Abstract
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有高度的防火性和良好的物性(耐光性、耐热性、手感)的纤维用防火加工剂、防火纤维制品的制造方法和防火纤维制品。本发明是含有下述式(1)所示的有机磷化合物(A成分)的纤维用防火加工剂。(式中,X1、X2相同或不同,是下述式(2)所示的芳香族取代烷基。)
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及具有高度的防火性和良好的物性的纤维用防火加工剂和防火纤维制品。
背景技术
近年来,在汽车、飞机、铁路、建筑物等的内装用材料、过滤材料中大量使用纤维,对于纤维原材料的种类而言,聚酯、尼龙、丙烯腈、聚丙烯等合成纤维,人造丝、棉、麻等纤维素系纤维,或者羊毛、蚕丝、羽毛等动物性纤维可以单独使用或以复合状态使用。
使用这些纤维的纤维制品存在容易燃烧的缺点,所以要求防火性能。例如,在飞机的飞行员用制服等一部分用途中使用原材料难燃纤维,但从成本方面考虑,一般进行后加工防火。
在后加工防火中,代表性的方法有使防火剂直接附着于纤维制品的方法和在各种合成纤维粘结剂中添加防火剂并作为防火粘结剂而附着的方法,一般用于汽车、飞机、铁路车辆等的椅套用片材或者地毯等的背衬加工等。特别是在后者的防火加工方法中,不仅需要纤维的防火化,还需要并用的合成树脂粘结剂的防火化。
以往,作为防火剂,使用卤素系化合物或者卤素系化合物与氧化锑的并用配方。然而,近年来从保护环境、燃烧时产生的气体的有害性的方面考虑,不使用卤素系防火剂的防火化的要求逐渐强烈。作为非卤素系防火剂,已知有磷酸铵、氨基磺酸铵、硫酸铵、硼砂、硼酸、氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、磷酸酯等多种防火剂。
但是,如果添加可表现出防火效果所需的量,则对于水溶性防火剂而言存在如下问题:发生合成树脂乳液的增稠、破坏(gum up),或者树脂的被膜强度降低、耐热性降低、手感降低等。另外,由于非卤素系中较具防火效果的聚磷酸铵对水具有溶解性,所以在要求耐水性的条件下,发生在水中的溶出,在制品的物性方面、防火性方面产生问题。此外,经改进的用树脂等胶囊化的聚磷酸铵的耐水性也不充分。因此,无法提供在不使用卤素系防火剂的情况下具有充分的防火性和各物性的防火加工方法,因此寻求开发(专利文献1~3)。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有高度的防火性和良好的物性(耐光性、耐热性、手感)的纤维用防火加工剂、防火纤维制品的制造方法和由该制造方法得到的防火纤维制品。
本发明人等为了解决这些问题,进行了深入研究,结果发现对水为不溶或难溶性的下述式(1)所示的有机磷化合物(A成分)作为纤维用防火加工剂具有高度的防火性和良好的物性(耐光性、耐热性、手感)。
即本发明是含有下述式(1)所示的有机磷化合物(A成分)的纤维用防火加工剂。另外,本发明是一种防火纤维制品的制造方法,其特征在于,使纤维用防火加工剂以固体成分计为3~150重量%附着于纤维制品,该纤维用防火加工剂相对于分散剂100重量份含有1~300重量份的下述式(1)所示的有机磷化合物(A成分)。此外,本发明包含利用该制造方法得到的防火纤维制品。
另外,本发明包含提高使纤维制品附着防火加工剂而成的防火纤维制品的耐候性的方法,其特征在于,
(i)包含使防火加工剂以固体成分计为3~150重量%附着于纤维制品的工序,
(ii)防火加工剂相对于分散剂100重量份含有1~300重量份的下述式(1)所示的有机磷化合物(A成分)。
