Description

纖維用防焰加工劑 發明領域
本發明係關於具有高度防焰性及良好特性的纖維用防焰加工劑及防焰纖維製品。
發明背景
近年來,在汽車、飛機、電車、建築物等之裝璜用材及濾材中,使用許多纖維,當中之纖維材料之種類,有:聚酯、尼龍、聚丙烯腈、聚丙烯等合成纖維,嫘縈、棉、麻等纖維素系纖維,或羊毛、蠶絲、羽毛等動物纖維,而以單獨或複合狀態使用。
惟所使用之纖維製品卻有易於燃燒之缺點,因此有防焰性能之需要。例如,在飛機航員用之制服等,部分之用途中其材料雖可使用難燃性纖維,但由成本面而言一般係施行後加工防焰。
在後加工防焰中,以使防焰劑直接附著在纖維製品的方法、及在各種合成纖維之黏著劑中添加防焰劑而使其作為防焰結合劑來附著的方法為代表,一般使用在汽車、飛機、電車車輛等之襯椅用椅墊、或地毯等之修毛(bucking)加工等。特別在後者之防焰加工方法方面,不惟 纖維之防焰化,即所併用之合成樹脂黏著劑亦必須防焰化。
先前,防焰劑所使用者係鹵素系化合物或鹵素系化合物與三氧化二銻併用之處方。然而,近年來,由於環境保護、燃燒時所產生之氣體的有害性之點,對不使用鹵素系防焰劑以防焰化的期望越為增高。非鹵素系防焰劑之例,已知有:磷酸銨、胺磺酸銨、硫酸銨、硼砂、硼酸、氫氧化銨、氫氧化鎂、磷酸酯等多種之防焰劑。
然而,添加可表現防焰效果的必要量,在水溶性防焰劑方面,又有會發生合成樹脂乳液之增黏、破壞(聚膠(gum-up)),或者使樹脂皮膜之強度降低、耐熱性降低、手感變差等之問題。再者,非鹵素系中較具防焰效果的聚磷酸銨對水係具有溶解性,因此在要求耐水性之條件下,會發生對水溶出使製品在特性面、防焰性上發生問題。同時,在加以改良而以樹脂等膠粒化的聚磷酸銨方面耐水性亦不足。因此,並無法提供在不使用鹵素系防焰劑下,可有充分防焰性及各種特性的防焰加工方法,因而有開發之須要(專利文獻1至3)。

發明揭示
本發明之目的在於提供一種具有高度防焰性及優良特性(耐光性、耐熱性、手感)的纖維用防焰加工劑、防 焰纖維製品之製造方法及後續之防焰纖維製品。
本案發明人等為解決此等問題,經過刻意研究之結果,發現以對水為不溶至難溶的下述通式(1)所示之有機磷化合物(A成分)作為纖維用防焰加工劑時,可具有高度防焰性及優良特性(耐光性、耐熱性、手感)。
亦即,本發明為一種含下述通式(1)所示之有機磷化合物(A成分)的纖維用防焰加工劑。再者,本發明為一種防焰纖維製品之製造方法,其係使以固形成分計相對於纖維製品為3至150重量%的纖維用防焰加工劑附著於該纖維製品,並且,該纖維用防焰加工劑含有相對於分散劑100重量份為1至300重量份之下述通式(1)所示有機磷化合物(A成分)。此外,本發明亦包含以本製造方法所得到之防焰纖維製品。
再者,本發明亦為一種使防焰加工劑附著在纖維製品上以提高防焰纖維製品之耐候性的方法,其中前述方法包含(i)相對於纖維製品,使以固形成分計係3至150重量%之防焰加工劑附著於該纖維製品之步驟,並且包含:以(ii)該防焰加工劑含有相對於分散劑100重量份為1至300重量份之下述通式(1)所示有機磷化合物(A成分)作為特徵之前述方法。

用以實施發明之最佳形態
以下,再對本發明之纖維用防焰加工劑、纖維製品之防焰加工方法及以此之防焰纖維製品詳細說明。
(有機磷化合物(A成分))
本發明中,有機磷化合物(A成分),係下述通式(1)所示之化合物。
(式中,X1、X2可相同亦可不同,為下述通式(2)所示之芳族取代烷基。)
式中,AL為碳數1至5之支鏈狀或直鏈狀脂族烴基。脂族烴基可例舉如:烷二基、烷三基、烷四基等。
