Abstract

Description

經改質聚合物及包含彼之穩定乳液
本發明係關於嵌入彈性製品中之布料或纖維製品(諸如編織及非編織材料或索)之處理。
彈性製品(諸如傳動帶、輪胎、耦合器及軟管)典型地包括嵌入一或多種合成或天然彈性體內的布料或索。布料及纖維亦可由合成或天然材料製成且併入彈性製品以改良彈性製品之回彈性及拉伸強度。在使用期間,諸如傳動帶及輪胎之彈性製品可經受較高負載。因此,在使用期間布料或纖維能夠保持彈性製品之完整性且避免破壞。 彈性製品之適當作用依賴於布料或纖維之間的黏著力及布料或纖維所嵌入之彈性體。反覆撓曲可造成布料或纖維自其所嵌入的彈性體分離,導致產品破壞。因此,布料或纖維不僅僅經嵌入,而且經預處理,使得布料或纖維黏附至彈性體且減小在使用期間自彈性體分離之可能性。已知的用於促進布料或纖維之間黏著力之預處理步驟包括多個用於在與用於形成彈性產物之彈性體相容且黏附至該彈性體之層中塗佈纖維之步驟。 舉例而言,用於聚酯索之習知處理由三個塗層組成: - 異氰酸酯或環氧樹脂在有機溶劑中的底塗劑處理; - 間苯二酚-甲醛乳膠(RFL)處理;及 - 基於聚合物、可固化交聯劑、黏著促進劑、成膜劑及/或除酸劑之複雜摻合物之視情況選用的外塗層黏著劑。 此係複雜的一系列處理,其係代價大的、涉及一些對環境不利的組分且需要最優化以實現最佳效能。 因此,需要意欲用於併入彈性製品之布料或纖維之經改良的處理組合物。
本申請案主張2016年2月26日申請之題為「MODIFIED POLYMERS AND STABLE EMULSIONS COMPRISING THE SAME」之美國專利申請案第15/054,431號之優先權,其全部揭示內容以引用之方式併入本文中以用於所有目的。 在一個態樣中,提供經改質的聚合物,其包含基於二烯的聚合鏈及至少一個以經封閉的異氰酸酯基封端之末端,或兩個或更多個末端。經封閉的異氰酸酯基可為異氰酸酯及封閉劑之反應產物,且封閉劑經選擇以使得經改質的聚合物在至少100℃之溫度下去封閉。舉例而言,封閉劑可選自由以下組成之群:己內醯胺、苯酚、肟、吡唑、丙二酸酯及其組合。基於二烯的聚合鏈可為使諸如丁二烯之一或多種二烯與諸如乙烯基芳族單體之一或多種共聚單體共聚的產物。經改質的聚合物可進一步包含一或多種酸官能基且具有1000至15000之數目平均分子量。 在另一態樣中,提供如上所述之經改質的聚合物之水性乳液。以乳液之重量計,乳液可具有1%至50%之固體含量。乳液可進一步包含鹼,諸如胺(例如,三乙胺)。 在另一態樣中,提供製備乳液之方法,其包含: ·   在有機溶劑中組合羥基封端的聚合物(諸如聚丁二烯之多元醇)、具有至少兩個羥基之酸、鹼及二異氰酸酯(諸如異佛爾酮二異氰酸酯),以形成異氰酸酯封端之聚合物反應劑混合物; ·   向異氰酸酯封端的聚合物中添加封閉劑(諸如環己酮肟),以形成經封閉的異氰酸酯封端的經改質的聚合物; ·   組合經改質的經封閉的異氰酸酯封端的聚合物與水;及 ·   移除有機溶劑, 其中經封閉之異氰酸酯封端的聚合物在至少100℃之溫度下去封閉。乳液可進一步與一或多種乳膠組合,該乳膠係諸如乙烯基-吡啶乳膠、苯乙烯-丁二烯-橡膠乳膠、羧化苯乙烯丁二烯橡膠乳膠及其混合物。視情況,選自由環氧樹脂、異氰酸酯及胺組成之群的一或多種水溶性黏著劑添加劑可額外與乳液及乳膠組合存在。 