Definitions
- the invention relates to a short chain warping machine, in particular for fabric samples, according to the preamble of claim 1 and a method for producing short chains according to the preamble of claim 7.
- a thread guide can be moved along the circumferential contour of the winding device, the frame of the winding device being fixed.
- the winding surface on the winding device is arranged to be displaceable transversely to the direction of movement of the thread guide along the circumferential contour.
- the thread guide is fixed on a conveyor belt that runs along the circumferential contour of the winding device rotates.
- the thread guide can take over individual threads, for example of different colors, on a thread transfer device that receives different threads from a creel and wind them up once or several times on the winding device in accordance with the specified fabric pattern.
- a controllable ejector in the winding direction behind the thread transfer device can remove the thread running around the winding device from the thread guide.
- Such short chain warping machines in which different threads drawn from a plurality of bobbins can in each case be wound endlessly around a winding element individually with the aid of a thread guide, the wound threads being moved further on the winding element transversely to the winding direction have the advantage that A short chain can be warmed with only one spool per color. The time and material involved can be reduced considerably in this way.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of a short chain warping machine of the type mentioned to further develop such that a higher productivity and a larger maximum possible warp width is achieved.
- the invention provides that a driver movable over the area of the thread transfer device transfers the further thread not transported by the thread guide in the last revolution of a thread during a thread change.
- the driver enables a thread to be changed without the thread guide running around empty. In this way, a considerable reduction in the production time for sample chains can be achieved. With a thread change per revolution, for example, a time saving of 50% can be achieved.
- the next thread in the last circulation of the last thread is brought from a transfer position to a preparation position behind the ejection position for the last thread and is taken over there by the thread guide after the last thread has been ejected.
- the thread guide can immediately after the ejection of the last thread take over the next thread so that there is practically no empty circulation of the thread guide.
- a second ejector is arranged in the winding direction upstream of the thread transfer device and that the driver takes over the last thread before the thread transfer device from the thread guide and actuates the thread transfer device after the second ejector has been actuated. tion leads back.
- the thread guide can take over the next thread in the usual way in the area of the thread transfer device, so that the thread guide does not run empty in this case either.
- the driver consists of a swivel arm which can be moved in the region of the thread transfer device as far as the ejector.
- a swivel arm can be controlled with simple control means in the desired manner in synchronism with the rotation of the thread guide.
- the driver can be pivotable about the axis of a deflection device of the winding device. Such a construction is simple and can also be easily retrofitted.
- An advantageous development provides that the feed speed of the winding surface in the transverse direction to the winding direction is less than a thread width per winding. In this way, the wound threads partially overlap, as a result of which the warp width that can be produced can be enlarged on a given machine width, without making it difficult to break down the wound chain.
- FIG. 1 is a schematic illustration of a short chain warping machine in elevation
- FIG. 2 is a side view of the winding device of the short chain warping machine
- 3 shows an enlarged section of the short chain warping machine according to FIG. 1 in the area of the thread transfer device
- the short chain warping machine 1 has frame parts 2 and 3 and a lower crossbar 5.
- spaced-apart deflecting elements preferably rotatably supported as deflecting rollers 6, 7, on their circumference in the longitudinal direction parallel to the axis of rotation of the deflecting rollers 6, 7 are conveying belts 8 for transporting the wound threads and be moved.
- the threads wound around the guide rollers 6, 7 are transported on the conveyor belts 8 transversely to the winding direction.
- the conveyor belts 8 are moved synchronously on both deflection rollers 6, 7.
- a winding device 10 has an endless circulating belt 11, which is deflected by pulleys 12 at the end of the deflecting rollers 6, 7 facing away from the frame part 2.
- the circulating belt 11 carries a thread guide 18 which guides the thread to be wound around the deflection rollers 6, 7 such that the thread can be deposited on the deflection rollers 6, 7.
- 16 is a cover hood which serves as a guide element for the thread to be wound and which guides the thread section which is drawn directly from a thread creel 24 by the thread guide 18.
- On the creel 24 are the bobbins 25 with threads 28 of different colors for the production of, for example, short chains for colored weaving.
- the threads 28 run from the bobbins 25 through movable eyelets 26 to a thread transfer device 19.