(式中,X1、X2相同或不同,是下述式(2)所示的芳香族取代烷基。)
(式中,AL是碳原子数1~5的支链状或直链状的脂肪族烃基,Ar是可具有取代基的苯基、萘基或蒽基。n表示1~3的整数,Ar可与AL中的任意碳原子键合。)
具体实施方式
以下,对本发明的纤维用防火加工剂、纤维制品的防火加工方法和利用该方法得到的防火纤维制品进行详细说明。
(有机磷化合物(A成分))
在本发明中,有机磷化合物(A成分)是下述式(1)所示的化合物。
(式中,X1、X2相同或不同,是下述式(2)所示的芳香族取代烷基。)
式中,AL是碳原子数1~5的支链状或直链状的脂肪族烃基。作为脂肪族烃基,可举出链烷二基、链烷三基、链烷四基等。
具体而言,可举出亚甲基、亚乙基、三亚甲基、异丙基二基、亚丁基、亚戊基等碳原子数1~5的亚烷基。另外,可举出甲烷三基、乙烷三基、丙烷三基、丁烷三基、戊烷三基等碳原子数1~5的链烷三基。另外,可举出甲烷四基、乙烷四基、丙烷四基、丁烷四基、戊烷四基等碳原子数1~5的链烷四基。
Ar是可具有取代基的苯基、萘基或蒽基。作为取代基,可举出甲基、乙基、丙基等碳原子数1~5的烷基,氟原子、氯原子、溴原子等卤素原子等。
Ar可与AL中的任意碳原子键合。n为1~3的整数。
作为有机磷化合物(A成分),优选下述式(3)所示的化合物。
式中,R2、R5可以相同或不同,是可具有取代基的苯基、萘基或蒽基。作为取代基,可举出甲基、乙基、丙基等碳原子数1~5的烷基,氟原子、氯原子、溴原子等卤素原子等。
R1、R3、R4、R6可以相同或不同,是选自氢原子、碳原子数1~4的支链状或直链状的烷基、可具有取代基的苯基、萘基或蒽基中的取代基。作为碳原子数1~4的烷基,可举出甲基、乙基、丙基、异丙基、丁基、叔丁基等。作为苯基、萘基或蒽基的取代基,可举出甲基、乙基、丙基等碳原子数1~5的烷基,氟原子、氯原子、溴原子等卤素原子等。
进一步优选为下述式(4)所示的有机磷系化合物。
式中,R21、R22相同或不同,是其芳香环可具有取代基的苯基、萘基或蒽基,其中,优选苯基。
对于R21和R22的苯基、萘基或蒽基,其芳香环的氢原子可被取代,作为取代基,可举出甲基、乙基、丙基、丁基或者其芳香环的键合基团介由氧原子、硫原子或碳原子数1~4的脂肪族烃基的碳原子数6~14的芳基。
上述式(1)所示的有机磷化合物(A成分)作为纤维用防火加工剂可在保持耐水性的状态下表现出极优异的防火效果。就本发明人等所知,以往,在纤维用防火加工剂的非卤素防火化中,极难兼顾耐水性和防火性,在实用上存在很多问题。
然而,根据本发明,令人惊讶的是,上述有机磷化合物(A成分)可容易地实现兼顾耐水性和高度的防火性,能够作为纤维用防火加工剂而提供优异的防火纤维制品。
在本发明中,除A成分之外,出于减少A成分的使用比例、改善纤维制品的阻燃性、改进纤维制品的物理性质、提高纤维制品的化学性质或其他目的,当然也可以配合A成分以外的防火剂和/或其他添加剂。这些其他配合成分将在之后具体说明。
作为本发明的纤维用防火加工剂的有机磷化合物(A成分)由上述式(1)表示,但最优选的代表性化合物是下述式(1-a)所示的化合物。
上述式(1)所示的有机磷化合物(A成分)与非卤素系防火剂中通常使用的聚磷酸铵、胶囊化的聚磷酸铵相比,对水的溶解度极低,因此能够赋予具有耐水性的防火性。对于在80℃温水中的溶解度,式(1-a)的有机磷化合物为0.5%以下,聚磷酸铵为80.8%,二氧化硅包覆聚磷酸铵为12.8%。
接着,对本发明中的有机磷化合物(A成分)的合成法进行说明。A成分也可以利用以下说明的方法以外的方法制造。
