Abstract

Description
本發明涉及一種用於強化毛髮、皮膚、指甲、皮革或者纖維的蛋白質強度的群組合物(Composition for strengthening of protein substance)。
皮膚是覆蓋身體表面的群組織,由表皮、真皮以及皮下脂肪層組成,並且作為皮膚附屬器官具有汗腺、皮脂腺、毛髮以及手指甲、脚趾甲等。構成如上所述的皮膚的最外層的表皮來自外胚層,並且大致由內側部分和外層部分組成,所述內側部分是被稱為馬氏層(malpighian layer,表皮生髮層)的、由活細胞構成的部分,所述外層部分是由無核且扁平乾燥的死細胞構成的角質層。面部的表皮厚度為0.03mm~1mm,手掌和脚底的表皮厚度為0.16mm~0.8mm,最薄的眼皮的表皮厚度為0.1mm左右。表皮主要是角化複層扁平上皮,主要由角質形成細胞(keratinocyte)組成,除此之外,具有黑色素細胞、朗格漢斯細胞以及梅克爾細胞。
角質形成細胞是表皮的主要構成成分,表皮從外向內由角質層、顆粒層、棘層以及基底層的4層組成,並且,在手掌、脚底部位的角質層和顆粒層之間具有透明層。
在表皮每天都形成數百萬個新的細胞,所形成的新細胞不停留在一個部位,而是不斷被推出到表皮的最外層。此時,在被推出的期間,這些細胞逐漸變為硬的角質。表皮的細胞在基底層首次造出,隨著逐漸被推出到表面,其形狀和功能也將被改變。
隨著表皮被角化,其形狀逐漸變為基底層、棘層、顆粒層、角質層,並且,由於這些細胞均是在形成角質的過程中造出的細胞,因此被稱為角質形成細胞。
角質形成細胞中的分化過程經過如下所述的四個階段:1)基底細胞的分裂過程;2)棘細胞中的合成和整理過程;3)顆粒細胞中的自分解過程;以及4)角質細胞中的再造過程,並且,作為分化的最後階段,形成角質層。將如上所述的過程稱為角化(keratinization)過程。
角質形成細胞的壽命約為28天,雖然根據部位的不同而有所不同,但每天都有數百萬個細胞脫落,並從下層生成數百萬個新細胞並被推上來。在人體的皮膚表面不斷有老化的角質細胞脫落,並且在老化的皮膚中角質層脫落需要更長的時間,角質層變厚。因此,角質形成細胞的功能降低使死細胞進一步增加,從而成為細紋和皮膚粗糙的原因。
角質層是形成角質形成細胞中最外層的又硬又乾燥的薄皮即角質的部分,其由20~25層構成。由於角質層是由蛋白質變硬的角蛋白(keratin)組成,由此被稱為角質層。角質層的形狀具有越接近皮膚表面
越扁平且長的形狀。作為主要成分,含有角蛋白(58%)、脂質(11%)、天然保濕因子(natural moisturizing factor:NMF,38%)。角質層的厚度根據身體部位的不同而不同,如手掌或者脚底的部位的角質層非常厚,由此可以承受在日常生活中所受的物理衝擊、摩擦或者外傷。雖然角質層由無核的死細胞和被稱為角蛋白的蛋白質構成,但是,在保護皮膚的功能上,占據最重要的位置。該角質層阻擋細菌或者外部的毒性物質從外部肆意侵入身體內,此外,起到使體內的水分不流失的重要的防護作用。作為這樣的皮膚角質的主要構成成分的角蛋白(58%),由甘氨酸、丙氨酸、纈氨酸、亮氨酸、異亮氨酸、蘇氨酸、絲氨酸、半胱氨酸、胱氨酸、蛋氨酸、天冬氨酸、天冬醯胺、谷氨酸、二碘酪氨酸(Diiodotyrosine)、賴氨酸、精氨酸、組氨酸、苯丙氨酸、酪氨酸、色氨酸、脯氨酸、氧化脯氨酸等氨基酸構成,尤其是,構成皮膚角質的角蛋白包含約6.4~8.1%的天冬氨酸、約9.1~15.4%的谷氨酸以及約3.1~6.9%的賴氨酸。
