Abstract

Des pièces métalliques ou réfractaires tridimensionnelles complexes, parfaites, denses sont coulées en préparant une suspension à faible viscosité, aqueuse ou non aqueuse. La suspension aqueuse contient des particules céramiques ou métalliques, de l'eau, et un composites d'additifs. Les additifs représentent un mélange compatible de dispersants, d'agents cryoprotecteurs et d'agents augmentant la résistance. Le mélange à faible viscosité est soit coulé soit moulé par injection à basse pression dans un moule complexe , congelé, démoulé et séché par congélation. La partie à l'état vert est ensuite frittée pour obtenir une partie dense.
