Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу изготовления керамического литейного стержня (10), содержащего, по крайней мере, одну выемку, в частности, для перегородок для лопатки турбомашины, а именно, включающий формование в форме для литья стержня из смеси, содержащей наполнитель из керамических частиц и органическое связующее вещество, извлечение стержня из формы для литья, удаление связующего вещества и термическую обработку для осуществления твердения стержня. Необработанный отлитый стержень (10) без упомянутой выемки формуют в упомянутой форме для литья и выполняют фрезерованием упомянутую выемку (10АВ, 10ВС, 10CD, 10DE, 10EF, 10FG) после извлечения необработанного литейного стержня из формы для литья и перед термической обработкой. В частности, обработку осуществляют механически путем фрезерования с удалением стружки.