一般來說,毛髮是哺乳動物的皮膚附屬器官,在胚胎學上,其是表皮的上皮陷入而形成的角質化結構,與汗腺、皮脂腺一同屬於皮膚的附屬器官。毛髮包括頭髮、絨毛、鬍鬚、腋毛、陰毛等覆蓋人體外部的全部毛,根據不同情况,也僅指頭皮的頭髮。
毛髮由與皮膚角質層的主要成分相同的角蛋白構成,根據其來源,角蛋白大致分為兩類。將構成皮膚角質層的角蛋白稱為軟角蛋白,將構成毛髮和手指甲的角蛋白稱為硬角蛋白。這是由於氨基酸之一的半胱氨酸的含量不同而產生的,硬角蛋白的半胱氨酸含量高,而軟角蛋白
的半胱氨酸含量低。因此,硬角蛋白對外部刺激或者化學物質侵害的抵抗力強。
毛髮纖維的粗度約為50~100μm,由被稱為毛小皮的鱗片層(cuticle)和被稱為毛皮質的皮質(cortex)構成,有時也在中間部分具有被稱為毛髓質的毛髓(medulla)。所有這些細胞都是死細胞,並且大部分由角蛋白填充。
人的毛髮的約65~95%由角蛋白構成,並包含水和脂質(結合以及非結合形態)、色素、微量元素。蛋白質是通過約20~50個氨基酸的混合物形成長鏈而製成,每條鏈都被纏繞成螺旋狀或者線圈狀。
在構成人的毛髮的許多氨基酸組成中,胱氨酸是最重要的氨基酸中的一種。胱氨酸由彼此存在於不同的氨基酸鏈上的兩個半胱氨酸(巰基thiol)構成,並且以彼此接近的狀態形成兩個硫(sulfur)原子間鍵結的二硫鍵(disulfide bond),而已知該二硫鍵是非常強的結合。除二硫鍵外,毛髮還包含非常豐富的肽鍵(peptide bond)。此外,由於存在許多CO-和NH-基,使相鄰的鏈分子基團之間產生氫鍵。但是,因人毛髮細胞結構中非常獨特的部分、即因高胱氨酸含量,表現出毛髮的物理特徵。與毛髮的顏色相關的部分的色素是黑色素(melanin),其主要以顆粒(granule)形式存在於人毛髮的皮質部分。
毛髮的大部分為蛋白質,其餘成分為黑色素、脂質、微量元素、水分等。構成毛髮的大部分氨基酸組成的蛋白質,是含有大量半胱氨酸的角蛋白。毛髮角蛋白約由18種氨基酸組成,在其組成中,半胱氨酸的含量高於人的表皮。此外,作為鹼性氨基酸的群組氨酸、賴氨酸、精氨
酸的比例為1:3:10,這是毛髮角蛋白特有的比例。皮膚膠原蛋白不含有半胱氨酸,取而代之地,甘氨酸、脯氨酸和丙氨酸的含量高。决定毛髮顏色的黑色素在毛髮中的含量為約3%以下。
眾所周知,除蛋白質和黑色素之外,在毛髮中還包含銅、鋅、鐵、錳、鈣、鎂等礦物質和微量元素,除此之外,還含有磷、矽等無機成分。
對存在於毛髮的鍵結而言,除了蛋白質內部的多個氨基酸之間的肽鍵(Peptide Bond)以外,在各蛋白質分子之間存在分子間作用力或者鍵結力,通過該鍵結,毛髮保持其性狀以及形態。鍵結的種類大致有:交聯的胱氨酸鍵和肽鍵;以及,非交聯的鹽鍵(salt bond)、氫鍵、疏水性相互作用等。其中,胱氨酸鍵(Cystine Bond;二硫鍵Disulfide Bond;-CH2-S-S-CH2-)是含有硫(S)的蛋白質特有的、在其它纖維中看不到的側鏈鍵,是作為角蛋白的特徵出現的鍵結。通過該胱氨酸鍵,角蛋白表現出強的物理化學特徵。
