Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un nuevo procedimiento para la preparación de derivados de norbenzomorfanos de fórmula general (I) (figura 1), donde R1 es H, alquilo C1-8, alcoxi C1-8, hidroxi o halógeno; caracterizado por hacer reaccionar un derivado de 4-metilen-piperidina (como por ejemplo (+)-2-(3-metoxifenil)metil-3,3-dimetil-4-metilen-pirifina) con un ácido para dar la sal de adición, la que se hace reaccionar con un halogenuro de aluminio (III), preferiblemente tribromuro de aluminio o tricloruro de aluminio. Ejemplo no limitante de productos obtenidos según la invención: (-)-4'-metoxi-5,9,9-trimetil-6,7-benzomorfano-tartrato ((-)-5aTA).
