Abstract
Описан галогенированный полисилан (далее полисилан) в форме чистого соединения или смеси соединений, а также плазмохимический способ его получения. Полисилан является особенно легкорастворимым и плавящимся и характеризуется особыми химическими сдвигами релевантных сигналов продукта в областях ЯМР-спектров 29Si. В способе изготовления галогенированного полисилана применяют небольшое количество водорода и особенно низкую плотность энергии плазменного разряда. Благодаря этому может быть изготовлен галогенированный полисилан, который является особенно хорошо растворимым.