A成分例如通过如下方式得到,即,使三氯化磷与季戊四醇反应,接着用甲醇钠等碱金属化合物处理已氧化的反应物,之后使芳烷基卤化物反应。
另外,也可以采用如下方法得到,即,使芳烷基膦酰二氯与季戊四醇反应的方法,或者使芳烷基醇与通过使三氯化磷与季戊四醇反应而得到的化合物反应,接着在高温下进行Arbuzov转变的方法。后者的反应例如公开于美国专利第3,141,032号说明书、日本特开昭54-157156号公报、日本特开昭53-39698号公报中。
以下说明A成分的具体的合成法,但该合成法仅为说明目的,本发明中使用的A成分不仅限于用这些合成法合成的化合物,也可以是利用其改变和其他合成法合成的化合物。更具体的合成法将在后述的制备例中说明。
(I)A成分中的上述(1-a)的有机磷化合物;
可通过如下方式得到,即,使三氯化磷与季戊四醇反应,接着利用甲醇钠处理被叔丁醇氧化的反应物,使苄基溴反应。
另外,作为其他方法,可通过如下方式得到,即,使三氯化磷与季戊四醇反应,将得到的生成物与苯甲醇的反应生成物在催化剂共存下进行加热处理。
上述A成分使用其酸值为0.7mgKOH/g以下、优选为0.5mgKOH/g以下的成分。通过使用酸值为该范围的A成分,可得到防火性、色调和热稳定性优异的加工剂和防火纤维制品。A成分最优选为其酸值为0.4mgKOH/g以下的成分。这里酸值是指中和样品(A成分)1g中的酸成分所需的KOH的量(mg)。
此外,A成分使用其HPLC纯度优选至少为90%,更优选至少为95%的成分。上述高纯度的成分可使加工剂和防火纤维制品的防火性、色调和热稳定性优异,因而优选。这里,A成分的HPLC纯度的测定可通过使用以下方法而有效地测定。
柱使用野村化学(株)制Develosil ODS-7300mm×4mmφ,柱温为40℃。使用乙腈与水的6:4(容量比)的混合溶液作为溶剂,注入5μl。检测器使用UV-260nm。
作为除去A成分中的杂质的方法,没有特别限定,但用水、甲醇等溶剂进行再浆化清洗(重复数次用溶剂清洗、过滤)的方法最有效且在成本方面也有利。
此外,A成分的平均粒径优选为5~100μm,更优选为10~50μm。
(分散剂)
在本发明中,有机磷化合物(A成分)通常在与分散剂混合的状态下用作纤维用防火加工剂。分散剂与有机磷化合物(A成分)的配合比例是:相对于分散剂100重量份,优选有机磷化合物(A成分)为1~300重量份的范围,更优选为5~200重量份的范围,进一步优选为10~100重量份的范围。如果A成分的有机磷化合物少于1重量份,则有时防火效果不充分,另外,如果多于300重量份,则有时树脂的被膜形成容易变差,纤维制品的品质降低。
作为分散剂,优选使用水、有机溶剂或树脂(包括溶液、乳液、乳胶),更优选使用树脂溶液、树脂乳液、乳胶。
使用树脂溶液、树脂乳液、乳胶作为分散剂时,相对于固体成分100重量份,优选以5~300重量份、更优选以10~200重量份、进一步优选以20~100重量份的范围配合有机磷化合物(A成分)。如果A成分的配合量少于5重量份,则有时防火效果不充分,如果多于300重量份,则有时粘结剂树脂的被膜形成变差,纤维制品的品质降低。
作为本发明中使用的树脂,例如可举出聚丙烯酸酯,聚甲基丙烯酸酯,丙烯酸酯和/或甲基丙烯酸酯与乙烯基系单体或烯烃系单体的共聚物,其他烯烃系单体、乙烯基系单体的聚合物、共聚物或他们的混合物,聚氨酯,聚乙酸乙烯酯,乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物,聚酯,SBR(苯乙烯丁二烯橡胶),氯乙烯,偏氯乙烯等。