具體地,可例舉如:亞甲基、伸乙基、三亞甲基、異丙二基、伸丁基、伸戊基等碳數1至5之伸烷基。同時,又可舉如:甲三基、乙三基、丙三基、丁三基、戊三基等碳數1至5之烷三基。而且,又可舉如:甲四基、乙四基、丙四基、丁四基、戊四基等碳數1至5之烷四基。
Ar為可具有取代基之苯基、萘基或蒽基。取代基可列舉如:甲基、乙基、丙基等碳數1至5之烷基,氟原子、氯原子、溴原子等鹵素原子等。
Ar可鍵結在AL中任意之碳原子上。n為1至3之整數。
有機磷化合物(A成分)以下述通式(3)所示之化合物較佳。
式中,R2、R5可相同亦可不同,為可具有取代基之苯基、萘基或蒽基。取代基可列舉如:甲基、乙基、丙基等碳數1至5之烷基,氟原子、氯原子、溴原子等鹵素原子等。
R1、R3、R4、R6可相同亦可不同,為選自下述之取代基:氫原子、碳數1至4之支鏈狀或直鏈狀烷基、可具有取代基之苯基、萘基或蒽基。碳數1至4之烷基,可列舉 如:甲基、乙基、丙基、異丙基、丁基、第三丁基等。苯基、萘基或蒽基之取代基可列舉如:甲基、乙基、丙基等碳數1至5之烷基,氟原子、氯原子、溴原子等鹵素原子等。
而且,以下述通式(4)所示之有機磷系化合物更佳。
式中,R21、R22相同或不同,為可在芳環上具有取代基之苯基、萘基或蒽基,當中又以苯基較佳。
R21及R22之苯基、萘基或蒽基,其芳環之氫原子亦可經取代,取代基可列舉如:甲基、乙基、丙基、丁基或碳數6至14之芳基,且該芳基中其芳環之鍵結基係中介有氧原子、硫原子或碳數1至4之脂族烴基。
前述通式(1)所示之有機磷化合物(A成分),可使纖維用防焰加工劑在保持耐水性之下,表現極優異之防焰效果。就本案發明人所知,以往,在纖維用防焰加工劑之非鹵素防焰化上,極難兼顧耐水性與防焰性,因此實際使用上有許多問題點。
然而,若依本發明,前述有機磷化合物(A成分)令人驚奇地可容易地達成兼顧耐水性與防焰性,因此可作為纖維用防焰加工劑而提供優異的防焰纖維製品。
本發明中,除了A成分之外,為了減低所使用之A成分比例、改善纖維製品的難燃性、改良纖維製品的物理 特性、提高纖維製品的化學特性或其他目的,當然亦可配合A成分以外之防焰劑、及/或其他添加劑。此類其他之配合成分在後面會具體地說明。
本發明的纖維用防焰加工劑之有機磷化合物(A成分)係如前述通式(1)所示,當中最佳之代表性化合物為下述通式(1-a)所示之化合物。
上述通式(1)所示之有機磷化合物(A成分)與非鹵素系防焰劑中一般使用之聚磷酸銨、膠粒化聚磷酸銨相較下對水之溶解度極低,因此可賦予具有耐水性之防焰性。對80℃溫水之溶解度,通式(1-a)之有機磷化合物為0.5%以下,聚磷酸銨為80.8%,氧化矽包覆聚磷酸銨為12.8%。
其次再說明本發明中有機磷化合物(A成分)之合成法。但A成分亦可以下述說明之方法以外的方法來製造。
舉例來說,可使新戊四醇與三氯化磷反應,接著以甲氧基鈉等之鹼金屬化合物處理已氧化之反應物,之後使芳烷基鹵化物反應,即可得到A成分。
或者,亦可利用下述方法來製得:使新戊四醇與二氯化芳烷基膦酸反應之方法;及,以新戊四醇與三氯化磷反應,使藉此獲得之化合物與芳烷基醇反應,接著再於高溫下進行Arbuzov重排反應之方法。後者之反應揭示在例 如美國專利第3,141,032號說明書、日本專利特開昭54-157156號公報、日本專利特開昭53-39698號公報中。
以下再說明A成分具體之合成法,惟此單為該合成法之說明,本發明中所使用之A成分,不僅可利用此類合成法合成,亦可經過變更或是利用其他之合成法合成出者。更具體之合成法係在後述之調製例中說明。
(1)A成分中前述(1-a)之有機磷化合物:
使新戊四醇與三氯化磷反應,其次使經過三級丁醇氧化的反應物以甲醇鈉處理,再與溴甲苯反應即可得到。
此外,作為其他方法,可使新戊四醇與三氯化磷反應,再使所得到之生成物與苯甲醇的反應生成物在催化劑共存下加熱處理即可得到。
前述A成分,以使用酸價為0.7mg-KOH/g以下者為佳,0.5mg-KOH/g以下者更佳。藉由使用酸價在該範圍之A成分,可得到防焰性、色相及熱安定性優良之加工劑及防焰纖維製品。A成分以酸價0.4mg-KOH/g以下者最佳。於此,所謂酸價意指,為中和試驗品(A成分)1g中之酸成分所必要的KOH之量(mg)。
同時,A成分以使用其HPLC純度至少為90%者為佳,至少為95%者更佳。此類高純度之物種可使加工劑及防焰纖維製品之防焰性、色相、及熱安定性優良而較理想。於此,A成分之HPLC純度之測定,使用以下之方法可有效地測定。
當中管柱係使用野村化學公司製造之Develosil ODS-7 300mm×4mm,且令管柱溫度為40℃。溶劑係使用乙腈與水為6:4(容量比)之混合溶液,注入5μl。檢測器使用UV-260nm。
去除A成分中不純物之方法,並無特別之限定,惟以使用水、甲醇等溶劑之散漿洗淨(重複以溶劑洗淨、過濾數次)的方法最具效果,且在成本方面亦佳。
再者,A成分之平均粒徑以5至100μm為佳,10至50μm更佳。
(分散劑)
本發明中,有機磷化合物(A成分)一般係以與分散劑混合的狀態,作為纖維用防焰加工劑使用。分散劑與有機磷化合物(A成分)配合的比例,相對於分散劑100重量份,以有機磷化合物(A成分)在1至300重量份之範圍為佳,在5至200重量份之範圍更佳,在10至100重量份之範圍又更佳。在A成分之有機磷化合物比5重量份為少時,會有防焰效果不足之情形,在比300重量份為多時,會有樹脂皮膜之形成變差,纖維製品品質降低之情形。
分散劑以使用水、有機溶劑或樹脂(含:溶液、乳劑、乳膠)為佳,使用樹脂溶液、樹脂乳劑、乳膠更佳。
在分散劑使用樹脂溶液、樹脂乳劑、乳膠時,相對於固形成分100重量份,有機磷化合物(A成分)以在5至300重量份之範圍配合為佳,10至200重量份更佳,20至100重量份又更佳。在A成分之配合量比5重量份少時,會有防焰效果不足的情形,在比300重量份為多時,則會有黏著劑 樹脂皮膜之形成變差,使纖維製品品質降低的情形。
本發明中所使用的樹脂之例,可列舉如:聚丙烯酸酯,聚甲基丙烯酸酯,丙烯酸酯及/或甲基丙烯酸酯與乙烯系單體或烯烴系單體之共聚物,其他烯烴系單體、乙烯系單體之聚合物、共聚物或其混合物,聚胺酯,聚乙酸乙烯酯,乙烯乙酸乙烯酯共聚物,聚酯,SBR(苯乙烯丁二烯橡膠),氯乙烯,二氯乙烯等。
A成分之配合比例係視所欲之防焰性等級、黏著劑樹脂成分種類、纖維種類、纖維製品之形狀等而決定其適當之範圍。同時,亦可在不損及本發明目的之限度下依需要使用其他成分,亦可視所使用的其他防焰劑、防焰助劑來改變A成分之配合量,在多數情況下,可藉由使用其等來減少A成分之配合比例。
再者,本發明防焰加工劑之製造方法只要可將此等成分均一混合/攪拌即未特別受限。舉例來說,可將預定之成分原料混合後,再以均質機、球磨機、珠磨機等分散/粉碎機進行攪拌,即可調製出本發明之防焰加工劑。
(界面活性劑)
再者,為增加有機磷化合物(A成分)之分散性、乳化性,亦可視其必要使用一般已知之界面活性劑。具體上,以陰離子界面活性劑及非離子界面活性劑中之至少1種為佳。
陰離子界面活性劑可舉例如:高級醇硫酸酯鹽、聚氧乙烯烷基苯基硫酸酯鹽、硫酸化脂酸酯鹽、烷基苯磺 酸鹽、烷基萘磺酸鹽、高級醇磷酸酯鹽等。
