Abstract
Винахід стосується способу визначення стану вогнетривкої футерівки контейнера (10), що містить розплавлений метал. Під час процесу вимірюють або визначають експлуатаційні дані, виробничі дані, та товщину стінок, принаймні у місцях з найбільшим ступенем зносу, а також додаткові процесуальні параметри контейнера (10) після його використання. Вказані дані потім збирають і зберігають у структурі даних. На підставі принаймні деяких з виміряних або визначених даних або параметрів створюють математичну модель, за допомогою якої ці дані або параметри оцінюють шляхом розрахунків і наступних аналізів. Таким чином, можна здійснювати пов'язані або узагальнені процеси визначення та наступного аналізу, завдяки чому досягається оптимізація як щодо футерівки контейнера, так і щодо всієї послідовності технологічних операцій з лиття розплавленої маси металу в контейнер.