A成分的配合比例根据所希望的防火性水平、粘结剂树脂成分的种类、纤维的种类、纤维制品的形状等而决定其优选的范围。另外,根据需要,在不损害本发明目的的范围内可使用其他成分,通过使用其他防火剂、防火助剂,能够改变A成分的配合量,在多数情况下,通过使用这些试剂,能够减少A成分的配合比例。
另外,本发明的防火加工剂的制造方法只要能够将这些成分均匀混合·搅拌就没有特别限制。例如,混合规定的成分原料后,可通过利用均质机、球磨机、珠磨机等分散·粉碎机进行搅拌来制备本发明的防火加工剂。
(表面活性剂)
另外,为了提高有机磷化合物(A成分)的分散性、乳化性,根据需要,可使用公知的表面活性剂。具体而言,优选阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂中的至少1种。
作为阴离子表面活性剂,例如可举出高级醇硫酸酯盐、聚氧乙烯烷基苯基硫酸酯盐、硫酸化脂肪酸酯盐、烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐、高级醇磷酸酯盐等。
作为非离子表面活性剂,例如可举出聚氧化烯天然油脂烷基醚、聚氧化烯高级醇烷基醚、聚氧化烯烷基苯基醚、多元醇脂肪酸酯等。
表面活性剂的添加量没有特别限定,可考虑使用的分散剂的种类、分散或乳化的程度等适当地设定。例如,优选相对于分散剂100重量份含有优选1~30重量份、更优选3~20重量份的表面活性剂。
(稳定剂)
另外,A成分的有机磷化合物沉降时,也可使用分散稳定剂或乳化稳定剂(将两者统称为“稳定剂”)。作为分散稳定剂,例如可举出聚丙烯酸钠、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、黄原胶、淀粉糊等中的至少1种。作为乳化稳定剂,例如可举出蓖麻油、菜籽油等甘油三酯;磷酸酯、邻苯二甲酸酯等酯类;高级醇等。通过添加这些稳定剂,能够通过调整防火加工剂的粘度而使均匀的加工液稳定。
这些稳定剂的含量也没有特别限定,可考虑使用是稳定剂的种类、分散或乳化的程度等适当地设定。例如,相对于分散剂100重量份可以使稳定剂优选为0.1~10重量份,更优选为1~3重量份。
(其他防火剂)
本发明的防火加工剂中,根据需要还可以使用除本发明的有机磷化合物(A成分)以外的防火剂(以下,称为并用防火剂)。
作为并用防火剂,没有特别限定,作为具体例,可举出氢氧化铝、氧化钛、氧化锌、膨胀性石墨、氢氧化镁、碳酸钙、硼酸锌、聚磷酸铵、红磷等无机系并用防火剂,三聚氰胺、聚磷酸三聚氰胺、三聚氰胺氰脲酸酯、磷酸酯系化合物等有机系并用防火剂等。作为并用防火剂,可以单独使用1种或组合2种以上使用。
作为上述并用防火剂的磷酸酯系化合物的例子,可举出磷酸三辛酯、磷酸三苯酯、磷酸三甲苯酯、磷酸三(二甲苯基)酯、磷酸甲苯基二苯酯、甲苯基二(2,6-二甲苯基)磷酸酯、磷酸异丙基苯酯、磷酸叔丁基苯酯、联苯基二苯基磷酸酯、磷酸萘基二苯基酯、间苯二酚双(磷酸二苯酯)、间苯二酚双(磷酸二(二甲苯基)酯)、双酚A双(磷酸二苯酯)、磷酸三(氯丙基)酯、磷酸三(二氯丙基)酯、磷酸三(三溴新戊基)酯等。
并用防火剂中,特别优选聚磷酸三聚氰胺、三聚氰胺氰脲酸酯。
并用防火剂的配合量相对于有机磷化合物(A成分)100重量份优选1~200重量份,更优选3~100重量份,进一步优选5~50重量份。
另外,在本发明的防火加工剂中,根据需要可以添加防菌·防虫剂、抗静电剂、耐光性提高剂、耐热性提高剂、交联剂、着色剂、消泡剂、防火助剂等各种辅助剂,粘土、滑石、云母、膨胀性石墨、硅灰石、高岭土、蒙脱石、膨润土、海泡石、硬硅钙石、二氧化硅等填充剂。