非離子界面活性劑可舉例如:聚氧烯天然油脂烷基醚、聚氧烯高級醇烷基醚、聚氧烯烷基苯基醚、多元醇脂酸酯等。
但界面活性劑之添加量並無特別之限定,可考慮所使用的分散劑之種類、分散或乳化之程度等,來適當地予以設定。例如:相對於分散劑100重量份,以含有界面活性劑1至30重量份為佳,3至20重量份更佳。
(穩定劑)
再者,在A成分之有機磷化合物沉降之時,亦可使用分散穩定劑或乳化穩定劑(兩者總稱為「穩定劑」)。分散穩定劑可舉例如下列中之至少1種:聚丙烯酸鈉、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯啶酮、甲基纖維素、羧甲基纖維素、羥乙基纖維素、黃原膠、澱粉糊。乳化穩定劑可舉例如:蓖麻油、菜耔油等三酸甘油酯;磷酸酯、苯二甲酸酯等酯類;高級醇等。藉由添加此等穩定劑,可調整防焰加工劑之黏度,使均勻之加工液穩定化。
此類穩定劑之含量亦無特別之限定,可考慮所使用的穩定劑之種類、分散或乳化之程度等,再適當地設定。例如:相對於分散劑100重量份,穩定劑以0.1至10重量份為佳,1至3重量份更佳。
(其他之防焰劑)
此外,本發明之防焰加工劑,可視必要使用本發明之有機磷化合物(A成分)以外的防焰劑(以下,稱為併用防 焰劑)。
併用防焰劑並無特別之限定,具體例可列舉如:氫氧化鋁、氧化鈦、氧化鋅、膨脹性石墨、氫氧化鎂、碳酸鈣、硼酸鋅、聚磷酸銨、紅磷等無機系併用防焰劑,三聚氰胺、聚磷酸三聚氰胺、三聚氰酸三聚氰胺磷酸酯系化合物等有機系併用防焰劑等。併用防焰劑可使用1種,或將2種以上混合後使用。
前述併用防焰劑之磷酸酯系化合物可舉例如:磷酸三辛酯、磷酸三苯酯、磷酸三甲苯酯、磷酸三-二甲苯酯、磷酸甲苯基二苯酯、磷酸甲苯基-2,6-二甲苯酯、磷酸異丙基苯酯、磷酸第三丁基苯酯、磷酸聯苯二苯酯、磷酸萘基二苯酯、間苯二酚二(磷酸二苯酯)、間苯二酚二(磷酸二-二甲苯酯)、雙酚A-二(磷酸二苯酯)、磷酸三(氯化丙)酯、磷酸三(二氯丙)酯、磷酸三(三溴新戊)酯等。
併用防焰劑中,特別以聚磷酸三聚氰胺、三聚氰酸三聚氰胺為佳。
併用防焰劑之配合量,相對於有機磷化合物(A成分)100重量份,以1至200重量份為佳,3至100重量份更佳,5至50重量份又更佳。
再者,本發明之防焰加工劑,亦可依需要而添加防菌/防蟲劑、抗帶電劑、耐光性提升劑、耐熱性提升劑、交聯劑、著色劑、消泡劑、防焰助劑等各種輔助劑,黏土、滑石、雲母、膨脹性石墨、矽灰石、高嶺土、蒙脫土、皂土、海泡石、硬矽鈣石、氧化矽等填充劑。
(防焰纖維製品之製造方法)
其次,說明使用有機磷化合物(A成分)之防焰纖維製品的製造方法。
首先,準備在分散劑100重量份中含有上述通式(1)所示之有機磷化合物(A成分)1至300重量份的纖維用防焰加工劑。
該分散劑以上述之水、有機溶劑或樹脂(含:溶液、乳劑、乳膠)為佳。
防焰加工劑之調配方法以將有機磷化合物(A成分)混合、分散在水、有機溶劑或樹脂溶液、樹脂乳劑、乳膠中之調配方法為佳。再者,亦可視需要使用上述界面活性劑、穩定劑、其他防焰劑等。
此時,相對於分散劑100重量份,有機磷化合物(A成分)之混合比例以5至200重量份為佳,10至100重量份更佳,特別以20至50重量份又更佳。在有機磷化合物(A成分)比1重量份為少時,會有防焰效果不足之情形,再者在比300重量份為多時,會有樹脂皮膜之形成變差,纖維製品的品質降低之情形。
之後,相對於纖維製品,使以固形成份計係3至150重量%之所得纖維用防焰加工劑附著於該纖維製品,以製造防焰纖維製品。附著之固形成份以7至100重量%為佳,特別以15至70重量%更佳。固形成份之附著量未達3重量%時防焰效果不足,多於150重量%時纖維製品的品質會降低,而不理想。加工法並無特別之限定,一般可使用迄 今實行之浸漬法、利用吹噴(噴霧等)之加工、刷塗等塗布法、吸盡法(染色同浴法)、熱熔法。
