Claims (9)
- 一種薄膜,其特徵係,由含有由聚L-乳酸及聚D-乳酸形成之聚乳酸(A成份)與丙烯酸系樹脂(B成份),差示掃描熱量計(DSC)測定下於190℃以上具有結晶熔化峰之樹脂組成物所形成;藉由動態黏彈性(DMA)測定之貯藏彈性率E’為,常溫(25℃)至150℃之溫度範圍內未發現極小值,且具有大於0.5×108 Pa之值;90℃下熱處理5小時後之濁度為6.0以下。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之薄膜,其中聚乳酸(A成份)與丙烯酸系樹脂(B成份)之比率為,重量比(A成份/B成份)為90/10至50/50的範圍。
- 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之薄膜,其中光彈性係數之絕對值未達10×10-12 /Pa。
- 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之薄膜,其中下述式(ii)所定義之薄膜的面方向相位差(Re),及下述式(iii)所定義之厚度方向相位差(Rth)同為10nm以下,Re=(nx-ny)×d (ii) Rth=((nx+ny)/2-nz)×d (iii)(式中,nx為長度方向之折射率,ny為寬度方向之折射率,nz為厚度方向之折射率,d為厚度(nm))。
- 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之薄膜,其中以下述式(i)所定義之立體化度(S)為80%以上,S(%)=[△Hms/(△Hmh+△Hms)]×100 (i)(式中,△Hms為立體配位相聚乳酸之結晶熔化熱函數( J/g),△Hmh為均相聚乳酸之結晶熔化熱函數(J/g))。
- 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之薄膜,其中90℃下處理5小時時之縱方向及橫方向的收縮率同為5%以下。
- 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之薄膜,其中下述式(iv)所定義之立體結晶化度(K)為10至60%,K=(△Hms-△Hc)/142 (iv)(式中,△Hms為立體配位相聚乳酸之結晶熔化熱函數(J/g),△Hc為聚乳酸結晶化熱函數(J/g),142(J/g)為立體配位相聚乳酸結晶之平衡熔化熱函數)。
- 一種偏光板保護膜,其特徵係由,如申請專利範圍第1至7項中任何一項之薄膜形成。
- 一種相位差薄膜,其特徵係由,如申請專利範圍第1至8項中任何一項之薄膜形成。