在另一態樣中,提供製備經處理布料或纖維之方法,其包括: ·   用包含上述水性乳液及乳膠之混合物塗佈纖維(視情況,混合物可另外包含選自由環氧樹脂、異氰酸酯及胺之群組成的一或多種水溶性黏著性添加劑),及 ·   乾燥經塗佈之纖維以移除至少一部分水。 布料或纖維可包含天然或合成材料纖維,其包含選自由以下組成之群的至少一者:纖維素、耐綸、聚乙烯、聚酯、嫘縈、耐綸、乙烯樹脂、聚醯胺、聚酮、聚對伸苯基-苯并二噁唑(「PBO」)、芳族聚醯胺及碳纖維及其組合。所得經處理材料可包含如上所述布料及纖維、經改質的聚合物中之至少一者,及一或多種乳膠。經改質的聚合物及一或多種乳膠可包含1至60重量%之經處理材料。 在另一個態樣中,提供橡膠產物,其包含如上所述之彈性材料及經處理布料或纖維。橡膠產物可呈輪胎、氣墊、撓性耦合器、傳動帶、輸送帶、流體投送軟管之形式。
本發明方法及組合物之一個態樣為提供可用主要由或由經封閉的異氰酸酯封端的聚合物及乳膠組成的穩定水性乳液預處理的布料或纖維,且不包括使用間苯二酚及甲醛來處理布料或纖維。不包括間苯二酚及甲醛可產生對環境更加有利的預處理過程。經處理布料或纖維可適用於彈性製品,諸如傳動帶、輪胎、耦合器及軟管,舉例而言,用於增強彈性製品之拉伸強度。在本發明方法及組合物之另一個態樣中,提供需要較少方法步驟之預處理方法。本發明方法及組合物之另一態樣係提供並不需要使用界面活性劑之前述聚合物的穩定水性乳液。因此,根據本發明方法及組合物之各種實施例的預處理乳液實質上不含界面活性劑(例如,乳液可含有低於0.1%重量之界面活性劑、低於0.05%重量之界面活性劑或甚至0%重量之界面活性劑)。 與先前採用的方案及方法相比,根據本發明方法及組合物之各種實施例之提供預處理布料或纖維之預處理方案及方法提供經改良之用於將合成或天然彈性體黏結至布料或纖維的方案及方法。可合併有預處理布料或纖維之彈性體的實例,舉例而言,藉由將纖維索嵌入彈性體,包括所有類別之合成及天然橡膠、聚丁二烯、聚異戊二烯、聚(苯乙烯-共-丁二烯)、聚(異戊二烯-共-丁二烯)、聚(丁二烯-共-異戊二烯-共-苯乙烯)、丁基橡膠及乙烯-丙烯-二烯單體橡膠,諸如乙烯丙烯二烯三元共聚物(EPDM)、乙烯辛烯共聚物(EOM)、乙烯丁烯共聚物(EBM)、乙烯辛烯三元共聚物(EODM)、乙烯丁烯三元共聚物(EBDM)、乙烯乙酸乙烯酯彈性體(EVM)、乙烯丙烯酸甲酯(EAM),其由多種溶液或乳液聚合方法及陰離子、陽離子或自由基起始過程產生,以產生無規或嵌段共聚單體序列分佈及二烯部分之低級至高級乙烯基微結構。此等彈性體之官能化版本亦可包括在與根據本發明方法及組合物之預處理布料或纖維組合的彈性組合物中。其他可採用之合適的彈性體包括例如聚胺基甲酸酯彈性體(亦包括聚胺基甲酸酯/尿素彈性體)(PU)、聚氯丁二烯橡膠(CR)、丙烯腈丁二烯橡膠(NBR)、經氫化之NBR(HNBR)、烷基化氯磺化聚乙烯(ACSM)、表氯醇、乙烯α烯烴彈性體及聚矽氧橡膠、或上述任兩種或更多種之組合。 由不同類型之材料及其組合製備的布料或纖維可使用根據本發明方法及組合物之組合物及方法預處理。布料可為編織或非編織的。舉例而言,纖維可以不同形式提供,諸如索或紗。布料或纖維可包括合成及/或天然材料,諸如纖維素、聚酯、嫘縈、耐綸、乙烯樹脂、聚醯胺、聚酮、聚對伸苯基-苯并二噁唑(「PBO」)、芳族聚醯胺及碳纖維。