再者,關於纖維製品並無特別之限定,其代表例可列舉如:窗簾、地毯、毛毯、人工草皮、壁裝璜材料、襯椅、布幕(旗幟等)、汽車座椅套、汽車底毯、不織布濾材、人造皮、電磁波遮蔽材料等。纖維材料之種類並無特別之限定,其代表例可列舉如:聚酯、尼龍、丙烯腈、聚丙烯等合成纖維,嫘縈、棉、麻等纖維素系纖維,或羊毛、蠶絲、羽毛等動物纖維等,以單獨或以複合狀態使用均可。
(提高耐候性之方法)
本發明係一使防焰加工劑附著於纖維製品以提高防焰纖維製品的耐候性之方法,包含(i)相對於纖維製品,使以固形成份計係3至150重量%之防焰加工劑附著於纖維製品之步驟,且包含以(ii)該防焰加工劑含有相對於分散劑100重量份為1至300重量份之下述通式(1)所示有機磷化合物(A成分)作為特徵的前述方法。
依據本發明,不只纖維製品之防焰性,連同耐候性亦可提高。
實施例
以下再舉實施例說明本發明,惟本發明之技術範圍並不限定於此等實施例。再者,份及%係重量份及重量%之意,評估係以下述方法進行。
(1)防焰性1
依據FMVSS-302進行防焰性之評估。評估時,測 定FMVSS-302所規定之下述事項各3次:超過標線後之燃燒距離、超過標線後之燃燒時間、超過標線後之燃燒速度。不燃表示在標線以下即自行熄滅,遲燃為超過標線後在60秒以內且在5cm以內自行熄滅。又,燃燒速度超過10cm/分鐘者為不合格。
(2)防焰性2
依據消防法45°噴燈金屬網法測定碳化長度。若碳化長度最大值為7cm以下且平均值為5cm以下,則防焰性合格。
(3)防焰性3
依據JIS L-1091 A-1(微焰煤氣燈法)及JIS L-1091 D(45°線圈法(45°coil method)),進行防焰性評估試驗。以微焰煤氣燈法而言,1分鐘加熱法及起燃後3秒加熱法均以餘焰時間為3秒以內、餘燼時間為5秒以內且碳化面積為30cm2以內為合格,45°加熱線圈法則以接焰次數3次以上為合格。
(4)防焰性4
依據美國UL規格之UL-94中所規定之HB法進行評估。
(5)耐光性
耐光性係使用褪色計(fadeometer)判定83℃×200小時照射後變色之程度(JIS-L0842、碳弧燈法;以JIS變褪色用藍色色標(blue scale)判定變褪色程度之等級)。
(6)耐熱性
於Geer式老化試驗機(Geer oven)中以150℃×60 分鐘處理後,調查變色之程度並以下述基準評估耐熱性。

(7)手感
手感係以手觸之感觸判定。
(8)酸價
依據JIS-K-3504實施測定。
[調配例1:2,4,8,10-四-3,9-雙磷螺[5.5]十一烷,3,9-二苄基-3,9-二氧化物(FR-1)之調配]
在具有攪拌機、溫度計、冷凝器之反應容器中,填充3,9-二苯甲氧基-2,4,8,10-四-3,9-雙磷螺[5.5]十一烷22.55g(0.055莫耳)、溴甲苯19.01g(0.11莫耳)及二甲苯33.54g(0.32莫耳),並於室溫下攪拌,同時通入乾燥之氮氣。其次再於油浴中開始加熱,並在循環溫度(約130℃)下加熱、攪拌4小時。在加熱終了後,將其放冷至室溫,再加入二甲苯20mL,並繼續攪拌30分鐘。之後以過濾分離已析出之結晶,以二甲苯20mL洗淨2次。再將所得到之粗純化物及甲醇40mL加入具備冷凝器、攪拌機之反應容器中,循環約2小時。在冷卻至室溫後,先過濾分離析出之結晶,在以甲醇20mL洗淨後,將所得到之過濾物在120℃、1.33×102Pa下乾燥19小時,得到白色之鱗片狀結晶。該生成物經過質量光譜分析、1H、31P核磁共振光譜分析及元素分析,已確定為二磷酸二苯甲基新戊四醇酯。其產量為20.60g,產率為91%,31P-NMR純度為99%。再者,以本文所載之方法測 定之HPLC純度為99%。酸價為0.05mg-KOH/g。

