Abstract

一種用於深色紡織物或工程塑膠的色母組成物,包含一熱塑性聚酯、一黃色色料組分、一紅色色料組分及一藍色色料組分。該黃色色料組分是選自於顏料黃147、顏料黃181、顏料黃183、染料棕53或其組合。該紅色色料組分是選自於顏料紅122、顏料紅144、顏料紅202、顏料紅214或其組合。該藍色色料組分是選自於顏料藍60、染料藍67或其組合。本發明另提供一種用於深色紡織物或工程塑膠的膠粒,是將如上所述的色母組成物在一以聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)為主的基材中展色而得。本發明所製得的製品具有減緩並降低吸熱的效果,且在加工過程中仍可維持其原有的顏色。

Description

用於深色紡織物或工程塑膠的色母組成物及其製品
本發明是有關於一種色母組成物(color masterbatch composition),特別是指一種用於深色紡織物或工程塑膠(engineering plastics)的色母組成物及其製品。
深色紡織物普遍用於衣著、窗簾及沙發等,深色工程塑膠廣泛用於電器及汽車零組件等,具有良好遮光性及避免髒污的功能。一般深色紡織物或工程塑膠的紡前著色是在原料中添加容易取得且供作為顏料的碳黑(carbon black)而製得,但也因此產生容易吸收紅外線而導致其製品快速升溫的問題。
TW I509038公開一種紅外線低升溫顏料組成物,透過選擇數種特定的顏料加以組合,可降低因吸收紅外線而造成的升溫效果。然而,其公開的大部分顏料組成物與熱塑性聚酯(thermoplastic polyesters)所形成的膠片,在經過紡織物或工程塑膠的必要加工過程(例如:在285~300℃中加熱)後,無法維持其顏料組成物原有的顏色,必須在形成製品後再進行染色才能製得深色紡織物(紡後著色)或工程塑膠,因此增加了加工的複雜性及廢水污染的問題。
因此,本發明之第一目的,即在提供一種用於深色紡織物或工程塑膠的色母組成物,可以克服上述先前技術的缺點。
於是,本發明用於深色紡織物或工程塑膠的色母組成物包含一熱塑性聚酯、一黃色色料組分、一紅色色料組分及一藍色色料組分。該黃色色料組分是選自於顏料黃147(pigment yellow 147)、顏料黃181、顏料黃183、染料棕53(solvent brown 53)或其組合。該紅色色料組分是選自於顏料紅122(pigment red 122)、顏料紅144、顏料紅202、顏料紅214或其組合。該藍色色料組分是選自於顏料藍60(pigment blue 60)、染料藍67(solvent blue 67)或其組合。上述色料是依據顏色索引(color index)通用名稱表示。
因此,本發明之第二目的,即在提供一種用於深色紡織物或工程塑膠的膠粒,是將如上所述的色母組成物在一以聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)為主的基材中展色而得。
因此,本發明之第三目的,即在提供一種用於深色紡織物的纖維,是將如上所述的膠粒在285~300℃中抽絲而得。
因此,本發明之第四目的,即在提供一種用於工程塑膠的材料,是將如上所述的膠粒在285~300℃中射出、押出或模製而得。
本發明之功效在於:利用本發明用於深色紡織物或工程塑膠的色母組成物所製得的製品,無需另外的添加或改質即具有減緩並降低吸熱的效果,且在必要的加工過程中仍可維持其原有的顏色。
以下將就本發明內容進行詳細說明:
較佳地,在本發明用於深色紡織物或工程塑膠的色母組成物中,該色母組成物還包含二氧化鈦,以該色母組成物的總重為100wt%,該二氧化鈦的含量範圍為大於0至5wt%。
較佳地,該熱塑性聚酯是選自於聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)、聚對苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)、經官能基化的聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯衍生物(functionalized derivatives of PET)、其等之共聚物(copolymers)或其等之摻混物(blends)。
