本发明涉及一种将蔬菜和水果等待切片材料进行切片的切片器,特别涉及一种可任意调整待切片材料的切片宽度的切片器。
背景技术
一直以来,作为将各种各样的蔬菜和水果等待切片材料简单地切为任意厚度的切片的切片器,使用下述切片器,即,通过将待切片材料在切片方向的前后进行摇动以利用切刀将待切片材料进行切片。
作为已知的切片器,其具备:具有左右一对支撑臂的框体;两端固定于支撑臂的切刀;配置于切刀的前方并且架设于左右一对的框体之间的固定支撑板;配置于切刀的后方的可动支撑板,并且可通过将可动支撑板在垂直方向移动而调整待切片材料宽度的切片宽度(厚度)。
这样的切片器的可动支撑板已知有:可在垂直方向摇动地将两端轴支在左右一对支撑臂的可动支撑板(例如参照专利文献1);以及利用配置于可移动接受板的下方的间隔物而在垂直方向可水平地移动的可动支撑板(例如参照专利文献2)。关于这样的切片器,有时使得切片器平行地将待切片材料切片,此外,有时以将切片器的前端挤压于案板或桌子的桌面等(以下称为“案板等”)的斜向姿势而使用。

发明内容
发明想要解决的课题
但是,将上述那样的切片器相对于案板等倾斜地将待切片材料进行切片的情况下存在有如下的问题:作用于切片器的压紧力集中于切片器与案板等的接触部分、即切片器的前端,切片器容易相对于案板而滑动,因而不易维持切片器的斜向姿势,有可能无法将待切片材料切片为所希望的厚度,或者有可能在切片器滑动时让使用者的手指因切刀而受伤。
因此,为了提供即使在将前端挤压于案板等而斜向姿势地使用的情况下也可安全地使用的切片器,因而出现应当解决的技术的问题,本发明的目的在于解决此问题。
用于解决问题的方案
本发明为了实现上述目的而提出,技术方案1所述的发明提供一种切片器,其具有:带有一对支撑臂的框体;以及两端支撑于所述一对支撑臂的切刀,其中,在朝向所述切刀的切片方向将待切片材料进行滑动以将所述待切片材料进行切片,其特征在于,该切片器还具有防滑构件,其配置于所述框体的下方且在所述切片方向的前端。
根据此技术方案,在将切片器斜向地固定于案板等而将待切片材料切片的情况下,通过使防滑构件的弹性体树脂接触于案板等,从而增大切片器与案板等之间的摩擦阻力。由此,可防止所谓的打滑,即,因将待切片材料在切片方向滑动时产生的惯性而导致切片器相对于案板等滑动这一情况,可维持切片器的姿势。
技术方案2所述的发明提供一种切片器,其中,在技术方案1所述的切片器的技术方案的基础上,所述防滑构件具有:配置于所述框体的背面且由聚丙烯制成的基部;以及在该基部的表面固着弹性体树脂而形成的弹性体部。
根据此技术方案,通过将显示弹性的弹性体部层叠于由聚丙烯制成的、比弹性体部硬的基部,即使在将待切片材料切片时在压紧力作用于防滑构件的情况下,防止防滑构件出现不希望的变形,并且增大防滑构件与案板等之间的摩擦阻力是有可能的,因而防滑构件可确实地支撑切片器,并且可抑制切片器的打滑。
技术方案3所述的发明提供一种切片器,其中,在技术方案2所述的切片器的技术方案的基础上,所述弹性体部通过将所述弹性体树脂喷于所述基部的表面而形成。
根据此技术方案,将弹性体部均匀地形成于基部的表面,因而没有偏向地增大切片器与案板等之间的摩擦阻力,因而可进一步抑制切片器的打滑。
技术方案4所述的发明提供一种切片器,其中,在技术方案2或3所述的切片器的技术方案的基础上,前述弹性体部形成于前述基部的整个表面。
根据此技术方案,由于确保弹性体部与案板等之间的接触面积,且由于进一步增大切片器与案板等之间的摩擦阻力,因而可进一步抑制切片器的打滑。
技术方案5所述的发明提供一种切片器,其中,在技术方案2至4中任一项所述的切片器的技术方案的基础上,关于所述弹性体部,通过使表面朝向外侧以凸状地弯曲的方式形成。
根据此技术方案,不管切片器的倾斜角度如何,由于朝向外侧而呈凸状地形成的弹性体部确实地抵接于案板等,因而可进一步抑制切片器的打滑。
发明的效果
根据本发明的切片器,由于防滑构件增大了作用于切片器与案板等之间的摩擦阻力,因而即使在将切片器相对于案板等倾斜地将待切片材料切片的情况下,也可安全地使用切片器。

具体实施方式
