Description

切片器
本發明係有關一種將蔬菜或水果等之被切片材切片之切片器,特別是有關可任意調整被切片材的切片寬度之切片器。
以往,關於將各式各樣的蔬菜或水果等之被切片材簡單地切割成任意厚度的切割片方面,是採用使被切片材在切割方向前後搖動而藉由切片刀切割被切片材之切片器。
就以往的切片器而言,可知悉一種具備具有左右一對支撐臂之框架、兩端固定於支撐臂之切片刀、配置在切片刀前方並架設於左右一對框部間之固定支撐板、及配置在切片刀後方之可動支撐板,且使可動支撐板移動於垂直方向而可調整被切片寬度的切片寬度(厚度)者。
可知悉此種切片器的可動支撐板係由配置於可動支撐板下方的滑動支撐體所支撐,透過讓滑動支撐體前後移動而變更位置,使可動支撐板得於垂直方向升降者(例如,參照專利文獻1)。

然而,就上述的切片器而言,在透過將被切片材往可動支撐板按壓且使被切片材前後搖動而切割被切片材之際,切片器容易撓曲,因而切片刀與可動支撐板的間隔(實際切割寬度)比預設的切片刀與可動支撐板的間隔(初期設定切割寬度)還擴大,故有被切割片會被切割成比所要的厚度還厚之虞。
又,收容滑動支撐體兩端的通路窄,會有通路內被切片材的細切屑夾住或殘留含有附著於被切片材的表面之泥土等的污水之情形,而有切片器長期使用而損及衛生之虞。
於是,為提供一種能將被切片材以均一的厚度切割並衛生地使用之切片器而衍生應解決的技術課題,本發明之目的在於解決此課題。
本發明係為達成上述目的而提案者,請求項1記載之發明提供一種切片器,係使被切片材滑動於切割方向而用切片刀切割前述被切片材,該切片器具備:樹脂製的框架,支撐前述切片刀的兩端;樹脂製的可動支撐板,安裝成可對該框架升降用以支撐前述被切片材;及金屬製的補強材,埋設於前述框架或前述可動支撐板,於切割前述被切片材之際承受作用於前述切片器的彎曲應力。
依據此構成,藉由金屬製的補強材來承受 起因於切割時的按壓力而作用在框架或可動支撐板的彎曲應力,使框架或可動支撐板的撓曲受抑制,保持預設的切片刀與可動支撐板之間隔,從而能將被切片材切割成所期望的厚度。
又,藉由將補強材埋設於切片器內,即便是切屑或污水等附著的情況亦可簡單地沖洗,故可衛生地使用切片器。
請求項2記載之發明係提供如請求項1記載之切片器,其構成更包含:前述補強材在前述可動支撐板內跨前述切割方向設置。
依據此構成,藉由補強材在可動支撐板內沿切割方向配置。由於補強材跨可動支撐板整體承受作用於可動支撐板的彎曲應力,因此可動支撐板的撓曲受到抑制,從而能將被切片材切割成所期望的厚度。
請求項3記載之發明係提供如請求項1記載之切片器,其構成更包含:前述可動支撐板在俯視圖中形成梯形狀,前述補強材係沿著前述可動支撐板的長邊配置。
依據此構成,藉由補強材沿著可動支撐板的長邊配置,由於補強材將彎曲應力易集中的可動支撐板補強,所以可動支撐板的撓曲受到抑制,從而能將被切片材切割成所期望的厚度。
請求項4記載之發明係提供如請求項1記載之切片器,其構成更包含:前述可動支撐板具備在俯視圖中形成船頭狀的前端支撐部,前述補強材沿著前述前端支 撐部的邊緣配置。
依據此構成,藉由補強材沿著前端支撐部的邊緣配置,由於補強材將彎曲應力易集中的前端支撐部補強,所以可動支撐板的撓曲受到抑制,從而能將被切片材切割成所期望的厚度。
請求項5記載之發明係提供如請求項1至4中任一項之切片器,其構成更包含:前述補強材在前述框架內跨前述切割方向設置。