聚酯纖維之實例包括聚對苯二甲酸伸乙酯(「PET」)及聚萘二甲酸伸乙酯(「PEN」)。醯胺(芳族聚醯胺)纖維之實例包括間醯胺、對醯胺及醯胺共聚物。聚醯胺之實例包括耐綸6、耐綸66及耐綸46。聚酮之實例包括聚醚酮(PEK)、聚醚醚酮(PEEK)、聚芳基醚酮(PAEK),及乙烯與一氧化碳及聚(1-酮三亞甲基)共聚合之聚合物。布料或纖維可為任何所希望的構造,意謂組成布料或纖維之紗或股之數目、紗支、絞撚層級或方向不受限制。 根據本發明方法及組合物之各種實施例的纖維處理組合物包含具有聚合鏈及至少一個以異氰酸酯封端之末端的經改質的經封閉的聚合物,其中異氰酸酯由封閉劑封閉。具有至少一個由異氰酸酯封端之末端的聚合鏈可為羥基封端的聚合物與二異氰酸酯化合物之反應產物。羥基封端的聚合物可為具有至少1.8,或至少2.4之OH官能性的二醇,使得羥基封端的聚合物之至少兩個末端與二異氰酸酯化合物反應。視情況,一或多種擴鏈劑亦可與羥基封端的聚合物及異氰酸酯反應以控制官能化聚合物之分子量。例示性鏈擴展二醇可包括單體二醇、聚合二醇及其組合。可包括在本發明組合物中之一或多種單體多元醇包括(但不限於)1,4-丁二醇、1,6-己二醇、乙二醇、2-乙基-1,3-己二醇(EHD)、2-丁基-2-乙基-1,3-丙二醇(BEPG)、2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇(TMPD)、2,4-二乙基-1,5-戊二醇(PD-9)、對苯二酚二羥基乙基醚(HQEE)、二甘醇、丙二醇、三羥甲基丙烷及甘油。可包括在本發明組合物中之一或多種聚合多元醇包括(但不限於)聚酯二醇、聚醚二醇、聚醚酯二醇、聚酯醚二硫酚、聚碳酸酯二醇、聚縮醛二醇及聚己內酯多元醇。羥基封端的聚合物之實例包括(但不限於)二烯之羥基封端的均聚物或共聚物。二烯之實例包括(但不限於)丁二烯、異戊二烯及菌綠烯。共聚單體之實例包括(但不限於)乙烯基芳族單體(例如,乙烯基甲苯、苯乙烯及α甲基苯乙烯)、乙烯、丙二醇及其組合。較佳地,以聚二烯之數目平均分子量計,羥基封端的聚二烯具有低於70%,或低於50%,或低於30%之1-2乙烯基含量。更佳的是,羥基封端的聚二烯具有相對低分子量及黏度。以聚二烯之數目平均分子量計,羥基封端的聚二烯可具有約1,000至15,000 g/mol,或約1,500至10,000 g/mol,或約2,000至5,000 g/mol的分子量。羥基封端的聚二烯可具有低於在23℃下100 Pa.s,或在23℃下低於50 Pa.s,或者在23℃下低於25 Pa.s之黏度。 較佳羥基封端的聚合物為羥基封端的聚丁二烯之低分子量、低黏度液體樹脂,諸如由TOTAL Petrochemical and Refining Inc., USA of Houston, TX製造的Poly bd® R-45HTLO樹脂。  根據本發明方法及組合物之各種實施例,使聚合物之末端羥基與含有異氰酸酯的化合物(諸如二異氰酸酯、三異氰酸酯、聚異氰酸酯或其他合適的反應性異氰酸酯形式)反應。芳族或脂族二異氰酸酯皆可用於與羥基封端的聚合物反應。