(防火纤维制品的制造方法)
接下来,对使用有机磷化合物(A成分)的防火纤维制品的制造方法进行说明。
首先,准备在分散剂100重量份中含有1~300重量份的上述式(1)所示的有机磷化合物(A成分)的纤维用防火加工剂。
作为分散剂,优选上述的水、有机溶剂或树脂(包括溶液、乳液、乳胶)。
作为防火加工剂的制备方法,优选使有机磷化合物(A成分)混合、分散在水、有机溶剂或树脂溶液、树脂乳液、乳胶中进行制备的方法。另外,根据需要,可使用上述表面活性剂、稳定剂、其他防火剂等。
此时,相对于分散剂100重量份的有机磷化合物(A成分)的混合比例优选为5~200重量份,更优选为10~100重量份,特别优选为20~50重量份。如果有机磷化合物(A成分)少于1重量份,则有时防火效果不充分,另外,如果多于300重量份,则有时树脂的被膜形成容易变差,纤维制品的品质降低。
然后,使得到的纤维用防火加工剂以固体成分计为3~150重量%附着于纤维制品,制造防火纤维制品。以固体成分计优选为7~100重量%、特别优选为15~70重量%进行附着。如果固体成分的附着量少于3重量%,则有时防火效果不充分,如果多于150重量%,则有时纤维制品的品质降低,因而不优选。作为加工法,也没有特别限定,通常使用以往一直进行的浸渍法、利用喷涂(喷雾等)的加工、刷涂等涂布法、吸尽法(染色同浴法)、热喷法。
另外,关于纤维制品没有特别限定,作为代表例,可举出窗帘、地毯、绒毯、人造草、墙壁装饰材料、椅套、帐幕类(旗帜等)、汽车座椅、汽车脚垫、无纺布过滤器、人工皮革、电磁波屏蔽材料等。纤维材料的种类也没有特别限定,作为代表例,可举出聚酯、尼龙、丙烯腈、聚丙烯等合成纤维,人造丝、棉、麻等纤维素系纤维,或者羊毛、蚕丝、羽毛等动物性纤维等,可单独使用或以复合状态使用。
(提高耐候性的方法)
本发明包含提高使纤维制品附着防火加工剂而成的防火纤维制品的耐候性的方法,其特征在于,
(i)包含使防火加工剂以固体成分计为3~150重量%附着于纤维制品的工序,
(ii)防火加工剂相对于分散剂100重量份含有1~300重量份的上述式(1)所示的有机磷化合物(A成分)。
根据本发明,不仅能够使纤维制品的防火性提高,还能够使耐候性提高。
实施例
以下,举出实施例说明本发明,但本发明的技术范围不限定于这些实施例。应予说明,份和%是指重量份和重量%,评价按下述方法进行。
(1)防火性1
依照FMVSS-302进行防火性的评价。评价时,分别测定3次FMVSS-302所规定的下述事项:超过标准线后的燃烧距离、超过标准线后的燃烧时间、超过标准线后的燃烧速度。不燃表示在标准线以下自行熄灭,迟燃表示在超过标准线60秒以内且5cm以内自行熄灭。应予说明,燃烧速度超过10cm/分钟为不合格。
(2)防火性2
利用消防法45度空气混合燃烧器金属丝网法(エアーミックスバ一ナー金網法)测定碳化长度。如果碳化长度的最大值为7cm以下、平均值为5cm以下则防火性为合格。
(3)防火性3
依照JIS L-1091 A-1(微焰灯法)和JIS L-1091D(45度线圈法)进行防火性评价试验。对于微焰灯法,1分钟加热法、着火后3秒加热法均以余焰时间3秒以内、余烬时间5秒以内、碳化面积30cm2以内为合格,45度线圈法则以接触火焰次数3次以上为合格。
(4)防火性4
依照美国UL标准的UL-94所规定的HB法进行评价。
(5)耐光性
耐光性是使用褪色计判定在83℃照射200小时后的变色程度。(JIS-L0842,碳弧灯法;以JIS变褪色用蓝色色标(blue scale)判定变褪色的程度的等级)
(6)耐热性
