Description
− 臭素化FR
− アモルファス有機リン酸塩難燃剤 および
− 窒素および無機リンの源である難燃剤
を含むアンチモンフリー難燃剤の処方のシリーズを開発してきており、この源はアモルファス化合物である。
臭素化FRおよび有機リン酸塩(処方1aおよび1d、それぞれ、有機リン酸塩が臭素化FRの一部の場合または有機リン酸塩が外部の場合);または
無機リン酸塩および窒素の源であるアモルファス化合物を有する有機リン酸塩FR(処方1b);または
無機リン酸塩および窒素の源であるアモルファス化合物を有する臭素化FR(処方1c)、
a)臭素化難燃剤と、
b)有機リン含有難燃剤、および
c)窒素および無機リンのアモルファス源を含む難燃剤
を含み、この有機リン含有難燃剤は不規則な構造の有機リン酸塩である。
・環境面および生理学的に安全である
・布地と相性が良い
・布地の審美的におよび織地の性質にダメージを与えない、および、
・洗浄およびクリーニング耐久性がある
ように選択される。
・ヘキサブロモシクロドデカン、トリス(トリブロモネオペンチル) リン酸塩などのBr含有脂肪族または脂環式炭化水素;
・デカブロモジフェニル エタン、ヘキサブロモベンゼン、1,2−ビス(2,3,4,5,6−ペンタブロモフェニル)エタン、エチレン ビス(2,3,4,5,6−ペンタブロモフェニル)エタン、エチレン ビス(ペンタブロモジフェニル)、ペンタブロモベンジル アクリレート、エチレンビステトラブロモフタルイミド、デカブロモジフェニルオキサイド テトラデカブロモジフェノキシ ベンゼン、オクタブロモジフェニル エーテル、2,3−ジブロモプロピル ペンタブロモフェニル エーテルおよび類似物などのBr含有芳香族化合物;
・テトラブロモビスフェノール A、テトラブロモビスフェノール A ビス(2,3−ジブロモプロピル エーテル)、テトラブロモビスフェノール A (2−ブロモエチル エーテル)、テトラブロモビスフェノール A ジグリシジル エーテル、テトラブロモビスフェノール A ジグリシジル エーテルの付加物およびトリブロモフェノールなどの臭素化ビスフェノール類およびそれらの誘導体;
・テトラブロモビスフェノール A ポリ炭酸塩 オリゴマーならびにテトラブロモビスフェノール A グリシジル エーテルおよびブロモビスフェノールの付加物のエポキシオリゴマーなどの臭素化ビスフェノール誘導体のオリゴマー類;
・エチレン ビステトラブロモフタルイミドおよびビス(2,4,6−トリブロモフェノキシ)エタンなどの臭素化芳香族化合物;
・臭素化アクリル系樹脂;エチレン ビスジブロモノルボルナン ジカルボキシイミド、
・臭素化ポリスチレン類(例えばICLのFR−803)、臭素化炭酸塩オリゴマー類(BCOs)、臭素化エポキシオリゴマー類(BEOs)、臭素化ポリアクリレート類(ポリペンタブロモベンジル アクリレートなど、ICLのFR 1025)、臭素化ポリブタジエン(ICLのFR122Pなど)などの臭素化ポリマー類。この群の追加の例は、独占所有権のあるEmerald InnovationTM 1000およびTexFRon Pであり、ともに、独占所有権のある臭素化ポリマー類であり、後述の実施例のセクションで例示されている。

可燃性繊維製品をここに記載された難燃剤処方に接触させることと、
前記可燃性繊維製品を加熱すること、とを含む。

d50<5ミクロン d90<15ミクロン d99<35ミクロンのサイズ分布を有するTexFRon 4002(100グラム)は、脱イオン水(104グラム)、分散剤 Disperbyk 2010(4グラム)および湿潤剤 Supragil WP(0.4グラム)の混合溶液に加えられた。分散は、15分間混合され、アクリルバインダー AC−178(25グラム)は、混合された分散に加えられ、分散は、15分間混合され、少量のヒドロキシエチルセルロース(0.3グラム)を加えることにより、増粘された。分散の組成物は、以下の表1に詳述されている。