例示性二異氰酸酯包括(但不限於)異佛爾酮二異氰酸酯(「IPDI」)、二苯基甲烷二異氰酸酯(「MDI」)、經改質或聚合MDI、甲苯二異氰酸酯(「TDI」)、對伸苯基二異氰酸酯(「PPDI」)及其類似物,包括任何不同形式或其衍生物,IPDI為最佳的。亦可使用二異氰酸酯之混合物,包括經混合的異構體。 使具有至少一個異氰酸酯封端之末端的聚合鏈與封閉劑反應以封閉異氰酸酯基。因此,如本文在整個說明書中及申請專利範圍中所使用,「經封閉的異氰酸酯基」意指在聚合鏈之末端上的異氰酸酯基團以可逆方式與封閉劑反應,以暫時去除存在的異氰酸酯基。舉例而言,封閉劑可為肟,其在與異氰酸酯基團反應後形成胺基甲酸酯鍵。聚合物可藉由施加熱來「去封閉」,使得胺基甲酸酯鍵裂解且恢復氰酸酯基(例如,異氰酸酯基再生)。例示性反應機制可根據以下式1進行,其中在等式右邊之反應產物視為具有「封閉」異氰酸酯的聚合鏈:

根據本發明之組合物可以水性乳液形式提供。用封閉劑封閉異氰酸酯基可防止異氰酸酯基團在乳液塗覆至布料或纖維之前過早地與水反應。封閉劑可經選擇使得需要超過100℃之溫度來使經封閉的異氰酸酯基去封閉。此將使得水分自塗覆至經處理布料或纖維的乳液移除。在水分移除之後,升高經處理布料或纖維之溫度將使異氰酸酯基去封閉,該等基團可隨後與經處理布料或纖維交聯及/或結合。封閉劑較佳在約110℃至140℃溫度下去封閉。封閉劑之實例包括(但不限於)己內醯胺、苯酚、肟、吡唑、丙二酸酯(malonates)(丙二酸酯(malonic esters))、胺及其組合。合適的封閉劑可含有例如至少一個活性氫或至少一個活性亞甲基。封閉劑可為單官能化或雙官能化的。封閉劑之特定實例可包括環己酮肟、己酮肟、甲基乙基酮肟、e-己內醯胺、丙二酸二乙酯、壬基酚、乙醯乙酸乙酯、氰基乙酸乙酯、二異丙胺、第三丁基苯甲胺、2-吡咯啶酮及3,5二甲基吡唑。適用的封閉劑為環己酮肟。 水性乳液之固體含量、乳膠組合物之固體含量以及經封閉之異氰酸酯封端的聚合物乳液與乳膠乳液之比率可視不同因素而變化,諸如經處理布料或纖維之所希望的物理特性、所處理布料或纖維之類型以及用於將處理組合物塗覆至布料或纖維之塗覆方法的類型。舉例而言,噴霧方法可能需要比浸漬方法黏度更低之處理組合物。如熟習此項技術者應理解,經封閉之異氰酸酯封端的聚合物以及乳膠彈性體的分子量亦將影響根據本發明方法及組合物之調配物的黏度。在另一實例中,較佳調配處理組合物,使得布料或纖維在已處理及乾燥之後具有所希望的黏性程度的表面。舉例而言,對於傳動帶,常常需要黏性程度,但經處理布料或纖維在脫離經處理布料或纖維之捲軸時應能夠自其自身釋放。按乳液之總重量計,含有經封閉之異氰酸酯封端的聚合物之水性乳液可具有1至50%、或者5至40%及或者10至30%之固體含量。根據本發明方法及組合物之處理調配物中之經封閉之異氰酸酯封端的聚合物與乳膠彈性體之重量比範圍可為1:3至3:1,或者1:2至2:1。根據本發明方法及組合物之用於塗覆處理溶液的方法參數,諸如乾燥溫度、浸漬速率、刮刷器之使用及類似參數,亦可經選擇以影響經處理布料或纖維之不同末端特性。 本發明方法及組合物之去封閉的異氰酸酯封端的聚合物之交聯及結合可由經處理布料或纖維上的塗料組合物中的任何殘餘水分與異氰酸酯基團之間的反應引起,以形成不穩定胺基甲酸,其隨後釋放二氧化碳以形成反應性胺。胺可隨後與另一異氰酸酯反應以形成尿素鍵。異氰酸酯基亦可與存在於組成布料或纖維之天然或合成材料中的任何羥基反應以形成胺基甲酸酯鍵。