Definitions
- the invention relates to a drive-free vehicle for driving down slopes, according to the preamble of claims 1, 2 and 3.
- folding or folding bicycles are known.
- a folding bike of small dimensions can be transferred and transported using sophisticated systems of folding mechanisms and telescopic devices.
- the folded bicycles are mostly carried by hand.
- Another known embodiment also provides for transport in a container, which is coupled to the rear when the bicycle is ready for operation and then is pulled.
- this container is in turn provided with wheels.
- wheels To accommodate the bike in the container, however, disassembly of individual parts is necessary.
- this container is only suitable to a limited extent for being transported by hand.
- folding wheels have the disadvantage in common that they usually only after dismantling individual components, for.
- B. a wheel can be converted into a transportable size. When folded, they are bulky and bulky and can hardly be carried over long distances and in rough terrain. B. be carried on a mountain lift ride.
- the wheeled vehicle in mountain lifts, is possible.
- the wheeled vehicle can thus be transported at any time and used for descending slopes, for example in the sense of a "summer toboggan".
- the return to the starting position at the top of the mountain slope can then be done not only by dragging the wheeled vehicle but also by mountain lifts, among others.
- a joint is arranged between a support rod and a support beam of the frame and the axis of which comes to rest in the operating position, the support beam having the front wheel arrangement connected and this can be pivoted in a counter direction via a steering head bearing, and furthermore there is a possibility of rotation between the joint and the rear wheel arrangement such that the joint axis of the joint as well as the front wheel plane reaches a lying position and the joint an inward folding movement of the front wheel arrangement in the opposite direction.
- the design of the bicycle vehicle according to the invention makes it possible to fold the front wheel arrangement backwards.
- the front wheel can be folded around the steering head bearing and the entire front wheel arrangement by a joint between the support rod and the support bar by essentially 180 °.
- the possibility of turning the front Wheel arrangement on the support rod between the inner tube and the outer tube by substantially 90 ° enables the front wheel arrangement to be placed in a position which is essentially parallel to the horizontal. This also ensures that the not inconsiderable size of the wheeled vehicle can be significantly reduced.
- the overall length can be significantly reduced by means of the features shown. This has the advantage that the wheeled vehicle can in turn be carried easily in confined spaces.
- the frame has at least one support surface and a carrying belt system, such that the carrying belt system, like a backpack, has shoulder straps when the wheeled vehicle is carried, which are arranged in the shoulder area, and that the support surface is arranged at such a distance from the shoulder straps that it comes to rest in the hip area when carried in the manner of a backpack.
- the backpack-like design of the folded or pushed wheel vehicle makes it possible to transport it on the back.
- the support surface has the task of supporting the weight of the vehicle in the transport position in the hip area. Due to the fastening device coming close to the shoulder, it becomes possible to prevent the wheeled vehicle from tipping backwards by means of a carrying belt system.
- the bicycle can thus be transported in its transport position like a backpack on the back, which makes it possible for the person to keep both hands free. Since the wheel vehicle also has only a low weight due to the simple construction and inexpensive choice of material, transportation over long distances and rough terrain, e.g. B. possible on a mountain tour.
- the wheeled vehicle can be transferred from the transport position into the operating position and vice versa in a few simple steps. This creates an opportunity to go on mountain tours and to manage the downhill routes by bike. The person who uses this wheeled vehicle thus opens up completely new possibilities with regard to the selection of the routes and the length of the tour to be mastered.
- a bearing surface for the body weight as a supporting surface, which is already a component of the wheeled vehicle, in particular the seat surface, prevents the need for further devices on the vehicle which do not contribute to its function in the operating position.
- the wheeled vehicle can thus be made compact and the low weight can be maintained.
- This embodiment enables a stable and safe descent, even on rough terrain and gravel roads. Because the seat is provided with a fastening device for a riser system, the prerequisites can be created for the vehicle to be carried on the back and for the seat to be used as a support surface.
- the carrying belt system has a hip belt, shoulder belts and a chest belt.
- the wheeled vehicle can be securely attached to the body in its transport position in accordance with a backpack and the load of the wheeled vehicle can be well distributed.
