Abstract
본 발명은 공정합금을 이용하여 폐 탄탈럼(Ta) 타겟에서 탄탈럼(Ta)분말을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 화학적 또는 물리적인 방법을 이용하여 폐 탄탈럼(Ta) 타겟의 표면에 잔존한 오염물을 제거하는 단계와, 오염물이 제거된 탄탈럼(Ta) 폐타겟과 공정반응 원소를 각각 칭량하여 바람직한 비율로 플라즈마 장비내부에 장입하는 단계와, 플라즈마 장비내부를 감압하고 반응가스 투입 및 전력을 인가하여 낮은 전력의 플라즈마를 형성시켜 탄탈럼(Ta) 공정합금을 제조하는 단계와, 고전력 플라즈마를 인가하여 초미세한 탄탈럼(Ta) 공정합금 분말을 제조하는 단계와, 제조된 탄탈럼(Ta) 공정합금 분말에 열처리를 하는 단계와, 열처리된 탄탈럼(Ta) 공정합금 분말에서 공정반응 원소를 화학적 방법으로 제거하여 고순도 및 초미세한 탄탈럼(Ta) 분말을 제조하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