依據此構成,藉由補強材在框架內跨切割方向設置,由於補強材跨框體整體承受作用於框體的彎曲應力,所以框體的撓曲受到抑制,從而能將被切片材切割成所期望的厚度。
本發明的切片器係藉由金屬製的補強材承受作用於框架或可動支撐板的彎曲應力以抑制框架或可動支撐板的撓曲,由於預設的切片刀與可動支撐版之間隔被保持,故可被切片材切割成所期望的厚度。
藉由將補強材埋設於切片器內,即便是切屑或污水等附著的情況亦可簡單地沖洗,故可衛生地使用切片器。

本發明之目的在於提供一種可達成將被切片材以均一的厚度切割並可衛生地使用的切片器,藉由以下方式實現,即一種切片器,係使被切片材滑動於切割方向而用切片刀切割被切片材,該切片器之特徵為具備:樹脂製的框架,支撐切片刀的兩端;樹脂製的可動支撐板,安裝成可對框架升降用以支撐被切片材;及金屬製的補強材,埋設於框架或可動支撐板,於切割被切片材之際承受作用於切片器的彎曲應力。
〔實施例〕
以下,依據圖面,就本發明一實施例的切片器1作說明。圖1係切片器1之表面側之斜視圖。圖2係切片器1的背面側之斜視圖。圖3係切片器1之俯視圖。圖4係切片器1之仰視圖。圖5係切片器1之前視圖。圖6係切片器1 之後視圖。此外以下的「前」、「後」之用語係與切割被切片材時進給被切片材的方向一致之切割方向S的前方、後方相對應者。又,「上」、「下」之用語係與切片器的垂直方向的上方、下方相對應者。
切片器1具備:框架10;切割被切片材的切片刀20;配置在切片刀20前方的固定支撐板30;配置在切片刀20後方的可動支撐板40;可交換的替換刀50;及調整可動支撐板40之切片寬度調整標度盤60。框架10、固定支撐板30、可動支撐板40及切片寬度調整標度盤60係分別為ABS樹脂製且利用射出成型所製造。切片刀20和替換刀50係不鏽鋼製。
切片器1係使用者將被切片材往可動支撐板40按壓且在切割方向搖動而將被切片材切割成對應切片刀20與可動支撐板40之間隔的厚度之切割片。切割片從切片器1的背面側排出。
切片刀20係相對於框架10的寛度方向W斜向延伸。在切片刀20的左右分別穿設有未圖示出的孔。切片刀20係成為藉由被插通於設在框架10表面的安裝孔10a與切片刀20之孔的螺栓B1所固定。此外,只要可將切片刀20固定於框架10即可,未受限於用螺栓固定。
替換刀50係安裝於切片刀20與可動支撐板40之間,替換刀50的兩端被框架所支撐,替換刀50為,沿著替換刀50的長邊方向設置複數個齒,可因應各齒的間隔沿著切割方向S刻切被切片材。替換刀50係由形成在框架10的外側面10b之未圖示的螺栓插通孔以被插通的螺栓B2 壓抵於框架10而固定。藉由組合使用切片刀20與替換刀50,可將被切片材切割成各種大小的棒狀或長方形狀。
可動支撐板40、切片寬度調整標度盤60係安裝成可對框架10裝卸自如,各構件可個別地洗淨。
切片器1備有安裝在切割方向S前端的止滑構件70。止滑構件70的表面具備樹脂製的止滑層。止滑構件70係切割方向S的稜線剖面形狀彎成凸狀所形成。使用者在使用切片器1之際,透過使止滑構件70斜向壓抵於切菜板,使用者可在切片器1不生滑動之下切割被切片材。
框架10具備:安裝於固定支撐板30的寛度方向的兩端之左右一對支撐臂11、11;及架設在左右一對支撐臂11、11間之支柱12。
支撐臂11具備設於內側面將切片刀20的兩端收容的狹縫11a。切片刀20從狹縫11a插入並配置在既定位置。
