Claims (11)
- セラミック粒子充填剤および有機結合剤を含む混合物を型内で形状形成する工程と、型から取り出す工程と、結合剤を除去する工程と、熱処理して鋳造コアを硬化させる工程とを含む、ターボ機械ブレードのための少なくとも1つの仕切りのための凹部を備えた鋳造コアを製造する方法であって、前記凹部を備えない粗いコア鋳造物(10)が、前記型内で形成され、粗いコア鋳造物が型から取り出された後に、かつ熱処理操作の前に、前記凹部(10AB、10BC、…、10FG)が機械加工され、機械加工操作が、切りくずを除去しながらフライス加工することによって機械的に実行され、また、機械加工操作が、粗いコア鋳造物の表面と凹部との間の部分の角を丸くする工程を含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 機械加工が、0.1mmから2mmの所定の厚さで一連のパスによって実行される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 機械加工操作が、少なくとも3軸のフライス盤で材料を除去することによって、フライスを用いて実行される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 機械加工操作が、4軸のフライス盤で材料を除去することによって、フライスを用いて実行される、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 機械加工操作が、5軸のフライス盤で材料を除去することによって、フライスを用いて実行される、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 型がコアの凹部の数よりも少ない数のいくつかの移動サブコンポーネントを備えている、複数の凹部を備えたコアを製造するための請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 型が移動サブコンポーネントを備えていない、複数の凹部を備えたコアを製造するための請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 凹部が、貫通孔であり、鋳込まれた後に、ターボ機械ブレード冷却回路における分割仕切りを形成する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 凹部が、貫通孔であり、鋳込まれた後に、ターボ機械ブレートの後縁における2つの冷却流体排出孔間に分割仕切りを形成する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 凹部が、貫通孔ではなく、鋳込まれた後に、流れを攪乱する構造体を形成する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- フライス加工が、0.3mmから0.8mmの直径の頭部(100A)、および螺旋状切溝(100B)を備えたフライスを用いて実行され、螺旋状切溝(100B)のねじれ角が、40°から60°である、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
