T0 all whom it may concern.-
Be it known that I, JOHN W. 1o Figure 1 is a perspective view of my design for a tire-pot lining-section; Fig. 2, a viewof the rear side; Fig. 3, an end view, and Fig. 4 a bottom plan View.
The leading feature ot my design is the I5 shape and configuration of the lining-section adapted to be used in the tire-pots ot stoves and ranges.
The top of the lining-section is indicated by l and the face by 2, the corner connecting zo them being curved. The top 1 is recessed at 3 at one endon the forward side and upon the rear side forms the overhang or projection 4, having the cut-away portion upon one end, forming the recess 5. The section is 2 5 formed upon one end with the face 6,arran ged at a slight angle to the face 2, the ridge formed between the faces extending slightly outward at the lower end, the face 2 curving outwardly at 7 to meet it. One end 8 is formed at a slight angle to the face, and the opposite end 3o 9 is provided with the curved recess 10 near its upper end, while the lower end is cut away, curving under at 1l to meet the recess 12. The lower edge or bottom ot' the section is cut away, leaving the projection 13, and 35 also to form the recesses let and 15, the latter extending somewhat higher than the former and formed with the shoulder 1G at the end, as shown in Fig. 4. The rear face of the brick is recessed upon the lower portion, as shown 4o at 17, the top of said recess being curved downward upon one end to meet the bottom of the section.
What I claim is- The design fora tire-pot lining-section, sub- 45 stantially as herein described and shown.
