Abstract

L'invention décrit un appareil s'utilisant pour le moulage sous haute pression, dans lequel, lorsque la coulée en barbotine est appliquée à de la poudre super-fine pour des porcelaines et céramiques fines, il ne se produit aucun colmatage et le moulage présente un rendement et une précision élevés. L'appareil est un appareil de moulage par coulée sous haute pression, destiné à la coulée en barbotine et comportant un moule perméable à l'air composé de 10 à 50 % en poids de BN et de céramiques, ainsi qu'un dispositif multiplicateur de pression pour la pressurisation, une presse faisant office de démoulage, une unité anti-mousse et agitatrice sous vide, un multiplicateur de pression, une unité de nettoyage ultrasonique, une unité de nettoyage et de séchage haute pression, et un générateur de micro-ondes. Le moulage, le démoulage, le nettoyage et le séchage s'effectuent en séquence et on obtient une excellente capacité de production en série.