作為這樣的毛髮的主要構成成分的角蛋白(58%),由甘氨酸、丙氨酸、纈氨酸、亮氨酸、異亮氨酸、蘇氨酸、絲氨酸、半胱氨酸、胱氨酸、蛋氨酸、天冬氨酸、天冬醯胺、谷氨酸、二碘酪氨酸、賴氨酸、精氨酸、組氨酸、苯丙氨酸、酪氨酸、色氨酸、脯氨酸、氧化脯氨酸等氨基酸構成,尤其是,構成毛髮的角蛋白包含約3.9~7.7%的天冬氨酸、約13.6~14.2%的谷氨酸以及約1.9~3.1%的賴氨酸。
一般而言,纖維可大致分為天然纖維和人造纖維,在天然纖維中,將從動物體得到的纖維稱為動物纖維,由於其化學成分是蛋白
質,因此也成為蛋白質類纖維。蛋白質類纖維有從動物的毛得到的纖維和從蠶繭得到的纖維,從動物的毛得到的纖維可分為:從綿羊的毛得到的毛纖維和從山羊、駱駝、兔子、馬、牛以及其它動物得到的頭髮纖維。
與毛髮相同地,這樣的蛋白質類纖維由甘氨酸、丙氨酸、纈氨酸、亮氨酸、異亮氨酸、蘇氨酸、絲氨酸、半胱氨酸、胱氨酸、蛋氨酸、天冬氨酸、天冬醯胺、谷氨酸、二碘酪氨酸、賴氨酸、精氨酸、組氨酸、苯丙氨酸、酪氨酸、色氨酸、脯氨酸、氧化脯氨酸等氨基酸構成,眾所周知,在這樣的蛋白質類纖維中最常且最廣泛使用的羊毛(wool)的氨基酸組成也與毛髮具有類似的群組成。
在水或者中性溶劑等溫和的條件下,這些蛋白質類纖維以及毛髮、皮膚、指甲、皮革是非常強的蛋白質的一種,但是,容易因日常生活中出現的梳理、吹風機的熱、染色、燙髮、日常生活中的物理摩擦、洗滌、日光、熨燙的熱、污染物附著、暴露在紫外線下、暴露在高溫以及低溫下、海水、游泳池的石灰粉等物理/化學處理以及環境壓力而受損。由此,受損的毛髮、皮膚、指甲、纖維皮革中,內外部的蛋白質溶出而進行多孔化,變得粗糙且柔軟度和彈力降低,會出現因摩擦力增加而不易打理、光澤度降低且顏色混濁等問題。
因此,為了改善毛髮、皮膚、纖維、皮革等基質表面特徵,以保持美麗而健康的狀態,使用處理劑。尤其,光澤度、柔軟度以及光滑度是希望改善的重要且代表性的表面特徵。
作為用於賦予強度強化的處理劑的代表性例示,對於毛髮而言,有:洗髮水、護髮素、蠟劑、噴劑、慕斯、洗髮乳、精華液、髮膏、
髮膜、片狀髮膜等能夠用於毛髮的化妝品製劑;對於皮膚而言,有:化妝水、乳液、精華液、精華素、面霜、凝膠、粉底液、粉餅、隔離霜、提亮化妝品、面膜、貼劑等能夠用於皮膚的化妝品製劑;對於纖維而言,有:纖維柔順劑、纖維染色劑、洗滌洗劑、修護劑、前後處理劑、洗滌輔助劑、局部去污劑、噴劑等能夠用於纖維的纖維護理製劑。對於指甲處理劑而言,也可舉出光澤劑、營養劑、強化劑等能夠用於手脚指甲的製劑。對於皮革產品而言,可舉出霜劑、乳劑、精華液、精華素、凝膠劑、蠟劑、噴劑劑、洗滌劑、清潔劑、局部去污劑、軟膏類、光澤劑、條劑、片劑等皮革處理用的製劑。
此外,通常化妝材料被定義為「為使身體清潔、美化、增加魅力、改變容貌或者保持皮膚或毛髮的健康,以塗抹、散布以及其它類似的方法來使用為目的材料,是指對人體的作用輕微」。如上所述的化妝材料包含多種用於使皮膚、毛髮、手指甲以及脚趾甲等人體的多種部位保持健康美麗的功能,其中,強度強化可視為化妝材料的主要功能之一。
作為構成這樣的強度強化用化妝材料的常用原料,包括:油脂、蠟、碳氫化合物、高級脂肪酸、高級醇、酯類油、矽油等油性原料;陰離子表面活性劑、陽離子表面活性劑、兩性離子表面活性劑、非離子表面活性劑;以保濕劑、增稠劑和成膜劑使用的高分子化合物;紫外線吸收以及阻斷劑;抗氧化劑;金屬離子螯合劑;包括染料和色素的顏色材料;香料;防腐劑等。
