DESIG N FOR A HEATING-STOVE.

Be it known that I, HERBERT L. MosHER, a citizen of the United States, residing at the village of Dowagiac, in the county of Cass and State of Michigan, have invented a certain new and useful Design for a Heating-Stove, of which the following is a specification.

My invention relates to a design 'for a heating-stove. It relates to the entire construction of the stove, but more especially to the legs and ornaments extending therefrom up the sides of the stove and to the ornamental bracket or urn-holder on the top of the same. These features of the design can be used when the remaining parts ofthe stove are decorated in any manner desired, and are considered to be the important features of the design, though they are harmonized in this instance with the con figuration of the body of the stove, as shown.

My invention relates particularly to the stove as illustrated complete in the accompanying drawings, in Which- Figure l presents a side view of the stove made in accordance with my design. Fig. 2 presents a front perspective view ot' the same.

The leading feature of my design consists of an upright stove-body ornamented as indicated in the drawings. This body is supported by the ornamental legs B, which are formed into spirals at the bottom and extend up along the sides of the stove in scrollwork, as shown in the drawings, the lower part serving as the legs for the stove and the upper portion being for the ornamentation purely.

On the stove-top is an ornamental bracket or urn-holder C, constructed of iron scrollwork, adapted to carry a small teakettle or other article of that description or any suitable receptacle which it may be desired to place there. The legs B, with the side ornaments in connection, can be readily detached from the body of the stove and can be used in connection with stove-bodies with substantially the same 'form and of different design in their ornamentation, the principal feature of this design being, as I said before, these legs and the ornaments. The stove-body here shown enters into the design somewhat, but is not so essential to it as the ornaments.

Having thus described my design, what I claim is- The design for a heating-stove as herein described and shown.