實施例中所使用之有機磷化合物(A成分)係使用調配例1中所合成之2,4,8,10-四-3,9-雙磷螺[5.5]十一烷,3,9-二苄基-3,9-二氧化物{通式(1-a)之磷系化合物(以下稱為FR-1)}。
實施例1及比較例1、2
先將汽車裝璜用汽車墊布以以下之加工液塗布處理後,再就其防焰性及各種物性進行試驗。
(試驗布):聚酯100%紡織物汽車墊布(單位面積重量300g/m2)
(加工劑):在固形成份45%之聚丙烯酸酯乳劑100份中加入非離子界面活性劑1.5份、聚丙烯酸系增黏劑1份及25%氨水0.5份,在攪拌下同時加入30份之FR-1。為進行比較,使用磷酸三-二氯丙酯(比較例1)、十溴化二苯基醚75%及三氧化銻25%之混合物(比較例2)取代FR-1。
(處理方法):係以刮刀管塗布方式塗布。加工劑(加工液)之固形成份附著量為100g/m2。乾燥係於80℃下進行5分鐘預焙,硬化(curing)則於150℃下進行1分鐘操作。
(試驗結果):防焰性(防焰性1之評估)如表1、物性如表2所示。

實施例2及比較例3
先將櫬椅家具之外墊布,以以下之加工液塗布處理後,再試驗其防焰性及相關之各種特性。
(試驗布):市售之聚酯100%平針布(單位面積重量140g/m2)
(加工劑):相對於固形物份50%之聚胺酯樹脂乳劑100份,在攪拌下同時加入30份之FR-1、5份之羧甲基纖維素增黏劑(70%水溶液)。另外,在比較例3,使用硼酸鋅60%、氫氧化鋁40%之混合液。
(處理方法):與實施例1相同。
(試驗結果):防焰性(防焰性2之評估)如表3、物性如表 4所示。
實施例3及比較例4
先將聚酯不織布濾材以以下之加工液噴霧加工後,再就其防焰性及各種物性進行試驗。
(試驗布):聚酯100%不織布(單位面積重量50g/m2)
(加工劑):在固形成份45%之聚丙烯酸酯樹脂乳劑100份中加入非離子界面活性劑1.5份、聚丙烯酸酯系增黏劑1份及25%氨水0.5份,一邊攪拌一邊加入以固形成份計45份之使FR-1預先經過珠磨機微粒化至平均粒徑10μm以下的水分散物。另外,比較例4,使用氫氧化鋁(平均粒徑100μm)取代FR-1。
(處理方法):以噴霧方式加工。噴霧方式係令加工劑(加 工液)之固形成份附著量為單面20g/m2,賦予雙面40g/m2著。乾燥係於80℃下進行5分鐘預焙,硬化則是於150℃下進行1分鐘操作。
(試驗結果):防焰性(防焰性3之評估)如表5、物性如表6所示。
實施例4及比較例5
先將旗幟用府綢(pongee)布,以以下之加工液塗布處理後,再就防焰性及各種物性進行試驗。
(試驗布):市售之聚酯100%府綢布(單位面積重量60g/m2)
(加工劑):以相對於固形物份50%之聚丙烯酸酯樹脂原糊100份,在攪拌下同時加入40份之FR-1、水40份。另外,比較例5使用經氧化矽包覆之聚磷酸銨(平均粒徑30μm,Budenheim公司製造,商品名FRCROS 486)。
(處理方法):與實施例1相同。加工劑(加工液)之固形成份附著量為20g/m2。乾燥係於80℃下5分鐘預焙,硬化係於150℃下進行1分鐘操作。
(試驗結果):防焰性(防焰性3之評估)如表7、物性如表8所示。
實施例5及比較例6
先將電磁波遮蔽基材以以下之加工液浸漬處理後,再就防焰性及各種物性進行試驗。