此外,作為用於提供特殊功能的成分,可包含油脂以及天然脂肪酸或合成脂肪酸、脂肪醇、醇、烷基甘油醚、酯、碳氫化合物、矽、
氟化合物、多元醇、糖類、天然高分子或合成高分子、蠟、維生素類、激素類、氨基酸、肽、蛋白質、動植物提取物、礦物提取物以及它們的衍生物等。
但是,包含於這樣的群組合物中的強度強化成分,並不是基於強的共價鍵形式賦予效果,而大部分是基於簡單的吸附來賦予效果。處理組合物之後,由於在日常生活中出現的多種外部環境,持續產生成分溶出,強度持續減小,並且在清潔過程中,這樣的現象被進一步加速。
例如,在韓國公開專利第2014-0096053號中,包含烷氧基矽烷和由特定公式得到的莫耳數的水,並塗抹角蛋白物質(尤其指甲)的光澤化妝方法以及相關試劑盒組合物,但是,由於僅限矽烷分子的一側部分通過脫水反應與蛋白質表面結合,因此,雖然具有塗層形成能力,但是存在著:將矽烷分子連接於蛋白質之間的兩末端鍵結對強度強化完全起不到作用的侷限性。
本發明的目的在於,提供一種能夠向毛髮、頭皮、皮膚、指甲、皮革或者纖維賦予半永久性的強度強化效果的蛋白質強度強化用組合物。
本發明的另一目的在於,提供一種包含所述蛋白質強度強化用組合物的護理產品。
作為解决所述課題的方法,本發明提供蛋白質強度強化用組合物,其包含氨基矽烷化合物以及反應介質。
此外,本發明提供包含所述組合物的護理產品。
本發明的蛋白質強度強化用組合物含有能夠與毛髮、頭皮、皮膚、指甲、皮革或者纖維的蛋白質形成共價鍵的氨基矽烷化合物,由此,通過使氨基矽烷化合物與所述蛋白質形成共價鍵,能夠提高強化蛋白質強度的效果,可使半永久性的蛋白質強度強化效果最大化。
本發明涉及一種包含氨基矽烷化合物以及反應介質的蛋白質強度強化用組合物。
在本發明中,「蛋白質強度強化用組合物」是指,通過使氨基矽烷化合物與作為毛髮、頭皮、指甲、皮膚、皮革或者纖維的蛋白質構成成分大量存在的羧基和胺基形成共價鍵,從而起到使蛋白質半永久性連接的作用,由此能夠使蛋白質強度強化效果最大化的群組合物。此外,是指還能夠獲得使蛋白質看似變粗、增加彈性、增加粗度等附加效果的群組合物。
上述「蛋白質強度強化用組合物」,可包括毛髮蛋白質強度強化用組合物、頭皮蛋白質強度強化用組合物、皮膚蛋白質強度強化用組合物、指甲蛋白質強度強化用組合物、皮革蛋白質強度強化用組合物和/或纖維蛋白質強度強化用組合物。
例如,本發明的蛋白質強度強化用組合物通過反應介質使由蛋白質構成的基質與氨基矽烷化合物進行反應,以使由蛋白質構成的基質與氨基矽烷化合物發生反應,從而使蛋白質基質的羧基與氨基矽烷化合物的胺基、蛋白質基質的胺基與氨基矽烷化合物的羧基和/或蛋白質基質
的胺基與氨基矽烷化合物的胺基形成共價鍵,並基於此能夠使蛋白質強度強化效果半永久性地最大化。
在本發明中,「由蛋白質構成的基質」例如包括毛髮、頭皮、皮膚、指甲、皮革以及纖維等,但並不限定於此。
在本發明中,「氨基矽烷化合物」包括:通過水解形成直接與矽(Si)鍵合的1~3個羥基的同時,在同一個分子中具有最少一個以上胺基的由下述化學式1~3表示的單烷氧基氨基矽烷、二烷氧基氨基矽烷、三烷氧基氨基矽烷(Alkoxy aminosilane)化合物。

