DESIGN FOR A STOVE.

To all whom it may concern.-

Be it known that I, THEODORE MILLER, a citizen of the United States, residing at Detroit, county of Wayne, State of Michigan, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Stoves; and I declare the following to be a full, clear, and exact description of the invention, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, which shows a part thereof.

My present design consists in an annular leg frame A, an exposed cylindrical tank B above the leg frame, an ornamental annular covering 0 above the tank, a combustion chamber D, a cylindrical drum E, a dome shaped top F anda surmounti'ng urn G. The base of the leg frame is shown provided with vertical flutings. A name plate B covers the upper portion of the leg frame and a portion of the front of the tank. The upper portion of the leg frame is ornamented with scroll-work, as indicated at ct. The legs A are ornamented with scroll-work on the front surfaces thereof surmounted with a flower, as shown, toward their upper extremities in front of the leg frame.

B denotes an ornamental annular bar or foot rest supported at the front of the stove upon the upper ends of the front legs, as indicated in the drawing, the upper extremities of the legs projecting upward above the leg frame.

The rear of the stove conforms in design to the front shown in the drawing.

The exposed tank B is made plain. The rim 0 above the tank is provided with scroll work upon the upper portion thereof, the lower portion of said rim being ornamented with scallops.

The combustion chamber is provided with door-frames d having ornamental scrollwork, as shown at d, extended across the door-frames intermediate the upper and lower portions of the door-frames. The body of the combustion chamber is made plain and of bulb form. Above the combustion chamber is an ornamental rim D. The cylindrical drum E is plain.

The dome shaped top has an ornamental rim F at its base and is formed with a row of holes f.

The leading and characteristic features of my design thus consist in a stove having an annular leg frame ornamented with vertical flutings at the base thereof, and with scrollwork at the top thereof, legs ornamented with scroll work on their front surfaces and with a flower toward their upper extremities, a cylindrical tank above the leg frame, an annular covering above the tank ornamented with scallops at the base thereof and with scrollwork at the top thereof, a bulbous combustion chamber above said covering, an ornamental rim above the combustion chamber, a cylindrical drum above said rim, and the dome shaped top.

What I claim as my invention is The design for a stove substantially as herein shown and described.