較佳地,以該色母組成物的總重為100wt%,該黃色色料組分的含量範圍為7~15wt%,該紅色色料組分的含量範圍為8~15wt%,該藍色色料組分的含量範圍為5~15wt%。
更佳地,以該色母組成物的總重為100wt%,該黃色色料組分是含量範圍為7~10wt%的染料棕53。
更佳地,以該色母組成物的總重為100wt%,該藍色色料是含量範圍為5~10wt%的染料藍67。
較佳地,該色母組成物還包含現有的添加劑,例如紫外線吸收劑、抗氧化劑、阻燃劑或其組合。
較佳地,在本發明用於深色紡織物或工程塑膠的膠粒中,以該膠粒的總重為100wt%,該色母組成物的含量範圍為1~10wt%。
較佳地,本發明用於工程塑膠的材料是膠片或塑膠薄膜。
本發明將就以下實施例來作進一步說明,但應瞭解的是,該等實施例僅為例示說明之用,而不應被解釋為本發明實施之限制。
<實施例>
[實施例A1~A32]色母組成物
依據下表1之含量比例將色料加入粉碎後的熱塑性聚酯粒中混合,再於240~280℃中以雙螺桿擠壓機進行擠壓混煉,以製得實施例A1~A32的色母組成物。
[實施例B1~B32]色母組成物
依據下表2之含量比例將色料加入粉碎後的熱塑性聚酯粒中混合(共95wt%),並添加5wt%二氧化鈦,再於240~280℃中以雙螺桿擠壓機進行擠壓混煉,以製得實施例B1~B32的色母組成物。
[實施例C1~C32、D1~D32]色母組成物
實施例C1~C32及D1~D32的步驟分別與實施例A1~A32及B1~B32相似,差異之處在於以PBT取代PET,以分別製得實施例C1~C32及D1~D32的色母組成物。
<比較例>
[比較例Z1~Z4]色母組成物
依據下表3之含量比例將色料加入粉碎後的熱塑性聚酯粒中混合,再於240~280℃中以雙螺桿擠壓機進行擠壓混煉,以製得比較例Z1~Z4的色母組成物。
<應用例>
[應用例1]PET膠粒
將上述實施例A1~A32、B1~B32、C1~C32及D1~D32的色母組成物切粒後,加入PET中展色(色母組成物占總重的6wt%),以製得應用例1的PET膠粒PETA1~A32、PETB1~B32、PETC1~C32及PETD1~D32
[應用例2]用於深色紡織物的纖維
將上述應用例1的PET膠粒PETA1~A32、PETB1~B32、PETC1~C32及PETD1~D32在285~300℃中抽絲,以製得應用例2的用於深色紡織物的纖維FA1~A32、FB1~B32、FC1~C32及FD1~D32(纖維細度為3 DPF)。其中,纖維FA1~A32及FB1~B32為黑色,纖維FC1~C32及FD1~D32為深灰色,可適用於深色紡織物。
[應用例3]用於工程塑膠的材料
將上述應用例1的PET膠粒PETA1~A32、PETB1~B32、PETC1~C32及PETD1~D32在285~300℃中射出,以製得應用例3的用於工程塑膠的膠片SA1~A32、SB1~B32、SC1~C32及SD1~D32。其中, 膠片SA1~A32及SB1~B32為黑色,膠片SC1~C32及SD1~D32為深灰色,可適用於深色工程塑膠。
<比較應用例>
[比較應用例1]PET膠粒
將碳黑(30wt%)加入粉碎後的熱塑性聚酯粒(70wt%)中混合,再於240~280℃中以雙螺桿擠壓機進行擠壓混煉,以製得碳黑色母組成物。並於切粒後加入PET中展色(碳黑色母組成物占總重的5.5wt%),得到比較應用例1的碳黑PET膠粒PETCB
[比較應用例2]PET膠粒
比較應用例2與應用例1不同處在於以上述比較例Z1~Z4的色母組成物取代實施例A1~A32、B1~B32、C1~C32及D1~D32的色母組成物,並於加入PET中展色後得到比較應用例2的黑色PET膠粒PETZ1~Z4
[比較應用例3]纖維
