Abstract

Ce rideau protecteur à lamelles pour soudeur LANSARC comporte des bandes qui se recouvrent sur approximativement 30 mm et mesurent chacune approximativement 500 mm de large. La largeur de ces bandes permet l'obtention d'un équipement protecteur d'une hauteur et d'une largeur quelconques, qui s'adapte aisément à l'espace existant. Selon l'état actuel de la technique, des rideaux d'une largeur minimale de 1,30 m sont fabriqués et sont suspendus à l'aide de crochets coulissants en PVC (4) ou en métal (5) sur des rails en forme de C (3) ou des tubes (2). Ils présentent du fait de leur largeur l'inconvénient d'empêcher un accès facile du soudeur à cet équipement de protection et de rendre difficile sa sortie de ce dernier. Le rideau protecteur à lamelles pour soudeur LANSARC n'est pas seulement efficace parce que ses lamelles se recouvrent pour former un ensemble mais également parce que la succession des différentes lamelles constitue un rideau fermé qui néanmoins permet au soudeur d'accéder à son poste de travail protégé ou de le quitter en n'importe quel point.
