Abstract

L'invention concerne une membrane d'un générateur de son piézo-électrique destinée à une utilisation dans un haut-parleur de qualité améliorée, de petite taille, et à consommation d'énergie réduite. Une membrane (12) portant un élément piézo-électrique (10) et vibrant avec ce dernier, est composée d'un matériau composite contenant du carbone et du graphite amorphes. Cette membrane (12) est fabriquée par mélange d'une résine polymère et d'une poudre de graphite, compression du mélange dans un disque fin, et cuisson du mélange à une température supérieure à 1000 °C dans une atmosphère inactive, non-oxydative ou vide, afin de carboniser la résine polymère.