耐热性是研究在传动烘箱干燥机中以150℃处理60分钟后的变色程度,按以下基准进行评价。
○:无变色
△:有变色
(7)手感
手感以用手触摸的触感来判定。
(8)酸值
依照JIS-K-3504实施测定。
[制备例1:2,4,8,10-四氧杂-3,9-二磷杂螺[5.5]十一烷,3,9-二苄基-3,9-二氧化物(FR-1)的制备]
向具有搅拌机、温度计、冷凝器的反应容器中填充3,9-二苄氧基-2,4,8,10-四氧杂-3,9-二磷杂螺[5.5]十一烷22.55g(0.055摩尔)、苄基溴19.01g(0.11摩尔)和二甲苯33.54g(0.32摩尔),在室温下边搅拌边流通干燥氮气。接着在油浴下开始加热,以回流温度(约130℃)加热4小时并搅拌。加热结束后,放冷至室温,加入二甲苯20mL,再搅拌30分钟。通过过滤将析出的结晶分离,用二甲苯20mL清洗2次。将得到的粗精制物和甲醇40mL加入到具备冷凝器、搅拌机的反应容器中,回流约2小时。冷却至室温后,通过过滤而分离结晶,用甲醇20mL清洗后,将得到的滤取物在120℃、1.33×102Pa干燥19小时,得到白色的鳞片状结晶。通过质谱分析、1H、31P核磁共振波谱分析和元素分析,确认了生成物为双苄基季戊四醇二膦酸酯。收量为20.60g,收率为91%,31PNMR纯度为99%。另外,利用本文记载的方法测定的HPLC纯度为99%。酸值为0.05mgKOH/g。
1H-NMR(DMSO-d6,300MHz):δ7.2-7.4(m,10H),4.1-4.5(m,8H),3.5(d,4H),31P-NMR(DMSO-d6,120MHz):δ23.1(S),熔点:257℃,平均粒径:30μm
实施例中使用的有机磷化合物(A成分)使用制备例1中合成的2,4,8,10-四氧杂-3,9-二磷杂螺[5,5]十一烷,3,9-二苄基-3,9-二氧化物{式(1-a)的磷系化合物(以下称为FR-1)}。
实施例1和比较例1、2
将汽车内装用汽车座椅布用以下加工液进行涂覆处理后,对防火性和各物性进行试验。
(试验布):聚酯100%织物汽车座椅布(单位面积重量300g/m2)
(加工剂):在固体成分45%的聚丙烯酸酯乳液100份中加入非离子表面活性剂1.5份、聚丙烯酸系增稠剂1份和25%氨水0.5份,边搅拌边加入FR-130份。为了比较,使用磷酸三(二氯丙基)酯代替FR-1(比较例1),使用十溴二苯醚75%与三氧化锑25%的混合物(比较例2)代替FR-1。
(处理方法):采用刮刀方式进行涂覆。加工剂(加工液)的固体成分附着量为100g/m2。干燥是在80℃进行5分钟预干燥,固化是在150℃进行1分钟。
(试验结果):将防火性(防火性1的评价)示于表1,将物性示于表2。

实施例2和比较例3
对椅套家具的侧底布(側地布)用以下加工液进行涂覆处理后,对防火性和各物性进行试验。
(试验布):市售聚酯100%针织布(单位面积重量140g/m2)
(加工剂):在固体成分50%的聚氨酯树脂乳液100份中,边搅拌边加入FR-130份、羧甲基纤维素增稠剂(70%水溶液)5份。应予说明,作为比较例3,使用硼酸锌60%、氢氧化铝40%的混合液。
(处理方法):与实施例1同样。
(试验结果):将防火性(防火性2的评价)示于表3,将物性示于表4。

实施例3和比较例4
将聚酯无纺布过滤器用以下加工液进行喷雾加工后,对防火性和各物性进行试验。
(试验布):聚酯100%无纺布(单位面积重量50g/m2)
(加工剂):在固体成分45%的聚丙烯酸酯树脂乳液100份中加入非离子表面活性剂1.5份、聚丙烯酸系增稠剂1份和25%氨水0.5份,边搅拌边以固体成分计为45份加入预先用珠磨机将FR-1微粒化至平均粒径10μm以下的水分散物。应予说明,作为比较例4,使用氢氧化铝(平均粒径100μm)代替FR-1。