- the riser system is also provided with position adjustment belts, the load is prevented from tipping backwards, as can occur especially in the case of smaller people.
- the position adjustment straps which are provided at the upper end of the wheeled vehicle in the transport position, pull the load towards the body over the shoulders.
- the shoulder straps and the hip belt are designed to be height-adjustable, individual adaptation to the body size of the person is possible. The wearing comfort increases significantly.
- the wheeled vehicle can be brought together to a practical size.
- the wheels represent an important factor with regard to the dimensions of the wheeled vehicle in the transport position. By arranging them in the same direction, the wheeled vehicle can be made as small as possible.
- the center of gravity of the wheeled vehicle can be brought close to the body in the transport position, particularly when carried in the manner of a backpack.
- the change in the direction of all the wheels in the transport position by essentially 90 ° compared to the position in the operating position enables the wheeled vehicle to be brought together to a small extent.
- the wheels are arranged parallel to the back, which also limits the extent of the arrangement to the rear.
- the overlapping of at least two wheels in the transport position makes it possible to fold or push the wheeled vehicle to small dimensions. Due to the smaller external dimensions of the wheeled vehicle in the transport position, the freedom of movement of the person is guaranteed and an impairment by the environment, e.g. B. by branches, branches, etc. or in narrow places.
- the design of the support rod as a telescopic rod that changes the wheelbase enables the vehicle length to be individually adjusted to the height of the driver.
- the wheeled vehicle can be pushed together during the transfer from the operating position into the transport position and the overall length can thus be reduced with simple means.
- the form-fitting connection results in a torsion-proof design and the twistable design in the last insertable section enables a structure which, in a predetermined telescopic position, allows the tubes guided into one another to be twisted. In this way, on the one hand, a rotation-proof design is achieved in the operating position, and, on the other hand, the front wheel arrangement can be turned into the transport position. The wheeled vehicle can thus be brought together to a small size.
- the steering fork is connected to a carrying bar by a steering head bearing which can preferably be rotated through 360 ° makes it possible to pivot the front wheel towards the rear in the transport position.
- the dimensions of the collapsed wheeled vehicle thus continue to decrease.
- the front wheel turns automatically if the wheeled vehicle has become driverless. If the driver falls B. when driving down a slope for any reason from the vehicle, the front wheel rotates in one direction and thus ensures that the bicycle vehicle soon comes to a stop.
- the joint with an upright pivot axis arranged in the vicinity of the front wheel between the support bar and the support bar enables the support bar to be almost completely folded in relative to the support bar in the transport position.
- the dimensions of the wheeled vehicle can thus be significantly reduced.
- the steering rod By connecting the steering fork to a handlebar via a joint, it is possible to individually adjust the position of the handlebar.
- the steering rod can be converted into use as a drawbar by swiveling it into a forward-facing position.
- the wheeled vehicle can also be pulled as a hand cart. This is e.g. B. interesting if only short, simple climbs have to be mastered.
- the design of the joint with different swivel ranges enables the handlebar to be limited in certain swivel positions in such a way that the driver can be supported against the handlebar. If the joint is also designed to be lockable, it can advantageously be fixed in any position.
- the design of grip options on the side of the seat surface enables a second person traveling with him to hold on to the wheeled vehicle.
- the seat has an extension section that can be pulled out or folded out increases driving comfort, particularly when operating in a lying driving position. It is also possible to use this to create a type of backrest for passengers, e.g. B. train children.
- Utensils e.g. B. serves the riser system.
- the wheeled vehicle can also do this in the transport position
- the support rod 3 is designed to be telescopic and for this purpose contains an outer tube 15 and an inner tube 16 which is guided in the outer tube 15 so as to be secure against rotation. Only when the position is fully pushed together is the form closure released and a 90 ° directional rotation possible.
- the telescopic tubes are not one shown quick clamping device locked against each other, whereby a continuous adjustment of the total length is made possible.
- the wheels 13, 14 and 22 are parallel to the seat surface 4 in the transport position, they can also be folded or pushed into a position 90 ° to the seat surface 4.
- a greater depth of the arrangement in the transport position must be accepted. The vehicle 1 would therefore protrude further beyond the person carrying it.
