Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Umsetzung von Siliciumtetrachlorid mit Wasserstoff zu Trichlorsilan in einem Hydrodechlorierungsreaktor, wobei der Hydrodechlorierungsreaktor unter Druck betrieben wird und ein oder mehrere Reaktorrohre umfasst, die aus keramischem Material bestehen. Die Erfindung betrifft des Weiteren die Verwendung eines solchen Hydrodechlorierungsreaktors als integraler Bestandteil einer Anlage zur Herstellung von Trichlorsilan aus metallurgischem Silicium.
