JOHN A. RATHBONE, OF DETROIT, MICHIGAN.
DESIGN FOR A BOILER-SECTION.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 30,104, dated January 31, 1899.
Application filed January 9, 1399. Serial No. 701,676. Term of patent 7 years.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, JOHN A. RATHBONE, a citizen of the United States, residing at Detroit, in the county of \Vayne and State of Michigan, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Boiler-Sections, of which the following is a specification, reference being had therein to the accompanying drawings.
Figure 1 is a side elevation of a boiler-section illustrating my new design. Fig. 2 is a perspective view, and Fig. 3 is an end elevation.
The leading feature of the design is the configuration of the boiler-section, comprising the lower or leg section A, as shown, and
the upper substantially rectangular section B, as shown, having the lateral projections O and D at top and bottom, as shown. The body of the upper portion is broken by or provided with the openings E F, as shown, and at top and bottom the end of the section has the circular openings G.
What I claim as my invention is The design for a boiler-section, substantially as herein shown and described.
