Be it known that I, ARTHUR B. CLUNIES, a citizen of the United States, residing at the city of Rochester, in the county of Monroe and State of New York, have invented and produced a new and original Design fora Fire-Pot Lining-Section, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawingsiorining a part thereof.
In the drawings, Figure 1 is a perspective View of the front lining-section; Fig. 2, a bottom plan View of the same; Fig. 3, a perspective view of the rear of the section; Fig. at, a vertical sectional view on the line 00 ocof Fig. 2.
The characteristic feature of my design is the shape or configuration substantially as shown in the drawings.
The front face 1 of the lining-section is substantiallyiflat, excepting at one end,where it curves outward to meet the shoulder 2 at the end of the face 3. The upper edge is provided at the rear side of one end with a recess 4 and at the other end curves gradually upwardly to the point indicated by 15, as shown particularly in Fig. 3. The rear face of the section is provided with the shoulder 5 near the upper edge and with the shoulder 6 below it. At the right-hand end (shown in Fig. 1) are provided the shoulders 7 and 8, and the bottom of the section has the projecting surfaces 9 and 10, the former extending a little lower than the latter. The bottom is cut away in rear of the projecting surface 9, as at 11, and is also recessed in front of the projecting surface 10, as at 12, this surface 12 extending in substantially the samev plane as the rear face of the section between the projecting portions 9 and 10, as shown particularly in Figs. 2 and 4.
I claim- The design for a fire-pot lining-section substantially as shown and described.
