Claims (19)

  1. 一種鑽石多晶體,其特徵在於:其係於超高壓高溫下,由非鑽石型碳在不添加燒結助劑或觸媒之情況下進行轉換燒結所獲得者,構成該鑽石多晶體之鑽石燒結粒子之平均粒徑大於50nm、未滿2500nm,純度為99%以上,且鑽石之D90粒徑為(平均粒徑+平均粒徑×0.9)以下。
  2. 如請求項1之鑽石多晶體,其中上述鑽石燒結粒子之D90粒徑為(平均粒徑+平均粒徑×0.7)以下。
  3. 如請求項1之鑽石多晶體,其中上述鑽石燒結粒子之D90粒徑為(平均粒徑+平均粒徑×0.5)以下。
  4. 如請求項1至3中任一項之鑽石多晶體,其中上述鑽石多晶體之硬度為100GPa以上。
  5. 如請求項1至3中任一項之鑽石多晶體,其中上述非鑽石型碳為石墨型層狀結構之碳物質。
  6. 如請求項4之鑽石多晶體,其中上述非鑽石型碳為石墨型層狀結構之碳物質。
  7. 一種噴水用噴口,其特徵在於:使用如請求項1至6中任一項之鑽石多晶體。
  8. 如請求項7之噴水用噴口,其中形成於上述鑽石多晶體之孔中,噴水流體所通過之噴口孔內面之表面粗度Ra為300nm以下。
  9. 如請求項7或8之噴水用噴口,其中形成於上述鑽石多晶體之噴口孔之大小為Φ10μm以上、Φ500μm以下。
  10. 如請求項7或8之嘖水用噴口,其中形成於上述鑽石多晶體之噴口孔徑(D)與噴口高度(L)之比(L/D)為10~500。
  11. 如請求項9之噴水用噴口,其中形成於上述鑽石多晶體之噴口孔徑(D)與噴口高度(L)之比(L/D)為10~500。
  12. 如請求項7或8之噴水用噴口,其中形成於上述鑽石多晶體之噴口孔之大小為大於Φ500μm、且為Φ5000μm以下。
  13. 如請求項7或8之噴水用噴口,其中形成於上述鑽石多晶體之噴口孔徑(D)與噴口高度(L)之比(L/D)為0.2~10。
  14. 如請求項12之噴水用噴口,其中形成於上述鑽石多晶體之噴口孔徑(D)與噴口高度(L)之比(L/D)為0.2~10。
  15. 一種凹版印刷用劃針工具,其特徵在於:使用如請求項1至6中任一項之鑽石多晶體。
  16. 一種刻劃器工具,其特徵在於:使用如請求項1至6中任一項之鑽石多晶體。
  17. 如請求項16之刻劃器工具,其中尖端之切割面包含具有3個以上之角的多角形,該多角形所具有之角中,一部分或全部用作刀刃。
  18. 一種切削用鑽石工具,其特徵在於:使用如請求項1至6中任一項之鑽石多晶體。
  19. 一種刻劃輪,其特徵在於:使用如請求項1至6中任一項之鑽石多晶體。
