Abstract

Ein Verfahren zum Abreichern von Schwermetallen in löslichen Polymeren, mit den Schritten: - Lösen des Polymermaterials in einem organischen Lösungsmittel; und - Filtern der so erhaltenen Lösung durch ein Filtermaterial, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Konzentration in der Lösung von nicht mehr als 20 Gew.- % eingestellt wird und dass als Filtermaterial ein Zellulosefaserfilter mit einer Porengrösse zwischen 1 und 25 µm eingesetzt wird.

Verfahren zum Abreichern von Schwermetallen in Kunststoffen, mit den Schritten: Lösen des Kunststoffmaterials in einem Kohlenwasserstoff; und Filtern der so erhaltenen Lösung durch ein Filtermaterial, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Konzentration an Kunststoff in der Lösung von nicht mehr als 20 Gew.-% eingestellt wird und daß, unter Verzicht auf Filterhilfsmittel, als Filtermaterial ein Zellulosefaserfilter mit einer Porengröße zwischen 1 und 25 μm eingesetzt wird.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als organisches Lösungsmittel aliphatisches Lösungsmittel mit einem aromatischen Anteil < 1 % eingesetzt wird.
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Porengröße des Filtermaterials zwischenl und 12 μm, bevorzugt zwischen 1 und 3 μm beträgt.
4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Stickstoffüberdruck bis zu 16 bar filtriert wird.
5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Mel r- schichtenfilter verwendet wird.
6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Filtermaterial vor dem Filtern mit heißem Lösungsmittel geflutet wird. 13
7. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kunststoffkonzentration 1 bis 20 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 1 bis 15 Gew.-% und besonders bevorzugt 1 bis 10 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Lösungsmittel, beträgt.
8. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Kunststoff Polyolefme, insbesondere Polyethylen, wie hochdichtes Polyethylen (HDPE) eingesetzt wird.