相對於組合物總量100重量份,所述氨基矽烷化合物可使用0.000001~30重量份、0.001~15重量份、0.01~5重量份。當所述氨基矽烷化合物的含量不足0.000001重量份時,難以表現持續的蛋白質強度強化的效果,當超出30重量份時,組合物內存在於氨基矽烷化合物中的胺過多,有可能導致劑型穩定性的問題。
在本發明中,上述反應介質包含選自於由碳二亞胺類化合物、二羥基喹啉類化合物、銨類化合物、膦類化合物以及酶所組成的群組中的一種以上。

phosphonium hexafluorophosphate)、(3,4-二氫-4-氧代-5-氮雜苯並-1,2,3-三嗪-3-基)三-(吡咯烷基)膦六氟磷酸鹽((3,4-dihydro-4-oxo-5-azabenzo-1,2,3-triazin-3-yl)tris-(pyrrolidino)phosphonium hexafluorophosphate)及其衍生物組成的群組中的一種以上,但並不限定於此。
所述酶可包含在穀氨醯胺的胺和賴氨酸的胺之間介導生物結合的轉穀氨醯胺酶(transglutaminase)、分選酶A(SortaseA)、酪氨酸酶(Tyrosinase)、漆酶/過氧化酶(Laccase/Peroxidase)以及賴氨醯氧化酶/胺氧化酶(Lysyl Oxidase/Amine Oxidase),但並不限定於此。
相對於組合物總量100重量份,所述反應介質可使用0.000001~10重量份、0.001~7重量份、0.01~5重量份。所述反應介質的含量不足0.000001重量份時,具有難以表現持續的表面改性效果的問題,當超出10重量份時,相比存在於由蛋白質構成的基質中的反應位置,反應介質存在過多,其在沒有與蛋白質基質反應的狀態下,與功能成分反應,從而不僅無助於賦予光澤效果的持續提高,反而具有作用為損失的成分的問題。
在進行所述反應時,可在pH2~pH12的條件下反應,更加優選在pH3~pH10的條件下反應,最優選在pH4.5~pH8的弱酸性水溶液相中反應時,最有效地增大反應效率。所述反應在1分鐘~30分鐘之內完成。
所述組合物可通過塗抹、散布、稀釋以及其它類似的方法來使用,並且,可通過不產生蛋白質熱變性的溫和條件的加溫(20℃~80℃)條件來促進脫水反應,從而提高反應效率。
在一具體例中,作為反應介質利用碳二亞胺類化合物,並將此時的由蛋白質構成的基質表面的羧基與三乙氧基氨基丙基矽烷的胺基之間的反應,圖示在下述反應式1中。
如上述反應式1所示,與毛髮、頭皮、皮膚、指甲、皮革和/或纖維結合的氨基酸,在使用洗髮水或洗劑、肥皂等的通常的洗滌中,也不易洗掉,由此可幾乎半永久性地保持附著於毛髮、頭皮、皮膚、指甲、皮革和/或纖維的結構。
除了上述氨基矽烷化合物和反應介質之外,本發明的蛋白質強度強化用組合物還可包含能夠增大蛋白質強度強化效果的成分。例如,當與棕櫚酸(palmitic acid)、硬脂酸(stearic acid)、月桂酸(lauric acid)、肉豆蔻酸(myristic acid)等脂肪酸,脂肪醇,直鏈和支鏈的長鏈烷基季銨鹽等陽離子表面活性劑,陽離子纖維素、陽離子瓜爾膠、陽離子聚乙烯吡咯烷酮等陽離子聚合物,矽等混用時,劑型化變得容易。此外,為了化妝品製劑的劑型化,還可包括溶劑、表面活性劑、增稠劑、穩定劑、防腐劑、pH調節劑、金屬離子螯合劑、著色劑、珠光劑、外觀改善劑、
色素、粉體粒子等用於化妝品製劑化的成分。相對於組合物總量100重量份,所述用於製劑化的成分可使用40~99重量份。