- the thread transfer device 19 consists of a number of swivel arms 20 corresponding to the number of bobbins, which in a transfer position designated II in FIG. 3 provide a specific thread by swiveling up. There should be at least as many swivel arms 20 as threads of different colors are to be processed simultaneously in a chain.
- a swivel arm 20 is assigned to each thread 28 fed from the creel 24.
- the free end of the swivel arms 20 is provided with a hook 21 in which the thread can be hooked.
- the swivel arms 20 can be controlled by suitable control means, e.g. Rotary magnets 22 are controlled individually and independently of one another.
- a pivotable driver 23 is articulated, which can be activated with the aid of suitable control means in synchronization with the circulating belt 11 and the actuation of an ejector 32 and whose pivot axis is preferably coaxial with the axis carrying the lower pulley 12 runs.
- the associated pivot arm 20 is pivoted into the transfer position II shown in FIG. 3, the thread 28 now taking the course 30, since the one end of all the threads 28 on the lowermost conveyor belt 8 Deflection roller 7 at one with the conveyor belt 8 moving clamping point 27 is clamped.
- the thread course 30 is brought into the movement path of the driver 23 in such a way that, when actuated, it can pick up the thread located in the transfer position II and can bring it into a preparation position III (FIG. 2) which is behind in the winding direction the ejector 32 lies.
- the stripped thread falls back on the ready-made hook 21 of the swivel arm 20 located in the transfer position II and is then transferred to the rest position I, thereby preventing further unwinding.
- the last thread is ejected in its last cycle, the driver 23 being able to take over the next thread in the ready position III immediately after the ejection. In this way, the idling can be reduced to zero, since the thread guide 18 takes over the next thread immediately after the last thread has been ejected can.
- the fact that there is no empty circulation of the thread guide there are no thread gaps between the individual wound threads, so that the maximum possible warp width can be fully used to match the machine width.
- the thread run after takeover by the thread guide 1 is divided into two sections, namely a section from the creel 24 to the thread guide 18 and a section from the thread guide 18 to the last clamping position on the lower guide roller 7, which at the end of the last winding with this thread is.
- this is the clamping point 27.
- the section of the thread running from the creel 24 to the thread guide 18 rotates around the guide plate 16, while the section running to the clamping point is wound up.
- FIG. 4a a total of ten threads a to k are kept ready in the thread transfer device 19, which can be brought individually and individually by the pivotable driver 23 from the transfer position II shown for the thread k into the ready position III.
- the thread a is in circulation through the thread guide 18, while the ejector 32 and the driver 23 are in their rest position.
- the thread k is brought into the transfer position II with the aid of the swivel arm 20, with in the example the Fig. 4a the thread a is in its last circulation in the area of the upper transport roller 6.
- the synchronization of the movement of the driver and the swivel arms can of course also be a different position of the rotating thread than that shown in the figures. 4a to 4e shown.
- the swivel arm 20 of the thread k can be pivoted back into the rest position I before the thread guide 18 reaches the thread transfer device 19 with the thread a. Furthermore, the swivel arm 20 for the thread a is swiveled into the transfer position II.
- the ejector 32 is activated, thereby withdrawing the thread a from the thread guide 18, which is then caught by the hook 21 of the swivel arm 20 for the thread a.
- the thread guide 18, which is now free can take over the thread k from the driver 23 from the ready position (FIG. 4d). Due to the immediate change of thread, an empty circulation of the thread guide 18 is avoided.
- FIGS. 5 to 5f A further exemplary embodiment of the invention is explained below with reference to FIGS. 5 to 5f.
- the individual phases of thread takeover without idling the thread guide are shown in a total of six sections for a further embodiment.
- a second ejector 34 is additionally provided, which is arranged relative to the ejector 32 approximately on the diametra opposite side of the pulley 12 of the lower deflection roller 7.
- the thread c is in its last circulation immediately in front of an ejection position IV defined by the ejector 34 in front of the thread transfer device 19.
- the second Ejector 34 is in its active position.
- the driver 23 is in a takeover position in the winding direction in front of the second ejector 34.
- the driver 23 can be pivoted with the thread c until it has passed the actuated ejector 32, as a result of which the thread c runs backwards from the ejecting position V against the winding direction and from the swivel arm in the transfer position for the thread c is picked up.
- FIG. 5f again corresponds to FIG. 5a, so that the cycle is repeated in accordance with the preceding sections.