(試驗布):電磁波遮蔽基材鍍銅聚胺酯發泡材料(單位面積重量100g/m2)
(加工劑):相對於固形成份50%之聚胺酯樹脂原糊100份,在攪拌下同時加入50份之FR-1、水50份。另外,比較例6使用經氧化矽包覆之聚磷酸銨(平均粒徑30μm,Budenheim公司製造,商品名FRCROS 486)。
(處理方法):加工法係以浸漬處理操作。令加工劑(加工液)之固形成份附著量為50g/m2。乾燥係於80℃下預焙5分鐘,硬化係於150℃下操作1分鐘。
(試驗結果):防焰性(防焰性4之評估)如表9所示。
實施例6、7及比較例7
先將汽車裝璜用汽車墊布以以下之加工液塗布處理後,再以FMVSS-302法評估及試驗各種特性。
(試驗布):聚酯100%紡織物汽車墊布(單位面積重量200g/m2)
(防焰加工劑):在聚氧乙烯二苯乙烯化酚醚硫酸鹽5份、硬化蓖麻籽油1份、水42.5份之均一混合液中,添加50份之FR-1,之後將該混合物以珠磨機(使用直徑1.0至1.4mm之玻璃珠,IMEX公司製造),以轉速2000rpm、粉碎時間3小時及循環方式粉碎分散,得到均勻之白色分散液,再加入聚丙烯酸系增黏劑1份及25%氨水0.5份,即得到防焰加工劑。所得防焰加工劑的平均粒徑以粒度分布測定儀(雷射繞射/散射式 粒度分布測定儀LA-910,堀場製作所公司製造) 測定之結果,平均粒徑為3.2μm。以此為防焰加工劑-(I)(實施例6,No.1)。為進行比較,使用聚磷酸三聚氰胺取代FR-1,並以與防焰加工劑-(I)同樣之順序粉碎分散,得到均勻白色分散液狀之防焰加工劑。以此為防焰加工劑-(Ⅱ)(比較例7,No.2)。防焰加工劑-(Ⅱ)之平均粒徑為5.1μm。進一步令混合有防焰加工劑-(I)70份及防焰加工劑-(Ⅱ)30份之溶液為防焰加工劑-(Ⅲ)(實施例7,No.3)。
(加工液):在固形成份為40%之聚胺酯樹脂乳液100份中加入聚丙烯酸系增黏劑2份及25%氨水1份,並在攪拌下同時加入防焰加工劑60份。
(處理方法):係以刮刀管塗布方式塗布。令加工液之固形成份附著量為120g/m2。乾燥係於80℃下預焙5分鐘,硬化係於150℃下操作1分鐘。加工布之Dry附著量如表10所示。
(試驗方法):防焰性係以FMVSS-302法進行判定,其他則判定耐光性、耐熱性及手感。
(試驗結果):防焰性如表11、物性如表12所示。再者,燃燒速度超過10cm/分鐘者為不合格。
發明效果
依據本發明,可在不使用鹵素系防焰劑下,將纖維製品防焰加工。不惟如此,本發明所得到之防焰纖維製品之耐光性、耐熱性及手感不會降低。
產業上利用之可能性
本發明之纖維用防焰加工劑用作防焰纖維製品之加工劑實是有用。

Claims (12)

  1. 一種纖維用防焰加工劑,包含100重量份分散劑及1至300重量份下述通式(1)所示之有機磷化合物(A成分); (式中,X1、X2相同或不同,為下述通式(2)所示之經芳族取代的烷基); (式中,AL為碳數1至5之支鏈狀或直鏈狀脂族烴基;Ar為具有或不具有取代基之苯基、萘基或蒽基,在此取代基為碳數1至5之烷基或鹵原子;n表示1至3之整數,且Ar可鍵結在AL中任意之碳原子上)。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之纖維用防焰加工劑,其中有機磷化合物(A成分)為下述通式(3); (式中,R2、R5可相同亦可不同,為具有或不具有取代基之苯基、萘基或蒽基,在此取代基為碳數1至5之烷基或鹵原子;R1、R3、R4、R6可相同亦可不同,為選自下述之取代基:氫原子、碳數1至4之支鏈狀或直鏈狀烷 基、具有或不具有取代基之苯基、萘基或蒽基,在此取代基為碳數1至5之烷基或鹵原子)。