为了实现下述目的,即提供一种即使在将前端挤压于案板等以斜向姿势使用的情况下也可安全地使用的切片器,本发明的目的是通过如下结构而实现的:一种切片器,其具有:带有一对支撑臂的框体;以及两端支撑于一对支撑臂的切刀,其中,在朝向切刀的切片方向将待切片材料进行滑动以将待切片材料进行切片,其特征在于,该切片器还具有防滑构件,其配置于框体的下方且在切片方向的前端。
实施例
以下,基于附图而说明本发明的一个实施例的切片器1。又,在以下,术语“前”、“后”是指在将待切片材料切片时,与输送待切片材料的方向一致的切片方向上的前方、后方。另外,术语“上”、“下”对应于与切片器垂直的方向上的上方、下方。
如图1(a)、图1(b)所示那样,切片器1具有:框体10;将待切片材料切片的切刀20;配置于切刀20前方的固定支撑板30;配置于切刀20后方的可动支撑板40;可交换的交换刀50;利用切片宽度调整标度盘60将可动支撑板40定位于垂直方向的任意位置的切片宽度调整机构70。框体10、固定支撑板30、可动支撑板40以及切片宽度调整标度盘60分别由ABS树脂制成,且通过注射成型而制造。切刀20和交换刀50由不锈钢材料制成。
切片器1被设计为,使用者一边将待切片材料压按于可动支撑板40上,一边沿切片方向S进行摇动,从而将待切片材料切为对应于切刀20与可动支撑板40之间的间隔厚度的切片。切片由切片器1的背面侧排出。
切刀20相对于框体10的宽度方向W1而言斜向地延伸。在切刀20的左右,分别形成有未图示的孔。切刀20利用穿过形成于框体10表面的安装孔10a和切刀20的孔的螺栓B1而紧固在框体10上。又,如果可将切刀20固定于框体10,那么不限定于螺栓紧固的方案。
交换刀50安装于切刀20与可动支撑板40之间。将交换刀50的两端由框体10支撑。关于交换刀50,在交换刀50的纵向具有多个齿,可根据各齿的间隔沿着切片方向S对待切片材料切入。关于交换刀50,利用从形成于框体10的外侧面10b的螺栓穿过孔10c穿过后的未图示的螺栓而挤压于框体10从而固定。通过将切刀20与交换刀50进行组合使用,可将待切片材料切为大小不等的棒状或短条状。
可动支撑板40和切片宽度调整标度盘60可自由地装卸于框体10上,从而可将各个构件单独地洗涤。
切片器1具有安装于切片方向S前端的后述的防滑构件100。
如图2(a)~图2(c)所示那样,框体10具有:安装于固定支撑板30的宽度方向的两端的左右一对支撑臂11、11;架设于左右一对支撑臂11、11之间的撑条12;以及形成于撑条12的基本中央且可螺接于后述的切片宽度调整标度盘的螺纹接受孔13。
支撑臂11具有设置于内侧面且用于容纳切刀20两端的狭缝11a。切刀20从狭缝11a插入,配置于规定的位置。
每个支撑臂11具有形成于内侧面作为凹部的引导槽11b。引导槽11b沿着垂直方向H延伸。引导槽11b卡合于可动支撑板40的后述的被引导销41。又,引导槽11b的形状可以任意地设定。引导槽11b的沿垂直方向H的下部作为开口形成,因而可动支撑板40变得可从框体10进行装卸。
框体10具有供使用者把持的把手14。在本实施例中,把手14一体地结合于支撑臂11的后端,但是如果可将把手14固定于支撑框体10,那么也可以利用螺栓从而可装卸地紧固。
另外,在框体10上形成有通过未图示的螺栓将后述的防滑构件100安装于固定支撑板30的背面30a的螺栓孔15。
固定支撑板30配置于一对支撑臂11、11之间,且一体地安装于支撑臂11。在固定支撑板30的表面30b上,刻有6列槽部31,其沿切片方向S延伸,并列设置于宽度方向W1。但是,该槽部31的列数不受限于6个。通过在固定支撑板30的表面30b设置槽部31,使得固定支撑板30与待切片材料以减小接触面积的方式进行接触,因而可将待切片材料顺畅地摇动。槽部31的深度尺寸可以任意地设定。
如图3(a)~图3(d)所示,可动支撑板40具有立设于侧面40a的后方的被引导销41。被引导销41按照卡合于支撑臂11的引导槽11b的方式而形成,可动支撑板40根据引导槽11b的形状而升降。例如,在引导槽11b从垂直方向H的下方向上方、且从切片方向S的后方向前方斜向地形成的情况下,可动支撑板40也根据引导槽11b的形状而在上下方向上升降。在可动支撑板40升高时,通过将被引导销41卡合于引导槽11b,从而限制可动支撑板40的摇晃或扭转。
