Abstract

La présente invention un procédé de fabrication d'un noyau (20) céramique de fonderie dans lequel l'on fabrique ledit noyau (20) par usinage d'un bloc de matière (1) en céramique cuite, par enlèvement mécanique de matière, l'opération d'usinage comportant au moins une première étape d'usinage pour réaliser une première surface usinée (6, 7) dans ledit bloc de matière (1), et une deuxième étape d'usinage pour réaliser une deuxième surface usinée (9) dans ledit bloc de matière (1), sensiblement à l'opposé de ladite première surface usinée (6) et, préalablement à ladite deuxième étape d'usinage, l'on applique sur tout ou partie de ladite première surface usinée (6, 7) une couche de renfort (8) dans une solution de rigidification pour protéger de la casse ledit bloc de matière (1) pendant la deuxième étape d'usinage.