支撐臂11具備凹設於內側面之引導溝11b。引導溝11b沿著垂直方向H延伸設置。引導溝11b係成為與可動支撐板40之後述的被引導銷41卡合。此外,引導溝11b的形狀亦可任意設定。引導溝11b的垂直方向H的下部係形成開口,故可動支撐板40可從框架10裝卸。
在框架10具備供使用者把持的把手13。把手13亦可為用螺栓B3對框架10可裝卸地一體結合於支撐臂11的後端,但若把手13可固定於支撐臂11,則亦可為能藉螺栓裝卸地固定者。
固定支撐板30係配置在一對支撐臂11、11 之間而一體安裝於支撐臂11。在固定支撐板30的表面30a刻設朝切割方向S延伸設置且併設於寛度方向W之8列的溝部31。因為藉由在固定支撐板30的表面30a設置溝部31使固定支撐板30與被切片材以節省面積方式接觸,故能使被切片材滑溜地搖動。溝部31的深度尺寸亦可任意設定。
可動支撐板40具備豎立設於側面後方的被引導銷41。被引導銷41係成為卡合於支撐臂11的引導溝11b,可動支撐板40係因應引導溝11b的形狀而升降。例如,在引導溝11b是從垂直方向H的下方朝上方且從切割方向S的後方朝前方斜向形成之情況,可動支撐板40亦因應引導溝11b的形狀斜向升降。在可動支撐板40上昇時,透過被引導銷41卡合於引導溝11b而限制可動支撐板40的搖晃及扭轉。
可動支撐板40具備刻設於表面40a朝切割方向S延伸設置且併設於寛度方向W之8列的溝部42。因為可動支撐板40與被切片材的接觸面積是減少了設置溝部42的份量,故降低在切割被切片材時的滑動阻力。
可動支撐板40於俯視圖中是在切割方向S的前方形成凸狀的梯形形狀。可動支撐板40的前端部43係從可動支撐板40的中央附近朝切割方向S的前方緩慢地形成窄幅。
又,在可動支撐板40的背面40b配設有第1肋部45。第1肋部45係形成從垂直方向H的下方朝上方形成緩慢地擴徑的錐狀,成為易於將可動支撐板40從模具脫模。本實施例中,將第1肋部45形成中空圓筒狀,但只要 是可使可動支撐板40的剛性增大即可,可為任何形狀,例如形成為實心圓筒狀、橢圓柱狀等亦無妨。
在可動支撐板40的背面40b設有呈格子狀配置的第2肋部46。藉此,能更增大可動支撐板40的剛性。
切片寬度調整標度盤60形成中空圓筒狀且在端部設有手柄61。切片寬度調整標度盤60備有設置於外周面的螺紋部,透過螺紋部與設在支柱12中央的未圖示之螺紋承孔螺合而使切片寬度調整標度盤60裝置於框架10。切片寬度調整標度盤60係形成比第1肋部45的外徑還大徑。在切片寬度調整標度盤60支撐著可動支撐板40的狀態,透過與框架10相對升降,可動支撐板40得於垂直方向H升降。
叉,可動支撐板具備在側面前方凹設的引導溝47。引導溝47透過和立設於支撐臂11內側面的被引導部11c卡合,可動支撐板40得以穩定地升降。
其次針對埋設於切片器1的補強材,依據圖面作說明。圖7係埋設於切片器1內的補強材80的配置位置之示意圖。圖8(a)係從圖7的A-A線所觀看的部份省略縱端面圖。圖8(b)係從圖7的B-B線所觀看的部份省略縱端面圖。圖8(c)係從圖7的C-C線所觀看的部份省略縱端面圖。
在框架10埋設有金屬製的補強材80。補強材80係例如為不鏽鋼製、鐵製等。補強材80係由埋設於框架10內的2支第1補強材81、埋設於可動支撐板40內的第2補強材82、第3補強材83所構成
第1補強材81形成剖面矩形的棒狀,以支撐 臂11通過的方式從框架10前端跨後端沿著切割方向S延伸。第1補強材81係在比狹縫11a上方處配置於安裝孔10a的內側。第1補強材81係於框架10被射出成型之際被內嵌於模具內並埋設在框架10內。
