Abstract
Винахід належить до області матеріалознавства. Він стосується способу нанесення металевого адгезійного шару для термічно напилених керамічних теплоізоляційних шарів (ТВШ) на металеві деталі і металевого адгезійного шару, нанесеного цим способом. Спосіб нанесення металевого адгезійного шару для термічно напилених керамічних теплоізоляційних шарів на металеві конструкційні деталі, при якому поверхню, що покривається, на першому етапі способу очищують, внаслідок чого утворюється знежирена і позбавлена оксидів металева поверхня. На другому етапі способу на металеву поверхню матеріалу основи наносять зв'язку, потім на третьому етапі способу на зв'язку рівномірно наносять адгезійний металевий порошок, а на четвертому етапі способу на зв'язку рівномірно наносять порошковий припій, який має меншу величину частинок, ніж адгезійний порошок, і сушать зв'язку, після сушки зв'язки здійснюють термообробку з метою паяння.