本發明的蛋白質強度強化用組合物包含具有官能團的氨基矽烷化合物,由此可用於蛋白質強度強化用組合物的配方中。對於毛髮而言,可包括洗髮前(pre-shampoo)產品、洗髮水、護髮素、蠟劑、噴劑、慕斯、洗髮乳、精華液、髮膏、髮膜、片狀髮膜、片劑、貼劑、條劑、軟膏類、永久染毛劑、臨時染毛劑、燙髮劑等所有可用於毛髮的化妝品製劑,對於皮膚而言,可包括化妝水、乳液、精華液、精華素、面霜、凝膠、粉餅、散粉、隔離霜、提亮化妝品、面膜、貼劑等所有可用於皮膚的化妝品製劑,對於纖維而言,也可包括纖維柔順劑、纖維染色劑、洗滌洗劑、修護劑、前後處理劑、洗滌輔助劑、局部去污劑、噴劑等所有可用於纖維的纖維護理製劑。對於皮革產品而言,也可包括膏劑、乳劑、精華液、精華素、凝膠劑、蠟劑、噴劑、洗滌劑、清潔劑、局部去污劑、軟膏類、臨時染毛劑、永久染毛劑、光澤劑、條劑、片劑等所有皮革處理用製劑,但並不限定於此。
在發明的蛋白質強度強化用組合物中,為了增大蛋白質強度強化效果,可使用琥珀酸二辛酯(Dioctylsuccinate)、己二酸二辛酯(Dioctyl adipate)、癸二酸二乙酯(Diethyl sebacate)等二元酸酯油和多元醇、聚乙二醇、丙二醇、己二醇、丁二醇及它們的異構體、甘油、苯甲醇、乙氧基二甘醇及其衍生物。上述提及的溶劑提高毛髮以及皮膚的滲透性,也可用作難溶性物質的溶劑。
參照以下詳細說明的實施例,可明確本發明的優點和特徵以及達成所述優點和特徵的方法。但是,本發明並不限定於以下公開的實施例,可通過其它多種形式實施,提供以下實施例,只是為了使本發明的公開完整,並且,為了向本發明所屬技術領域的普通技術人員完整地告知發明的範疇。
實施例1~12以及比較例1~4
以下述表1和2示出的群組成和含量,製造了實施例1~12以及比較例1~4的毛髮蛋白質強度強化用洗髮水組合物。利用所製造的洗髮水組合物將毛髮洗滌乾淨之後,用毛巾擦乾,取3g左右的毛髮髮束(tress),隨機選取其中50根,利用毛髮拉伸強度測定儀來測定拉伸強度,並將其作為使用組合物前的毛髮拉伸強度。以相同髮束每次利用0.3g所製造的群組合物洗30次之後,利用毛髮拉伸強度測定儀來分別測定洗後拉伸強度,評價並比較了強度變化特徵。
如上述表3以及4所示,從實施例1~12以及比較例1~4的試驗結果,確認了:與不包含反應介質只包含氨基矽烷成分的比較例1~4的群組合物相比,在包含作為反應介質的1,3-雙(1-異氰酸根合-1-甲基乙基)苯-聚乙二醇單甲醚封端的均聚物(Benzene,1,3-bis(1-isocyanato-1-methylethyl)-,homopolymer,polyethylene glycol mono-Me-ether-blocked)(實施例1~4、10)或者1,1’-亞甲基-雙-(4-異氰酸根合環己烷)-聚乙二醇單甲醚封端的均聚物(1,1'-methylene-bis-(4-isocyanatocyclohexane)-,homopolymer,polyethylene glycol mono-Me-ether-blocked)(實施例5~10)、N-[(1H-苯並三唑-1-基)
(二甲基氨基)亞甲基]-N-甲基甲銨六氟磷酸鹽N-氧化物(實施例11)以及苯並三唑-1-基氧基三(二甲基氨基)膦六氟磷酸鹽(實施例12)的情况下,使用洗髮水之後,毛髮的拉伸強度增大效果非常優異。