第2補強材82形成剖面矩形的棒狀,沿著可動支撐板40的長邊從前端部43跨後端部44配置。第3補強材83係形成比第2補強材82還短尺寸的剖面矩形的棒狀而沿著可動支撐板40的短邊從前端部43跨後端部44配置。具體言之,第2補強材82及第3補強材83係收容於可動支撐板40的表面40a與背面40b之間。第2補強材82及第3補強材83係於可動支撐板40被射出成型之際被內嵌於模具內並埋設在可動支撐板40內。此外,第1補強材81、第2補強材82及第3補強材83的剖面形狀不限為矩形狀。例如可為圓形。如圖9所示,在第1補強材81、第2補強材82及第3補強材83形成矩形剖面且形成倒角的情況,變得容易內嵌於帶有稜角的模具。叉,在第1補強材81、第2補強材82及第3補強材83形成圓形剖面的情況,可提高強度。
補強材80只要是可承受作用於切片器1的彎曲應力以抑制框架10的撓曲即可,可為任意者。補強材80没必要是分別設在框架10及可動支撐板40。僅設於其中一者亦無妨。又第2補強材82及第3補強材83僅其中一者亦無妨。如圖10(a)、(b)所示,透過設置第2補強材,可補強易撓曲的可動支撐板40的長邊部分。此外,在圖10(a)中容易瞭解第2補強材82省略了溝部42等
補強材80的設置位置宜在作用於切片器1 的應力集中處。例如可因應可動支撐板40的形狀適宜地變更設置位置,如圖11(a)~(c)所示,在具備俯視圖中形成船頭狀的前端支撐部48的情況,亦可考慮如圖11(a)所示,將同尺寸的補強材80分別埋設於寬度方向W的兩端、或如圖11(b)所示,以穿過前端支撐部48的方式將1支補強材80埋設於寬度方向W的中央、或如圖11(c)所示,沿著前端支撐部48的邊緣埋設2支補強材80。
如此一來,本發明的切片器1係藉由金屬製的補強材80來承受起因於切割時的按壓力而作用在框架10或可動支撐板40的彎曲應力,使框架10或可動支撐板40的撓曲受抑制,因為預設的切片刀與可動支撐板之間隔被保持,從而能將被切片材切割成所期望的厚度。
又,藉由將補強材80埋設於切片器1內,即便是切屑或污水等附著的情況亦可簡單地沖洗,故可衛生地使用切片器1。
此外,本發明可在不逸脫本發明精神之下作各種改變,而且本發明當然可及於該改變者。

Claims (6)

  1. 一種切片器,係使被切片材滑動於切割方向而用切片刀切割前述被切片材,該切片器之特徵為具備:樹脂製的框架,支撐前述切片刀的兩端;樹脂製的可動支撐板,安裝成可對該框架升降用以支撐前述被切片材;及金屬製的補強材,埋設於前述可動支撐板,於切割前述被切片材之際承受作用於前述切片器的彎曲應力。
  2. 如請求項1之切片器,其中前述補強材在前述可動支撐板內跨前述切割方向設置。
  3. 如請求項1之切片器,其中前述可動支撐板在俯視圖中形成梯形狀,前述補強材係沿著前述可動支撐板的長邊配置。
  4. 如請求項1之切片器,其中前述可動支撐板具備在俯視圖中形成船頭狀的前端支撐部,前述補強材沿著前述前端支撐部的邊緣配置。
  5. 一種切片器,係使被切片材滑動於切割方向而用切片刀切割前述被切片材,該切片器之特徵為具備:樹脂製的框架,支撐前述切片刀的兩端;樹脂製的可動支撐板,安裝成可對該框架升降用以支撐前述被切片材;及金屬製的補強材,埋設於前述框架,於切割前述被切片材之際承受作用於前述切片器的彎曲應力。
  6. 如請求項5之切片器,其中前述補強材在前述框架內跨前述切割方向設置。