可动支撑板40具有6列槽部42,其刻设于表面40b,沿切片方向S延伸,并列设置于宽度方向W1。并且,该槽部42的列数不受限于6个。通过形成槽部42,可动支撑板40与待切片材料之间的接触面积相应地减少,因而降低了将待切片材料切片之时的滑动阻抗。
在可动支撑板40的背面40c配设有:形成为中空圆筒状的第1肋部43以及格子状地配置的第2肋部44。通过设置了第1肋部43和第2肋部44,从而增大了可动支撑板40的刚性。
如图4所示那样,切片宽度调整标度盘60具有中空圆筒状的本体部61、周设于本体部61的外周面的螺纹部62以及设置于本体部61的基端的旋钮63。
本体部61形成的内径大于第1肋部43的外径。
螺纹部62可与螺纹接受孔13螺接。
旋钮63为下述构件,使用者在将切片宽度调整标度盘60旋转而将可动支撑板40垂直地升降时对其进行把持。
接着,基于图5~图7说明防滑构件100。
防滑构件100具有螺栓孔101,通过将未图示的螺栓在穿过螺栓孔101的状态下螺接于框体10的螺栓孔15,从而将防滑构件100安装于框体10。由此,关于防滑构件100,可根据使用者的需要而任意装卸于框体10。
防滑构件100通过在表面敷设弹性体树脂而形成。具体而言,防滑构件100具有:由聚丙烯制成且可装卸于固定支撑板30的背面30b的基部110;以及将弹性体树脂固着于基部110的表面110a而形成的弹性体部120。并且,防滑构件100无需限定为弹性体树脂,可使用任一种与弹性体树脂发挥同样的防滑效果的树脂。
防滑构件100以垂直于纵向L的宽度方向W2的剖面形状进行圆弧状弯曲而形成。由此,使用者在案板等上倾斜地使用切片器1时,由于弹性体部120增大了切片器1与案板等之间的摩擦阻力,因而可使得切片器1不打滑而保持稳定,可将待切片材料安全地切片。
弹性体部120通过将弹性体树脂喷于基部110的表面110a而形成。又,作为将弹性体树脂固定于基部110的具体方法,只要能将弹性体树脂固定于基部110的任意的方法均可使用,尽管将弹性体树脂喷于基部110的方法可获得良好的粘接性,但是不受限于此方法。
弹性体部120形成于基部110的表面110a的整个表面。由此,确保弹性体部120与案板等之间的接触面积,且进一步增大切片器1与案板等之间的摩擦阻力。
通过这样操作,在本实施例的切片器1中,即使在将切片器1斜向地挤压于案板等的情况下,防滑构件100也能增大切片器1与案板之间的摩擦阻力,从而抑制所谓的打滑,即切片器1相对于案板等而滑动这一情况,因而可使得切片器1的斜向姿势保持稳定,可安全地使用切片器1。
又,关于本发明,只要不脱离本发明的精神,就可进行各种的改变,而且本发明当然也涵盖通过该改变而得到的方案。

Claims (5)

1.一种切片器,其具有:带有一对支撑臂的框体;以及两端支撑于所述一对支撑臂的切刀,其中,在朝向所述切刀的切片方向将待切片材料进行滑动以将所述待切片材料进行切片,其特征在于,该切片器还具有防滑构件,所述防滑构件配置于所述框体的下方且在所述切片方向的前端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的切片器,其特征在于,
所述防滑构件具有:配置于所述框体的背面且由聚丙烯制成的基部;以及通过在该基部的表面固着弹性体树脂而形成的弹性体部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的切片器,其特征在于,所述弹性体部通过将所述弹性体树脂喷于所述基部的表面而形成。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的切片器,其特征在于,所述弹性体部形成于所述基部的整个表面。
5.根据权利要求2~4中任一项所述的切片器,其特征在于,所述弹性体部通过使其表面朝向外侧以凸状地弯曲的方式形成。