將上述比較應用例1的碳黑PET膠粒PETCB及比較應用例2的黑色PET膠粒PETZ1~Z4在285~300℃中抽絲,以分別製得比較應用例3的纖維FCB及FZ1~Z4。其中,纖維FZ1~Z4皆褪色變淺呈偏棕色。

在23℃下,以紅外線燈(Philips PAR38 IR Red 150W 125~130V,波長範圍600~1400nm)與PET膠粒距離17公分照射55分鐘,並以紅外線溫度計每隔5分鐘分別量測上述比較應用例1與應用例1之PET膠粒溫度,其結果如下表4所示。其中,PET膠粒 PETB1~B32、PETC1~C32及PETD1~D32的升溫測試結果皆分別與PET膠粒PETA1~A32的升溫測試結果相似。
表4及上述紅外線升溫測試結果顯示,使用本發明色母組成物所製得的PET膠粒PETA1~A32、PETB1~B32、PETC1~C32及PETD1~D32,其吸收紅外線10分鐘後的溫度皆在67℃以下,其吸收紅外線55分鐘後的溫度皆維持在74℃以下;而使用碳黑所製得的碳黑PET膠粒PETCB,其吸收紅外線10分鐘後的溫度已高於100℃,說明其升溫速率較快且升溫幅度較大,表示本發明用於深色紡織物或工程塑膠的色母組成物可減緩並降低因吸收紅外線而造成的升溫效果。
綜上所述,本發明用於深色紡織物或工程塑膠的色母組成物無需另外的添加或改質即可減緩並降低因吸收紅外線而造成的升溫效果,且適用於深色紡織物或工程塑膠的加工過程,故確實能達成本發明之目的。
惟以上所述者,僅為本發明之實施例而已,當不能以此限定本發明實施之範圍,凡是依本發明申請專利範圍及專利說明書內容所作之簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆仍屬本發明專利涵蓋之範圍內。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種用於深色紡織物或工程塑膠的色母組成物,包含:一熱塑性聚酯;一黃色色料組分,選自於顏料黃147、顏料黃181、顏料黃183、染料棕53或其組合;一紅色色料組分,選自於顏料紅122、顏料紅144、顏料紅202、顏料紅214或其組合;及一藍色色料組分,選自於顏料藍60、染料藍67或其組合,上述色料是依據顏色索引通用名稱表示;其中,以該色母組成物的總重為100wt%,該黃色色料組分的含量範圍為7~15wt%,該紅色色料組分的含量範圍為8~15wt%,該藍色色料組分的含量範圍為5~15wt%。
  2. 如請求項1所述的用於深色紡織物或工程塑膠的色母組成物,還包含二氧化鈦,以該色母組成物的總重為100wt%,該二氧化鈦的含量範圍為大於0至5wt%。
  3. 如請求項1所述的用於深色紡織物或工程塑膠的色母組成物,其中,該熱塑性聚酯是選自於聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚對苯二甲酸丁二酯、經官能基化的聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯衍生物、其等之共聚物或其等之摻混物。
  4. 如請求項1所述的用於深色紡織物或工程塑膠的色母組成物,其中,以該色母組成物的總重為100wt%,該黃色色料組分是含量範圍為7~10wt%的染料棕53。
  5. 如請求項1所述的用於深色紡織物或工程塑膠的色母組成物,其中,以該色母組成物的總重為100wt%,該藍色色料是含量範圍為5~10wt%的染料藍67。
  6. 一種用於深色紡織物或工程塑膠的膠粒,是將如請求項1所述的色母組成物在一以聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯為主的基材中展色而得。
  7. 如請求項6所述的用於深色紡織物或工程塑膠的膠粒,其中,以該膠粒的總重為100wt%,該色母組成物的含量範圍為1~10wt%。
  8. 一種用於深色紡織物的纖維,是將如請求項6所述的膠粒在285~300℃中抽絲而得。
  9. 一種用於工程塑膠的材料,是將如請求項6所述的膠粒在285~300℃中射出、押出或模製而得。
