ARTHUR B. OLUNIES, OE ROCHESTER, NEV YORK, ASSIGNOR TO THE SILL STOVE VORKS, OE SAME PLACE.
DESIGN FOR A FIRE-POT LlNlNG-SECTION.
SPECIFICATION forming part 0f Design NO. 31,198, dated July 11, 1899.
Application filed Tune 12, 1899. Serial No. 720,301 Term of patent 14 years.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, ARTHUEB. CLUNIEs, a citizen of the United States, residing at Rochester, in the county of Monroe and State of New York, have invented and produced a new and original Design fora Eire-Pot Lining-Section, of which the following is a speci fication, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming a part thereof.
In the accompanying drawings, Figure lis a front perspective view of a lire-pot liningsection, showing my design; Fig. 2, a bottom plan view of the sanne; Fig. 3, a rear perspective View, and'Fig. 4 a vertical sectional view on the line w x of Fig. 2.

As shown i-n the drawings, the leading or material feature of the design is the shape and configuration of the lining-section. The
front face l of the section is concaved slightly in the direction of the length, and the upper end is slightly rounded, as at 2. At one end is provided the plane face 3, and between it and the face lis the angular surface 1l, a silnilar vangular face 5 being located between the opposite end face G and the face l.
The forward edge of the lower end of the section is cut away on a curve substantially the same as that of the front face l, and extending rearwardly frorn the surface Vthus formed are the two grooves 7,leav,in g the lands S. The rear face 9 of the section is curved, as shown, and at the lower portion is eut away on a substantially straight line, forming the.
shoulder 10.
I claim-- The design for a lire-pot lining-section substantially as herein shown and described.