(处理方法):采用喷雾方式进行加工。在喷雾方式中,使加工剂(加工液)的固体成分附着量为单面20g/m2,赋予双面40g/m2。干燥是在80℃进行5分钟预干燥,固化是在150℃进行1分钟。
(试验结果):将防火性(防火性3的评价)示于表5,将物性示于表6。

对旗帜用茧绸布用以下加工液进行涂覆处理后,对防火性和各物性进行试验。
(试验布):市售聚酯100%茧绸布(单位面积重量60g/m2)
(加工剂):在固体成分50%的聚丙烯酸酯树脂原糊100份中,边搅拌边加入FR-140份、水40份。应予说明,作为比较例5,使用二氧化硅包覆聚磷酸铵(平均粒径30μm,Budenheim公司制,商品名FRCROS486)。
(处理方法):与实施例1同样。加工剂(加工液)的固体成分附着量为20g/m2。干燥是在80℃进行5分钟预干燥,固化是在150℃进行1分钟。
(试验结果):将防火性(防火性3的评价)示于表7,将物性示于表8。

实施例5和比较例6
对电磁波屏蔽基材用以下加工液进行浸渍处理后,对防火性和各物性进行试验。
(试验布):电磁波屏蔽基材镀铜聚氨酯泡沫(单位面积重量100g/m2)
(加工剂):在固体成分50%的聚氨酯树脂原糊100份中,边搅拌边加入FR-150份、水50份。应予说明,作为比较例6,使用二氧化硅包覆聚磷酸铵(平均粒径30μm,Budenheim公司制,商品名FRCROS486)。
(处理方法):加工法以浸渍处理进行。加工剂(加工液)的固体成分附着量为50g/m2。干燥是在80℃进行5分钟预干燥,固化是在150℃进行1分钟。
(试验结果):将防火性(防火性4的评价)示于表9。
实施例6、7和比较例7
将汽车内装用汽车座椅布用以下加工液进行涂覆处理后,对FMVSS-302法评价和各物性进行试验。
(试验布):聚酯100%织物汽车座椅布(单位面积重量200g/m2)
(防火加工剂)在聚氧乙烯二苯乙烯化酚醚硫酸盐5份、硬化蓖麻油1份、水42.5份的均匀混合液中添加FR-150份,将该混合物用珠磨机(使用直径1.0~1.4mm玻璃珠,IMEX(株)制)在转速2000rpm、粉碎时间3小时的条件下,采用循环方式粉碎分散,得到均匀的白色分散液,加入聚丙烯酸系增稠剂1份和25%氨水0.5份,得到防火加工剂。利用粒度分布测定装置(激光衍射/散射式粒度分布测定装置LA-910,(株)堀场制作所制)测定所得防火加工剂的平均粒径,结果平均粒径为3.2μm。将其作为防火加工剂-(I)(实施例6,No.1)。为了比较,使用聚磷酸三聚氰胺代替FR-1,按与防火加工剂-(I)相同的步骤进行粉碎分散,得到均匀的白色分散液状的防火加工剂。将其作为防火加工剂-(II)(比较例7,No.2)。防火加工剂-(II)的平均粒径为5.1μm。并且,将防火加工剂-(I)70份和防火加工剂-(II)30份混合而成的液体作为防火加工剂-(III)(实施例7,No.3)。
(加工液):在固体成分40%的聚氨酯树脂乳液100份中加入聚丙烯酸系增稠剂2份和25%氨水1份,边搅拌边加入防火加工剂60份。
(处理方法):采用刮刀方式进行涂覆。加工液的固体成分附着量为120g/m2。干燥是在80℃进行5分钟预干燥,固化是在150℃进行1分钟。将加工布的Dry附着量示于表10。
(试验方法):防火性采用FMVSS-302法进行,此外,判定耐光性、耐热性、手感。
(试验结果):将防火性示于表11,将物性示于表12。应予说明,燃烧速度超过10cm/分钟为不合格。