d50<5ミクロン、d90<5ミクロン、d99<35ミクロンのサイズ分布を有するTexFRon AG(100グラム)は、脱イオン水(104グラム)、分散剤 Disperbyk 2010(4グラム)および湿潤剤 Supragil WP(0.4グラム)の混合溶液に加えられた。分散は、15分間混合され、アクリルバインダー AC−178(25グラム)は、混合された分散に加えられ、分散は、15分間混合され、少量のヒドロキシエチルセルロース(0.3グラム)を加えることにより、増粘された。分散の組成物は、以下の表2に詳述されている。
レゾルシノール−ビス(ジフェニルリン酸塩)(RDP、100グラム)は、脱イオン水(104グラム)、分散剤 Disperbyk 2010(4グラム)および湿潤剤 Supragil WP(0.4グラム)の混合溶液に加えられた。分散は、15分間混合され、アクリルバインダー AC−178(25グラム)は、混合された分散に加えられ、分散は、15分間混合され、少量のヒドロキシエチルセルロース(0.3グラム)を加えることにより、増粘された。分散の組成物は、以下の表3に詳述されている。
d50<5ミクロン d90<15ミクロン d99<35ミクロンのサイズ分布を有するTexFRon 9001または下記の表5に記載された他のあらゆる臭素化FR類は、脱イオン水(104グラム)、分散剤 Disperbyk 2010(4グラム)および湿潤剤 Supragil WP(0.4グラム)の混合溶液に加えられた。分散は、15分間混合され、アクリルバインダー AC−178(25グラム)は、混合された分散に加えられ、分散は、15分間混合され、少量のヒドロキシエチルセルロース(0.3グラム)を加えることにより、増粘された。分散の組成物は、以下の表4に詳述されている。
TexFRon 4002および他の臭素化難燃剤(BFR類)は、RDP−HPなどの有機リン酸塩およびTexFRon AGなどの窒素および無機リンの源と、異なる重量割合で組み合わされ、分散は、15分間混合され、少量のヒドロキシエチルセルロース(0.3グラム)を加えることにより、増粘された。処方は全て安定し、滑らかに流され、沈殿しなかった。
布地は、あて物−圧縮−硬化工程を使って処理された。35%/65%の綿ポリエステル192g/m2織布が、実施例5の処方のあて物をされ、35〜60%の乾燥添加物に到達した。布地は、4分の間160℃にて硬化され、60℃において、AATCC Standard Practice for Home Laundryに従って、5回洗濯され、完全に乾燥され、ASTM D 6413−08垂直火炎、12秒発火に従って、テストされた。
布地は、あて物−圧縮−硬化工程を使って処理された。50%/50%の綿ポリエステルニット205g/m2布地が、実施例5の処方のあて物をされ、35〜60%の乾燥添加物に到達した。布地は、4分の間160℃にて硬化され、60℃において、AATCC Standard Practice for Home Laundryに従って、5回洗濯され、完全に乾燥され、ASTM D 6413−08垂直火炎、12秒発火に従って、テストされた。
布地は、あて物−圧縮−硬化工程を使って処理された。50%/50%の綿ポリエステル175g/m2織布が、実施例5の処方のあて物をされ、33〜65%の乾燥添加物に到達した。布地は、4分の間160℃にて硬化され、60℃において、AATCC Standard Practice for Home Laundryに従って、5回洗濯され、完全に乾燥され、ASTM D 6413−08垂直火炎、12秒発火に従って、テストされた。
実施例5の方法に従って準備された混合された処方#7が100%綿布地(ニット)に適用された。結果が以下の表27に示されている。
布地は、あて物−圧縮−硬化工程を使って処理された。50%/50% 綿ナイロン織布(NyCo 軍事用布地)は、表5のいくつかの処方を有するあて物を当てられ、40〜50%の範囲の乾燥添加物に達した。1つの場合(以下の項目Aを参照)において、布地は、柔軟性を増加させるために、35%RDPの第1層により前もって処理され、その際、表に詳述された3成分系の記載された割合において被覆された。他の場合(以下の項目Bを参照)において、布地はアンチモンフリー3成分系の単一の被覆により処理された。
Mathis被覆機(ナイフオーバーロール)が、テスト布地をバックコートをするために用いられ、330g/m2の重さであった。乾燥機が行使されるMathisにおいて、160℃の中間硬化を伴う一方の側の2または3の経路が、単一層または多層を用いる望ましい添加物を得るために必要とされた。
