The circular base immediately above the legs has the plain vertical ring or band C at the top and the rococo-ornamented outwardly and downwardly curved edging D, which latter at the points of intersection with the legs has the curved projections E, conforming to the upper face of the legs. On the base and directly above it is the plain cylindrical tank F, from the top of which projects the overhanging substantially-rectangular flange H. This flange has semicircular enlargements Gr at its corners and is preferably ornamented, as shown, with rococo and basket ornamentation.
I1" indicates ornamented plate-shaped standards extending from the ring C to the liange H at the front and rear. Rising from the enlargements G of the flange H are the ornamented arches H', the corner-posts of which have ogee outer faces, and within the arches 3o arethe window-frames,asshown. Overhanging the arches is the cap-ring I, of substantiallylthe same configuration as the flange H and ornamented. Above the said ring I rises the beaded cylindrical combustion-chamber 35 casing, above which is the circular cap-ring K, ornamented by a conventional leaf-design, and on this ring is the top L, ornamented by leaf-openwork, as shown at M. Centrally on the top is the usual top ornament M.