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項之纖維用防焰加工劑,其中有機磷化合物(A成分)為下述通式(4); (式中,R21、R22相同或不同,為苯基、萘基或蒽基,且在其芳環上具有或不具有取代基,在此取代基為甲基、乙基、丙基、丁基或碳數6至14之芳基,且該芳基中其芳環之鍵結基係中介有氧原子、硫原子或碳數1至4之脂族烴基)。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項之纖維用防焰加工劑,其中有機磷化合物(A成分)為下述通式(1-a);
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項之纖維用防焰加工劑,其含有分散劑100重量份及通式(1)所示之有機磷化合物(A成分)5至300重量份。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項之纖維用防焰加工劑,其中分散劑為水、有機溶劑或樹脂。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第5項之纖維用防焰加工劑,其相對於分散劑100重量份,含有界面活性劑1至30重量份。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1項之纖維用防焰加工劑,其相對於通式(1)所示之有機磷化合物(A成分)100重量份,含有:選自於由氫氧化鋁、氧化鈦、氧化鋅、膨脹性石墨、氫氧化鎂、碳酸鈣、硼酸鋅、三聚氰胺、紅磷、聚磷酸銨、聚磷酸三聚氰胺、三聚氰酸三聚氰胺及磷酸酯所構成群組中之至少1種化合物1至200重量份。
  9. 一種防焰纖維製品之製造方法,其特徵在於:相對於纖維製品,使以固形成分計係3至150重量%之纖維用防焰加工劑附著於該纖維製品,並且,該纖維用防焰加工劑含有相對於分散劑100重量份為1至300重量份之下述通式(1)所示之有機磷化合物(A成分); (式中,X1、X2可相同亦可不同,為下述通式(2)所示之經芳族取代的烷基); (式中,AL為碳數1至5之支鏈或直鏈的脂族烴基;Ar為具有或不具有取代基之苯基、萘基或蒽基,在此取代基為碳數1至5之烷基或鹵原子;n表示1至3之整數,且Ar可鍵結在AL中任意之碳原子上)。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第9項之製造方法,其中分散劑為水、有機溶劑或樹脂。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第10項之製造方法,其中樹脂係選自於 由溶液、乳劑及乳膠所構成群組中之至少一種。
  12. 一種使防焰加工劑附著在纖維製品上以提高防焰纖維製品之耐候性的方法,其特徵在於:前述方法包含(i)相對於纖維製品,使以固形成分計係3至150重量%之防焰加工劑附著於該纖維製品之步驟;並且,(ii)該防焰加工劑含有相對於分散劑100重量份為1至300重量份之下述通式(1)所示有機磷化合物(A成分): (式中,X1、X2相同或不同,為下述通式(2)所示之經芳族取代的烷基); (式中,AL為碳數1至5之支鏈或直鏈的脂族烴基;Ar為具有或不具有取代基之苯基、萘基或蒽基,在此取代基為碳數1至5之烷基或鹵原子;n表示1至3之整數,且Ar可鍵結在AL中任意之碳原子上)。
