经 USB接口发送给所述半导体存储装置, 因操作系统 认为该文件是普通的数据写文件, 因此, 不论在管理员还是在非管理 员权限模式下, 所述操作系统均不加限制地将该数据包文件发送给所 述半导体存储装置。
现在以识别标志为 0x123456789作进一步的说明, 但识别标志也 可以为任意长度的字母、 数字或字符串; 所述半导体存储装置接收到 操作系统发送的由识别标志 0x123456789、密码修改命令和密码数据组 成密码修改数据包后, 所述半导体存储装置中固化软件首先识别该数 据包文件的识别标志, 当该识别标志为 0x123456789时, 表明该数据 包中的数据是自定义的命令和 /或数据;所述固化软件从第 10个字节开 始提取密码验证和修改密码命令和 /或数据, 同时所述固化软件还读取 所述半导体存储装置的原密码, 所述固化软件首先执行如前所述的密 码验证操作。 若所述密码验证操作通过, 则所述固化软件还执行修改 密码命令, 并用自操作系统传送下来的新密码数据修改存储在所述半 导体存储装置中的原密码, 所述固化软件并将修改密码的写操作状态 操作结果返回给所述操作系统, 所述操作系统同时将该返回结果传送 给所述应用程序, 所述应用程序作出密码修改成功或失败的信息提示。 若所述密码验证操作失败, 用户不能修改所述半导体存储装置的设备 密码, 所述固化软件将验证原密码失败和修改密码不成功的写操作状 态操作结果返回给所述操作系统, 所述应用程序并作出密码验证失败 和密码修改不成功的信息提示。
本实施例中, 在执行修改密码成功后所述半导体存储装置还可以 切换至普通数据存储盘后, 用户可以对所述半导体存储装置进行标准 写操作。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种向移动存储装置发送命令和 /或数据的方法, 包括设置运行在 操作系统中的应用程序, 所述应用程序用于向所述移动存储装置发送 命令和 /或数据, 其特征在于, 还包括步骤:
1) 所述应用程序为命令和 /或数据设置识别标志, 由所述识别标 志及所述命令和 /或数据组成数据包;
2) 所述应用程序按照操作系统提供的标准写命令格式将所述数 据包连同写命令一起经操作系统发送给所述移动存储装置;
3) 所述移动存储装置接收经所述操作系统发送的所述写命令和 所述数据包;
4) 所述移动存储装置根据所述识别标志解释并获取所述数据包 中的命令和 /或数据;
5) 所述移动存储装置根据所述命令和 /或数据执行相应操作, 并 将操作结果经操作系统发送给所述应用程序。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的向移动存储装置发送命令和 /或数据的方法, 其特征在于:
所述标准写命令格式是操作系统提供的标准写文件函数命令格 式。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的向移动存储装置发送命令和 /或数据的方法, 其特征在于:
所述数据包中的命令和 /或数据包括但不限于所述移动存储装置 的设备控制操作命令。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的向移动存储装置发送命令和 /或数据的方法, 其特征在于- 所述应用程序还可以在所述操作系统非管理员权限模式下发送命 令和 /或数据。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的向移动存储装置发送命令和 /或数据的方法, 其特征在于:
所述移动存储装置包括但不限于 USB闪存盘、移动硬盘、半导体 移动存储装置、 MO盘、 ZIP盘、 手机。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的向移动存储装置发送命令和 /或数据的方法, 其特征在于:
所述命令和 /或数据可以是自定义命令和 /或数据,也可以是标准操 作命令和 /或数据。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的向移动存储装置发送命令和 /或数据的方法, 其特征在于:
所述数据包中的命令和 /或数据包括但不限于验证密码命令、修改 密码命令、 获得存储容量命令、 获得设备内部信息命令、 设置写保护 命令、 判断写保护命令、 判断开关状态命令、 修改设备内部信息命令、 获得数据位置命令、 切换存储盘命令、 格式化命令以及更改存储容量 命令。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的向移动存储装置发送命令和 /或数据的方法, 其特征在于- 所述操作系统是指 Microsoft公司的视窗操作系统,包括但不限于 Windows 98、 Windows Me、 Windows 2000 Professional > Windows 2000 Server、 Windows 2000 Advance Server、 Windows XP Professional Windows XP Home Edition^ Windows XP Server、 Windows XP Advance Server, 以及 Microsoft公司开发的后续操作系统。