根据本发明,能够在不使用卤素系防火剂的情况下对纤维制品进行防火加工。而且利用本发明得到的防火纤维制品的耐光性、耐热性和手感不会降低。
产业上的可利用性
本发明的纤维用防火加工剂作为防火纤维制品的加工剂有用。
Claims (13)
1.一种纤维用防火加工剂,含有下述式(1)所示的有机磷化合物即A成分,
式(1)中,X1、X2相同或不同,是下述式(2)所示的芳香族取代烷基,
式(2)中,AL是碳原子数1~5的支链状或直链状的脂肪族烃基,Ar是可具有取代基的苯基、萘基或蒽基,n表示1~3的整数,Ar可与AL中的任意碳原子键合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纤维用防火加工剂,其中,有机磷化合物即A成分为下述式(3),
式(3)中,R2、R5可以相同或不同,是可具有取代基的苯基、萘基或蒽基;R1、R3、R4、R6可以相同或不同,是选自氢原子、碳原子数1~4的支链状或直链状的烷基、可具有取代基的苯基、萘基或蒽基中的取代基。
3.根据权利要求1所述的纤维用防火加工剂,其中,有机磷化合物即A成分为下述式(4),
式(4)中,R21、R22相同或不同,是苯基、萘基或蒽基,其芳香环可具有取代基。
4.根据权利要求1所述的纤维用防火加工剂,其中,有机磷化合物即A成分为下述式(1-a),
5.根据权利要求1所述的纤维用防火加工剂,含有分散剂100重量份和式(1)所示的有机磷化合物即A成分1~300重量份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的纤维用防火加工剂,其中,分散剂为水、有机溶剂或树脂。
7.根据权利要求5所述的纤维用防火加工剂,相对于分散剂100重量份,含有1~30重量份的表面活性剂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的纤维用防火加工剂,相对于式(1)所示的有机磷化合物即A成分100重量份,含有1~200重量份的、选自氢氧化铝、氧化钛、氧化锌、膨胀性石墨、氢氧化镁、碳酸钙、硼酸锌、三聚氰胺、红磷、聚磷酸铵、聚磷酸三聚氰胺、三聚氰胺氰脲酸酯和磷酸酯中的至少1种化合物。
9.一种防火纤维制品的制造方法,其特征在于,使纤维用防火加工剂以固体成分计为3~150重量%附着于纤维制品,所述纤维用防火加工剂相对于分散剂100重量份含有1~300重量份的下述式(1)所示的有机磷化合物即A成分,
式(1)中,X1、X2相同或不同,是下述式(2)所示的芳香族取代烷基,
式(2)中,AL是碳原子数1~5的支链状或直链状的脂肪族烃基,Ar是可具有取代基的苯基、萘基或蒽基,n表示1~3的整数,Ar可与AL中的任意碳原子键合。
10.根据权利要求9所述的制造方法,其中,分散剂为水、有机溶剂或树脂。
11.根据权利要求10所述的制造方法,其中,树脂为选自溶液、乳液和乳胶中的至少一种。
12.一种防火纤维制品,利用权利要求9~11中任一项所述的制造方法得到。
13.一种提高使纤维制品附着防火加工剂而成的防火纤维制品的耐候性的方法,其特征在于,
(i)包括使防火加工剂以固体成分计为3~150重量%附着于纤维制品的工序,
(ii)防火加工剂相对于分散剂100重量份含有1~300重量份的下述式(1)所示的有机磷化合物即A成分,
式(1)中,X1、X2相同或不同,是下述式(2)所示的芳香族取代烷基,
式(2)中,AL是碳原子数1~5的支链状或直链状的脂肪族烃基,Ar是可具有取代基的苯基、萘基或蒽基,n表示1~3的整数,Ar可与AL中的任意碳原子键合。