三個或更多個異氰酸酯基亦可與自身反應以形成三異氰尿酸酯環結構或聚異三聚氰酸酯。因此,末端異氰酸酯基實現塗料組合物對纖維索之結合及封裝。聚合鏈應與彈性製品之乳膠及彈性材料相容,使得聚合鏈將借助於硫或自由基固化劑與彈性體一起固化。 本發明方法及組合物之經處理布料或纖維可適用於多種彈性製品,通常諸如輪胎、氣墊、可撓性耦合器、傳動帶、輸送帶、流體投送軟管及其他經受動力負載之複合橡膠物件以及紡織加固橡膠物件。舉例而言,布料或纖維在氣墊中的用途描述於美國專利第4,954,194號中,布料或纖維在可撓性耦合器中之用途描述於美國專利第6,283,868號中,且布料或纖維對於輪胎中胴體及/或輪胎面加強的用途描述於美國專利第3,616,832號中。所有先前所提及的公開案之內容皆以引用的方式併入本文中。如熟習此項技術者應理解,經處理布料或纖維之定位影響嵌入彈性製品中之布料或纖維之拉伸能力及負荷-攜載能力。舉例而言,藉由對準沿輸送帶或輪胎之縱向而非與縱向垂直之方向的纖維索,纖維索可包括於傳動帶或輪胎中。經處理布料或纖維可至少部分嵌入傳動帶或輪胎之彈性材料中。 可以習知用量併入彈性製品之其他組分包括習知橡膠混合成分,包括填充劑、塑化劑、穩定劑、硫化劑/固化劑及促進劑。舉例而言,強化填充劑之實例包括熱解的二氧化矽填充劑及典型地用於橡膠混合之經沈澱精細分割的二氧化矽。然而,二氧化矽填充劑可為藉由自可溶矽酸鹽(諸如矽酸鈉)沈澱得到的類型。舉例而言,可使用根據美國專利第2,940,830號中所描述之方法產生二氧化矽填充劑。以無水之重量計,此等沈澱,含水二氧化矽色素具有至少50%及通常大於80%之SiO2 在混合含有二氧化矽填充劑之橡膠組合物時,一般使用偶合劑。此類偶合劑例如可在橡膠/填充劑加工或混合段期間與填充劑預混合或預反應或添加至橡膠混合物中。若偶合劑及填充劑在橡膠/填充劑加工或混合段期間偶合劑單獨添加至橡膠混合物中,則認為偶合劑隨後與填充劑現場組合。根據本發明方法及組合物之彈性製品中可採用熟習此項技術者已知的任何偶合劑。偶合劑通常由具有能夠與二氧化矽表面反應的組成性矽烷組分(亦即部分)及能夠與橡膠反應的組成組分組成,特定言之,含有碳-碳雙鍵或不飽和度之硫可硫化橡膠。以此方式,偶合劑可在二氧化矽及橡膠之間充當連接橋,且因此增強二氧化矽之橡膠增強態樣。 phr之範圍內,約0.5 phr至約2 phr之範圍為較佳的。 過氧化氫硫化劑可為以下中之至少一者:過氧化二異丙苯、過氧化二第三丁基、過氧化第三丁基異丙苯基、過氧化苯甲醯、1,3-雙(第三丁基過氧基異丙基)苯、2,5-二甲基-2,5-二(第三丁基過氧基)己烯-3,2,5-二甲基-2,5-(苯甲醯基過氧基)己烷、2,5-二甲基-2,5-單(第三丁基過氧基)己烷及其類似物。此等有機過氧化物可單獨或以組合之形式使用。可添加硫化助劑以增強硫化程度,從而避免黏性耗損問題。硫化助劑可為以下中之至少一者:TIAC、TAC、1,2-聚丁二烯、不飽和羧酸之金屬鹽、肟、胍、三羥甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯、乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、N-N'-間伸苯基雙順丁烯二醯亞胺、硫及其類似物。 