實施例13~24以及比較例5~8
以下述表5和6示出的群組成和含量,製造了實施例13~24以及比較例5~8的通過強化皮膚增加彈力的沐浴露組合物。測定人造皮膚的起始彈力,並分別使用所製造的的群組合物30次之後,評價人造皮膚的彈力,比較了皮膚彈力增加效果。
如上述表7和8所示,從實施例13~24以及比較例5~8的試驗結果,確認了:與不包含反應介質只包含氨基酸成分的比較例5~8的群組合物相比,在包含作為反應介質的1,3-雙(1-異氰酸根合-1-甲基乙基)苯聚乙二醇單甲醚封端的均聚物(Benzene,1,3-bis(1-isocyanato-1-methylethyl)-,homopolymer,polyethylene glycol mono-Me-ether-blocked)(實施例13~16、22)或者1,1’-亞甲基-雙-(4-異氰酸根合環己烷)-聚乙二醇單甲醚封端的均聚物(1,1'-methylene-bis-(4-isocyanatocyclohexane)-,homopolymer,polyethylene glycol mono-Me-ether-blocked)(實施例17~22)、N-[(1H-苯並三唑-1-基)(二甲基氨基)亞甲基]-N-甲基甲銨六氟磷酸鹽N-氧化
物(實施例23)以及苯並三唑-1-基氧基三(二甲基氨基)膦六氟磷酸鹽(實施例24)的情况下,使用沐浴露之後,皮膚彈力的改善效果非常優異。
實施例25~36以及比較例9~12
以下述表9和10示出的群組成和含量,製造了實施例25~36以及比較例9~12的指甲強化用組合物。以每10名消費者為對象,分別使用組合物20天之後,將指甲的破裂、分裂等狀態與使用前的初始指甲狀態進行比較,並以5分標準(5:非常優異、4:稍微優異、3:無差異、2:無效果、1:完全無效果)的感官評價進行了比較。
如上述表11和12的結果所示,從上述實施例25~36以及比較例9~12的試驗結果,確認了:與不包含反應介質只包含氨基酸成分的比較例9~12的群組合物相比,在包含作為反應介質的1,3-雙(1-異氰酸根合-1-甲基乙基)苯-聚乙二醇單甲醚封端的均聚物(Benzene,1,3-bis(1-isocyanato-1-methylethyl)-,homopolymer,polyethylene glycol mono-Me-ether-blocked)(實施例25~28、34)或者1,1’-亞甲基-雙-(4-異氰酸根合環己烷)-聚乙二醇單甲醚封端的均聚物(1,1'-methylene-bis-(4-isocyanatocyclohexane)-,homopolymer,polyethylene glycol mono-Me-ether-blocked)(實施例29~34)、N-[(1H-苯並三唑-1-基)(二甲基氨基)亞甲基]-N-甲基甲銨六氟磷酸鹽N-氧化物(實施例35)、苯並三唑-1-基氧基三(二甲基氨基)膦六氟磷酸鹽(實施例36)的情况下,指甲強度的強化效果明顯優異。

- 一種蛋白質強度強化用組合物,其中,包含:氨基矽烷化合物,其中上述氨基矽烷化合物是由下述化學式1~3表示的化合物組成的群組中選擇;以及反應介質,其中上述反應介質是由下述化學式4表示;其中,
