Description
[発明の態様]
1.カーカスおよびカーカスと直接接触したインナーライナーを含む空気入りタイヤであって、インナーライナーが、
ポリアミド、α−オレフィングラフトコポリマーおよびイオノマーのブレンドを含むフィルム、及び
フィルムとカーカスの間に配置された接着剤層
を含み、
接着剤層が、ポリマーアミンおよびレゾルシノール−ホルムアルデヒド−ラテックス(RFL)接着剤を含む、
空気入りタイヤ。
2.接着剤層が、ポリメチルメタクリラートがグラフトされている天然ゴムラテックスをさらに含む、1の空気入りタイヤ。
3.ポリアミドが、ポリアミド6/66、ポリアミド6、ポリアミド66、ポリアミド6/12、ポリアミド6/10、ポリアミド11、ポリアミド12およびナイロン−MXD6からなる群から選択される、1の空気入りタイヤ。
4.ポリアミドがポリアミド6/66である、1の空気入りタイヤ。
5.α−オレフィングラフトコポリマーがエチレンおよび第2のα−オレフィンに由来し、α−オレフィングラフトコポリマーにα,β−不飽和カルボン酸の無水物がグラフトされている、1の空気入りタイヤ。
6.α−オレフィングラフトコポリマーがエチレンおよび1−オクテンに由来しα−オレフィングラフトコポリマーに、無水マレイン酸に由来する単位がグラフトされている、1の空気入りタイヤ。
7.イオノマーが、エチレンおよびα,β−不飽和モノカルボン酸に由来するコポリマーの、なくとも部分中和された塩である、1の空気入りタイヤ。
8.イオノマーが、エチレンおよびメタクリル酸に由来するコポリマーの少なくとも部分中和された亜鉛塩である、1の空気入りタイヤ。
9.ポリマーアミンがポリエチレンイミンである、1の空気入りタイヤ。
10.RFLが、レゾルシノール−ホルムアルデヒド樹脂、スチレン−ブタジエンゴムおよびビニルピリジン−スチレン−ブタジエンゴムを含む、1の空気入りタイヤ。
11.ブレンドが、
50〜70重量部のポリアミド、
10〜30重量部のα−オレフィングラフトコポリマー、および
10〜30重量部のイオノマー
を含む、1の空気入りタイヤ。
12.フィルムがコロナ放電に曝露されている、1の空気入りタイヤ。
13.フィルムがコロナ放電に曝露されている、2の空気入りタイヤ。
14.カーカスおよびカーカスと直接接触したインナーライナーを含む空気入りタイヤであって、インナーライナーが、
50〜70重量部のポリアミド6/66、
10〜30重量部の、エチレンおよび1−オクテンに由来し、無水マレイン酸に由来する単位がグラフトされているα−オレフィングラフトコポリマー、ならびに
10〜30重量部の、エチレンおよびメタクリル酸に由来するコポリマーの少なくとも部分中和された亜鉛塩を含むイオノマー
のブレンドを含むフィルムと、
フィルムとカーカスの間に配置された接着剤層と
を含み、接着剤層が、
ポリエチレンイミンおよびレゾルシノール−ホルムアルデヒド−ラテックス(RFL)接着剤
を含む、空気入りタイヤ。
15.接着剤層が、ポリメチルメタクリラートがグラフトされている天然ゴムをさらに含む、14の空気入りタイヤ。
16.フィルムがコロナ放電に曝露されている、14の空気入りタイヤ。
17.フィルムがコロナ放電に曝露されている、15の空気入りタイヤ。
18.空気入りタイヤを製造する方法であって、
ポリアミド、α−オレフィングラフトコポリマーおよびイオノマーのブレンドを含むインナーライナーフィルムを、コロナ放電に曝露して、コロナ処理されたフィルムを作製する工程、
ポリマーアミンを、コロナ処理されたフィルム上に配置して、アミンで処理されたフィルムを作製する工程、
レゾルシノール−ホルムアルデヒド−ラテックス(RFL)接着剤をアミンで処理されたフィルム上に配置して、処理されたインナーライナーフィルムを作製する工程、及び
処理されたインナーライナーフィルムがタイヤカーカスに直接接触するように、処理されたインナーライナーフィルムを、製造されるタイヤに組み込む工程
を含む、方法。
19.RFL接着剤を配置した後に、ポリメチルメタクリラートがグラフトされている天然ゴムを配置する工程をさらに含む、14の方法。

Claims (5)
- カーカスおよびカーカスと直接接触したインナーライナーを特徴とする空気入りタイヤであって、該インナーライナーが、
ポリアミド、α−オレフィングラフトコポリマーおよびイオノマーのブレンドを含むフィルム、及び
該フィルムと該カーカスの間に配置された接着剤層
を含み、
該接着剤層が、ポリマーアミンおよびレゾルシノール−ホルムアルデヒド−ラテックス(RFL)接着剤を含む、
空気入りタイヤ。 - 該接着剤層が、ポリメチルメタクリラートがグラフトされている天然ゴムラテックスをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 該ポリアミドが、ポリアミド6/66、ポリアミド6、ポリアミド66、ポリアミド6/12、ポリアミド6/10、ポリアミド11、ポリアミド12およびナイロン−MXD6からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 空気入りタイヤを製造する方法であって、
インナーライナーフィルムをコロナ放電に曝露して、コロナ処理されたフィルムを作製する工程、ここで該インナーライナーフィルムがポリアミド、α−オレフィングラフトコポリマーおよびイオノマーのブレンドを含む、
ポリマーアミンを、該コロナ処理されたフィルム上に配置して、アミンで処理されたフィルムを作製する工程、
レゾルシノール−ホルムアルデヒド−ラテックス(RFL)接着剤を該アミンで処理されたフィルム上に配置して、処理されたインナーライナーフィルムを作製する工程、及び
該処理されたインナーライナーフィルムがタイヤカーカスに直接接触するように、該処理されたインナーライナーフィルムを、製造されるタイヤに組み込む工程
を含むことを特徴とする、方法。 - RFL接着剤を配置した後に、ポリメチルメタクリラートがグラフトされている天然ゴムを配置する工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
