Abstract

提供一種即便是將前端壓抵於砧板等之上作使用的情況仍不會滑動而可安全地使用之切片器。 切片器1係具備具有一對支撐臂11、11之框架10及兩端由一對支撐臂11、11所支撐的切片刀20,使被切片材在面向切片刀20的切割方向S滑動而切割被切片材,該切片器1具備止滑構件100,其係在框架10的下方且配置在切割方向S的前端且使彈性體樹脂延伸於表面而成。

Description

切片器(三)
本發明係有關一種將蔬菜或水果等之被切片材切片之切片器,特別是有關可任意調整被切片材的切片寬度之切片器。
以往,關於將各式各樣的蔬菜或水果等之被切片材簡單地切割成任意厚度的切割片方面,是採用使被切片材在切割方向前後搖動而藉由切片刀切割被切片材之切片器。
就以往的切片器而言,可知悉一種具備具有左右一對支撐臂之框架、兩端固定於支撐臂之切片刀、配置在切片刀前方並架設於左右一對框部間之固定支撐板、及配置在切片刀後方之可動支撐板,且使可動支撐板移動於垂直方向而可調整被切片寬度的切片寬度(厚度)者。
此種切片器的可動支撐板,可知悉有以可於垂直方向搖動地將兩端軸支於左右一對支撐臂者(例如,參照專利文獻1),及藉由配置在可動承板的下方之間隔件而在垂直方向可水平移動(例如,參照專利文獻2)。此種切片器除了切片器平行地將被切片材切割以外,還有將切片器的前端壓抵於砧板或工作台的平板等(以下,稱為 「砧板等」)並以傾斜姿勢作使用的情形。

然而,在使上述那種切片器相對於砧板等傾斜而切割被切片材的情況,作用於切片器的推壓力集中在切片器與砧板等之接觸部分,亦即切片器的前端,由於切片器相對於砧板易滑動,故有所謂難以維持切片器的傾斜姿勢、無法將被切片材切割成期望的厚度、或切片器滑動時使用者因切片刀而手指受傷之虞的問題。
於是,為提供一種即使是將前端壓抵於砧板等並以傾斜姿勢作使用的情況仍可安全地使用之切片器而衍生出應解決的技術課題,本發明係以解決此課題為目的。
本發明係為達成上述目的而提案者,請求項1記載之發明提供一種切片器,係具備具有一對支撐臂之框架、及兩端被支撐於前述一對支撐臂之切片刀,使被切片材於面向前述切片刀的切割方向滑動而切割前述被切片材之切片器,其中具備在前述框架的下方且配置在前述切割方向的前端之止滑構件。
依據此構成,在將切片器斜向固定於砧板等而切割被切片材之情況,因止滑構件的彈性體樹脂接觸於砧板等而使切片器與砧板等之間的摩擦阻力增大。藉此,抑制因在使被切片材在切割方向滑動之際的勁度,使切片器對砧板等滑行,即所謂的滑動,可維持切片器的姿勢。
請求項2記載之發明提供一種切片器,除了請求項1記載之切片器的構成以外,前述止滑構件具備:配置在前述框架的背面之聚丙烯製的基部;及於該基部的表面固定彈性體樹脂所形成之彈性體部。
依據此構成,透過將呈現彈性的彈性體部積層在比彈性體部還硬的聚丙烯製的之基部,就算是在切割被切片材時推壓力作用於止滑構件的情況,在沒有止滑構件不慎變形的情形下使止滑構件與砧板等的摩擦阻力增大,止滑構件將切片器確實地支撐並能抑制切片器之滑動。
請求項3記載之發明提供一種切片器,除了請求項2記載之切片器的構成以外,前述彈性體部係為將前述彈性體樹脂噴霧於前述基部的表面上所形成。
依據此構成,彈性體部被均一地形成在基部的表面,由切片器與砧板等之間的摩擦是無偏倚地增大,故能更加抑制切片器之滑動。
請求項4記載之發明提供一種切片器,除了請求項2或3記載之切片器的構成以外,前述彈性體部係形成在前述基部的表面全面。
依據此構成,確保彈性體部與砧板等的接觸面積,更增大切片器與砧板等之間的摩擦阻力,故能更加抑制切片器之滑動。
請求項5記載之發明提供一種切片器,除了請求項2至4中任一項之切片器的構成以外,前述彈性體部係形成表面向外側並彎曲成凸狀。
依據此構成,不論切片器的傾斜角度,由於朝外側形成凸狀的彈性體部確實地抵接於砧板等,故能更加抑制切片器的滑動。
本發明的切片器由於止滑構件使作用於切片器與砧板等之間的摩擦阻力增大,故就算是使切片器相對於砧板等傾斜而切割被切片材的情況,亦可安全地使用切片器。