第1層はRDPであり、50%固体分散のみであり、その際3成分系の2層は、RDP15%、AG 10%、4002 75%(処方8)であった。添加物は41〜62%であった。布地は6洗濯サイクルの前後において可燃性テストに合格した。手触りは良かった。
アンチモンフリー比較処方1a,1b,1cおよび1dが、綿100%、綿/ポリエステル 35−65%および綿/ポリエステル 50−50%を含む様々な布地にあて物をすることにより適用され、例XX−XXのように記載されている。
Claims (21)
- a)臭素化された難燃剤、
b)有機リン含有難燃剤、および
c)窒素および無機リンの源である難燃剤、
を含み、
前記有機リン含有難燃剤はアモルファス固体または液体のいずれかである有機リン酸塩であり、
前記源はアモルファス無機リン酸塩であり、
前記アモルファス無機リン酸塩は、アルミニウムアンモニウム強リン酸塩であり、
実質的にアンチモンフリーである難燃剤組成物。 - 前記有機リン酸塩は、レゾルシノール−ビス(ジフェニルリン酸塩)、トリス(2−クロロイソプロピル)リン酸塩、2−エチルヘキシル ジフェニル リン酸塩およびブチル化 トリフェニル リン酸 エステルを含む群から選ばれる請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記臭素化難燃剤は、前記難燃剤組成物の全重量の35%〜90%の範囲である請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記有機リン酸塩は、前記難燃剤組成物の全重量の15%〜50%の範囲である請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記窒素および無機リンの源は、前記難燃剤組成物の全重量の10%〜30%の範囲である請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 耐久性のある難燃剤組成物であり、前記アモルファス無機リン酸塩は、さらに、
室温で非水溶性であり、
非加水分解性である請求項1に記載の組成物。 - アンチモンフリーである請求項1に記載の組成物。
- I.臭素化リン酸エステルおよび、
II.窒素および無機リンの源である難燃剤、
を含み、
前記源はアモルファス無機リン酸塩であり、
前記アモルファス無機リン酸塩は、アルミニウムアンモニウム強リン酸塩であり、
実質的にアンチモンフリーである難燃剤組成物。 - 請求項1に記載の組成物と水性キャリアを含む実質的にアンチモンフリーの難燃剤処方。
- 難燃剤共力剤、くすぶり抑制剤、界面活性剤、消泡剤、保存料、安定化剤、結合剤、増粘剤、湿潤剤、懸濁化剤、pH緩衝剤、防しわ剤、金属イオン封鎖剤、洗剤、染料、色素およびそれらの混合物から選ばれる1以上の付加物をさらに含む請求項9に記載の難燃剤処方。
- 水性分散の形態である請求項9に記載の処方。
- アンチモンフリーである請求項9に記載の処方。
- 請求項9に記載の処方により被覆された織物。
- 請求項1に記載の組成物により難燃化された耐久性のある織物。
- 請求項6に記載の組成物により難燃化された耐久性のある織物。
- 前記織物はナイロン、綿、ポリエステルおよびそれらの組み合わせから選ばれる布地である請求項13〜15のいずれかに記載の織物。
- 実質的にアンチモンフリーである請求項16に記載の織物。
- アンチモンフリーである請求項17に記載の織物。
- 可燃性繊維製品に請求項9〜12のいずれかに記載の難燃剤処方を適用する方法であり、
前記方法は、
a.可燃性繊維製品を請求項9〜12のいずれかに記載の難燃剤処方に接触することおよび、
b.前記可燃性繊維製品を加熱し、それにより難燃化された繊維製品を得ること、を含む方法。 - 前記加熱は140℃〜180℃の間で行われる請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記接触は、消耗する、広げる、被覆する、あて物をする、浸す、プリントする、泡立たせる、および/または吹きかけることによりもたらされる請求項19に記載の方法。
