DESIGN FOR A COiN-RECEPTACLE.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 19,708, dated March 18, 1890.
Application filed February 15, 1890. Serial No. 340.629- Term of patent 7 years.
To all whom it may concern.-
Be it known that 1, WILLIAM MoNrEITn, a citizen of the United States, residing at Plymouth, in the county of Richland and State of Ohio, have invented a certain new and original Design for Coin-Receptacles; and I do declare the following to he a full, clear, and exact description of the invention, such as will enable others skilled in the art to whiehit appertains to make and use the same, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, and to the letters of reference marked thereon, which form a part of this specification.
In the drawings, Figure 1 is a perspective View of a coin-receptacle embodying my design. Fig. 2 is a section on line a: a; of Fig. 1.
In the drawings, A represents a moneyre eeptacle consisting of a series of compartments E. The compartments E are arranged in a series extending the entire length of the receptacle at its rear side. The partitions a,
which separate the compartments E, are at their upper edges flush with the upper face of the body of the receptacle, and in vertical cross section the compartments are curved upon the contour of an are of a circle.
The leading featn re of the design. consists of the coin-receptacle made up of an upper portion having two circular dish-shaped compariuments and a series of compartments separated by transverse ridges, the walls of the compartments between the ridges being upon the contour of an arc of a circle.