本發明為達成所謂提供一種即使是將前端壓抵於砧板等並以傾斜姿勢作使用的情況仍可安全地使用的切片器之目的,藉由以下方式實現,即一種切片器,具備具有一對支撐臂之框架、及兩端被支撐於一對支撐臂之切片刀,使被切片材在面對切片刀的切割方向滑動而切割被切片材,該切片器之特徵為:具備在框架的下方且配置在切割方向的前端之止滑構件。
〔實施例〕
以下,依據圖面,就本發明的一實施例的切片器1作說明。以下的「前」、「後」之用語係與切割被切片材時進給被切片材的方向一致之切割方向的前方、後方相對應。又,「上」、「下」之用語係與切片器的垂直方向之上方、下方相對應。
如圖1(a)、(b)所示,切片器1係具備:框架10;切割被切片材的切片刀20;配置在切片刀20前方的固定支撐板30;配置在切片刀20後方的可動支撐板40;可交換的替換刀50;及將可動支撐板40藉由切片寬度調整標度 盤60定位在垂直方向的任意位置之切片寬度調整機構70。框架10、固定支撐板30、可動支撐板40及切片寬度調整標度盤60分別為ABS樹脂製且透過射出成型所製造。切片刀20與替換刀50係不鏽鋼材製。
切片器1係透過使用者將被切片材一邊壓在可動支撐板40上一邊朝切割方向S搖動而將被切片材切割成因應於切片刀20與可動支撐板40的間隔之厚度的切割片。切割片從切片器1的背面側排出。
切片刀20相對於框架10的寛度方向W1斜向延伸。在切片刀20的左右分別穿設未圖示的孔。切片刀20係成為透過被插通於設在框架10的表面之安裝孔10a與切片刀20的孔之螺栓B1而被固定於框架10。此外,若可將切片刀20固定於框架10則不受限於用螺栓固定者。
替換刀50被安裝在切片刀20與可動支撐板40之間。替換刀50係兩端被框架10所支撐。替換刀50為,遍及替換刀50的長邊方向設置複數齒,可因應各齒的間隔並沿著切割方向S砍入被切片材。替換刀50係透過以從形成於框架10的外側面10b之螺栓插通孔10c插通之未圖示的螺栓壓抵於框架10而被固定。透過組合使用切片刀20與替換刀50,可將被切片材切割成各種大小的棒狀或長方形狀。
可動支撐板40、切片寬度調整標度盤60係對框架10裝卸自如地安裝,各構件可個別地洗淨。
切片器1具備安裝於切割方向S的前端之後述的止滑構件100。
如圖2(a)~(c)所示,框架10具備:安裝於固定支撐板30的寛度方向的兩端之左右一對支撐臂11、11;架設在左右一對支撐臂11、11間之支柱12;及設於支柱12的大致中央並可與後述的切片寬度調整標度盤螺合之螺紋承孔13。
支撐臂11具備設於內側面將切片刀20的兩端收容的狹縫11a。切片刀20從狹縫11a插入並配置在既定位置。
支撐臂11具備凹設於內側面之引導溝11b。引導溝11b沿著垂直方向H延伸設置。引導溝11b係成為與可動支撐板40之後述的被引導銷41卡合。此外,引導溝11b的形狀亦可任意設定。引導溝11b的垂直方向H的下部係形成開口,故可動支撐板40成為可從框架10裝卸。
在框架10具備供使用者把持的把手14。本實施例中,把手14係一體結合於支撐臂11的後端,但把手14若為可固定於支撐框架10,則亦可為能藉螺栓裝卸地固定者。
又,在框架10形成有將後述的止滑構件100以未圖示的螺栓安裝於固定支撐板30的背面30a之螺栓孔15。
固定支撐板30係配置在一對支撐臂11、11之間而一體安裝於支撐臂11。在固定支撐板30的表面30b刻設朝切割方向S延伸設置且併設於寛度方向W1之6列的溝部31。但該溝部31的列數不限為6個。因為透過於固定支撐板30的表面30b設置溝部31使固定支撐板30與被切片材 以節省面積方式接觸,故能使被切片材滑溜地搖動。溝部31的深度尺寸亦可任意設定。
