Abstract

Cette invention se rapporte à un dispositif de reliure de fascicule (12), placé du côté aval d'une paire de cylindres de distribution finale d'un dispositif d'étirage et pouvant exercer une action de reliure par aspiration également sur un fascicule traversant le point de pincement entre deux cylindres, afin d'augmenter la qualité de la ficelle de reliure. Ce dispositif comprend une paire de cylindres de pincement (13), une partie d'aspiration (14) et un tablier ajouré (15), la partie d'aspiration (14) comportant en outre des parties tubes (20) comportant des surfaces de guidage coulissantes (19) avec des fentes d'aspiration (19a) s'étendant du côté amont du fascicule (F) dans une direction de mouvement à travers le point de pincement du cylindre pinceur inférieur (13a) et des fentes d'aspiration (19b) s'étendant jusqu'à son côté aval. Dans ce dispositif, le cylindre pinceur supérieur (13b) est pressé contre le cylindre pinceur inférieur (13a) à travers le tablier ajouré (15), et la partie tube (20) est formée de façon à pouvoir être divisée en une partie latérale amont (20a) sur laquelle sont formées les fentes d'aspiration (19a), et une partie latérale aval (20b) sur laquelle sont formées les fentes d'aspiration (19b).