可存在於橡膠組分中之抗降解劑之實例包括(但不限於)單酚、雙酚、硫雙酚、多酚、對苯二酚衍生物、亞磷酸鹽、磷酸鹽摻合物、硫酯、奈胺、二酚胺以及其他二芳基胺衍生物、對-伸苯基二胺、喹啉及摻合胺。抗降解劑通常以約0.1 phr至約10 phr之範圍內的量使用,約2至6 phr之範圍為較佳的。 膠溶劑之實例包括(但不限於)五氯苯酚,其可以約0.1 phr至0.4 phr之範圍內的量使用,約0.2至0.3 phr之範圍為較佳的。 加工油之實例包括(但不限於)脂族-環烷芳族樹脂、聚乙二醇、石油、酯塑化劑、硫化植物油、松樹焦油、酚樹脂、石油樹脂、聚合酯及松香。加工油可以約0至約50 phr之範圍內的量使用,約5至35 phr之範圍為較佳的。 活化劑之實例包括(但不限於)氧化鋅及硬脂酸之組合。總而言之,活化劑可以約1至10 phr之範圍內的量使用,諸如約4至8 phr之範圍。 促進劑之實例包括(但不限於)胺、胍、硫脲、硫醇、雙甲硫羰醯胺、二硫化物、噻唑、亞磺醯胺、二硫胺甲酸及磺原酸酯。在僅使用主要促進劑之情況下,所使用之量可介於約0.5至2.5 phr之範圍內。在使用兩種或更多種促進劑之組合情況下,主要促進劑大體上可以0.5至2.0 phr範圍內之量使用且次要促進劑可以約0.1至0.5 phr範圍內之量使用。已知促進劑之組合可產生協同效應。在一個實施例中,舉例而言,主要促進劑係一種次磺醯胺。若使用次要促進劑,則其可為一種胍、二硫胺基甲酸鹽或雙甲硫羰醯胺化合物。 實例 參考以下非限制性實例進一步說明本發明之實施例。經封閉的異氰酸酯封端的聚合物水性乳液之合成 一種呈羥基化聚丁二烯之形式的多元醇按以下量(由TOTAL Petrochemicals and Refining, Inc., 材料於室溫下在一種溶劑中(甲基乙基酮)組合以形成一種分散液,使得分散液之最終固體含量係40%。分散液之溫度升高至80℃且攪拌分散液兩小時。保持該溫度,同時添加過量之環己酮肟(19.3 g)以確保封閉大部分(若非全部末端異氰酸酯基團)。添加肟之後,乳液藉由在溶劑相中添加水或在水中添加溶劑相來製備,且隨後汽提該溶劑,以使得最終水性乳液具有35-40%之固體含量且在23℃下呈現低於200 mPa.s之黏度。纖維索處理 水性浸漬調配物係藉由在水中組合水性乳液及乙烯基吡啶乳膠,以使得水性浸漬溶液含有8%經封閉之異氰酸酯封端的聚合物及8%乙烯基吡啶(以浸漬溶液之總重量計)來製備。需要低攪拌速率以均勻化水性浸漬調配物之組分,此係由於水性乳液與乳膠之間良好的相容性,以及水性乳液之相對的低黏度。所得調配物係穩定的且在其與乳膠組合之前不需要水性乳液之成熟作用或活化步驟。 將由不同纖維製得的紡織物浸漬在水性浸漬調配物中約5秒且在180℃下乾燥約2至3分鐘。以乾燥之後之經處理的紡織物的總重量計,經處理的紡織物之固體拾取值約為7重量%。隨後用NR橡膠(天然橡膠)將經處理的紡織物併入層狀結構中以形成用於黏著性測試之樣品,如圖1所示。 層狀結構係藉由用未固化NR橡膠之第一層10 (0.8-1 mm)負載2 mm厚的扁平模具,在其上置放經處理的紡織物之第二層12 來製備。隨後一片聚矽氧紙14 施用在層狀結構之長度「L」之「P」部分上以提供樣品之未結合區。未固化之NR橡膠之第三層16 (0.8-1 mm)裝載在第二層12 之頂部且最終為經處理的紡織物之第四層18 。層狀結構在約160℃之溫度下在模具中固化。一旦固化,則移除聚矽氧紙14 以提供樣品,其中在第二層12 及第三層16 之間由聚矽氧紙14 佔據的區域為未結合的。根據ASTM D1876對樣品進行T剝離測試以評估黏結強度。結果提供於表2中。 表2