如圖3(a)~(d)所示,可動支撐板40具備豎設於側面40a後方之被引導銷41。被引導銷41係成為卡合於前述支撐臂11的引導溝11b,可動支撐板40係因應引導溝11b的形狀而昇降。例如,在引導溝11b是從垂直方向H的下方朝上方且從切割方向S的後方朝前方斜向形成之情況,可動支撐板40亦因應引導溝11b的形狀斜向昇降。在可動支撐板40上昇時,透過被引導銷41卡合於引導溝11b而限制可動支撐板40的搖晃及扭轉。
可動支撐板40具備刻設於表面40b朝切割方向S延伸設置且併設於寛度方向W1之6列的溝部42。但該溝部42的列數不限為6個。因為可動支撐板40與被切片材的接觸面積是減少了設置溝部42的份量,故降低在切割被切片材時的滑動阻力。
在可動支撐板40的背面40c配設有形成中空圓筒狀之第一肋部43、及呈格子狀配置的第二肋部44。透過設置第一肋部43與第二肋部44,增大可動支撐板40的剛性。
如圖4所示,切片寬度調整標度盤60具備:中空圓筒狀的本體部61;設置於本體部61的外周面之螺紋部62;及設於本體部61的基端之手柄63。
本體部61的內徑係形成比第一肋部43的外徑還大。
螺紋部62係可與螺紋承孔13螺合。
手柄63係在使用者使切片寬度調整標度盤60旋動並使可動支撐板40垂直地昇降時進行把持者。
其次,針對止滑構件100,依據圖5~圖7作說明。
止滑構件100具備螺栓孔101,透過在將未圖示的螺栓插通於螺栓孔101的狀態下螺固於框架10的螺栓孔15,使止滑構件100安裝於框架10。因此,止滑構件100可因應使用者的需要,對框架10任意地裝卸。
止滑構件100係使彈性體樹脂延伸於表面所形成。具體言之,止滑構件100具備:可裝卸於固定支撐板30的背面30a之聚丙烯製的基部110;及於基部110的表面110a固定彈性體樹脂所形成之彈性體部120。但止滑構件100不限為彈性體樹脂,若為可發揮與彈性體樹脂同樣止滑效果的樹脂,則都可使用。
止滑構件100為,垂直於長邊方向L的寛度方向W2之剖面形狀是形成彎曲成圓弧狀。因此,在使用者使切片器1與砧板等傾斜地作使用時,由於彈性體部120使切片器1與砧板等之間的摩擦阻力增大,故切片器1不會滑動而穩定,可安全地切割被切片材。
彈性體部120係將彈性體樹脂噴霧於基部110的表面110a而形成。此外,將彈性體樹脂固定於基部110之具體的方法若為可將彈性體樹脂固定於基部110則可為任何者,若為將彈性體樹脂噴霧於基部110的方法則可獲得良好的接着性,但不受限於此方法。
彈性體部120形成在基部110的表面110a全 面。因而確保彈性體部120與砧板等的接觸面積,更增大切片器1與砧板等的摩擦阻力。
如此一來,本實施例的切片器1為,即便是切片器1被斜向壓抵於砧板等的情況,透過止滑構件100使切片器1與砧板之間的摩擦阻力增大,抑制切片器1對砧板等滑行,即所謂的滑動,故切片器1的傾斜姿勢穩定,可安全地使用切片器1。
此外,本發明可在不逸脫本發明精神之下作各種改變,而且本發明當然可及於該改變者。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種切片器,係具備具有一對支撐臂之框架、及兩端被支撐於前述一對支撐臂之切片刀,使被切片材於面向前述切片刀的切割方向滑動而切割前述被切片材之切片器,其特徵為:具備在前述框架的下方且配置在前述切割方向的前端之止滑構件。
  2. 如請求項1之切片器,其中前述止滑構件具備:配置在前述框架的背面之聚丙烯製的基部;及於該基部的表面固定彈性體樹脂所形成之彈性體部份。
  3. 如請求項2之切片器,其中前述彈性體部份係於前述基部的表面上噴霧前述彈性體樹脂所形成。
  4. 如請求項2或3之切片器,其中前述彈性體部份係形成在前述基部的表面全面。
  5. 如請求項2至4中任一項之切片器,其中前述彈性體部份係形成表面向外側並彎曲成凸狀。