Claims (18)

  1. 一種橡膠製品,其包含彈性材料及經處理的材料,其中該經處理的材料包含:布料及纖維中之至少一者,其係經纖維處理調配物處理,該纖維處理調配物實質上由以下物質所組成:經改質的聚合物,其包含基於二烯的聚合鏈及至少一個以經封閉的異氰酸酯基封端的末端,其中該經封閉的異氰酸酯基係異氰酸酯及封閉劑之反應產物及在至少100℃之溫度下去封閉;一或多種天然或合成彈性體的一或多種乳膠;及視情況選用之選自由鹼、溶劑、抗氧化劑、催化劑、處理添加劑、儲存期限添加劑及穩定性添加劑組成之群的至少一種額外組分;其中間苯二酚及甲酸未用於處理該布料及纖維中之至少一者。
  2. 如請求項1之橡膠製品,其中該基於二烯的聚合鏈係至少一個二烯及至少一個乙烯基芳族單體之共聚物。
  3. 如請求項1之橡膠製品,其中該基於二烯的聚合鏈係聚丁二烯。
  4. 如請求項1至3中任一項之橡膠製品,其中該經改質的聚合物進一步包含一或多種酸官能基。
  5. 如請求項1至3中任一項之橡膠製品,其中該經改質的聚合物具有兩 個或更多個以經封閉的異氰酸酯基團封端的末端。
  6. 如請求項1至3中任一項之橡膠製品,其中該經改質的聚合物具有1000至15000之數目平均分子量。
  7. 如請求項1至3中任一項之橡膠製品,其中該纖維處理調配物包含鹼。
  8. 如請求項7之橡膠製品,其中該鹼包含至少一種三級胺。
  9. 如請求項1至3中任一項之橡膠製品,其中該經改質的聚合物係藉由包含以下之方法所製備:在有機溶劑中組合羥基封端的聚合物、酸、鹼及二異氰酸酯以形成異氰酸酯封端的聚合物;及向該異氰酸酯封端的聚合物中添加封閉劑以形成該經改質的聚合物。
  10. 如請求項9之橡膠製品,其中該酸包含至少兩個羥基。
  11. 如請求項9之橡膠製品,其中該羥基封端的聚合物係聚丁二烯之多元醇。
  12. 如請求項9之橡膠製品,其中該二異氰酸酯係異佛爾酮二異氰酸酯。
  13. 如請求項9之橡膠製品,其中該封閉劑係環己酮肟。
  14. 如請求項1至3中任一項之橡膠製品,其中該一或多種乳膠係選自由以下組成之群:乙烯基-吡啶乳膠、苯乙烯-丁二烯-橡膠乳膠、羧化苯乙烯丁二烯橡膠乳膠及其混合物。
  15. 如請求項1至3中任一項之橡膠製品,其中該布料或纖維之至少一者選自由以下組成之群:纖維素、耐綸、聚乙烯、聚酯、嫘縈、耐綸、乙烯樹脂(vinyl)、聚醯胺、聚酮、聚對伸苯基-苯并二噁唑(「PBO」)、醯胺、碳纖維及其組合。
  16. 如請求項1至3中任一項之橡膠製品,其中該封閉劑係選自由以下組成之群:己內醯胺、苯酚、肟、吡唑、丙二酸酯及其組合。
  17. 如請求項1至3中任一項之橡膠製品,其中該經改質的聚合物及一或多種乳膠共占該經處理的材料之1至60重量%。
  18. 如請求項1至3中任一項之橡膠製品,其係以輪胎、氣墊、可撓性耦合器、傳動帶、輸送帶或流體投送軟管中之至少一者的形式提供。
