Description

混合式動力單元
本發明係有關於混合式動力單元,具備有:引擎,具有曲柄軸;變速機,對傳達自上述曲柄軸之驅動力進行變速;和馬達發電機,可以變換將驅動力傳達到上述變速機側之狀態和被驅動進行發電之狀態。
在從曲柄軸將動力傳達到變速機側之主齒輪機構之相反側,使馬達發電機連結到曲柄軸之端部之方式之混合式動力單元,被揭示如專利文獻1。

然而,在上述專利文獻1所揭示者中,不能只以馬達發電機所發揮之驅動力驅動驅動輪。因此利用將電動馬達連結到與引擎不同系統之驅動系統,當構建成只利用該電動馬達就可以驅動驅動輪之方式時,不能利用其電動馬達作為起動馬達,且在引擎之閒置時亦不能作為發電機使用。
本發明係有鑑於上述問題之作為,其目的在於提供一種混合式動力單元,可以將馬達發電機利用作為引擎之起動和引擎驅動之發電機,同時可以單獨以馬達發電機進行驅動輪之驅動。
為達成上述之目的,本發明係為一種混合式動力單元,具備有:引擎,具有曲柄軸;變速機,對傳達自上述曲柄軸之驅動力進行變速;和馬達發電機,可以變換將驅動力傳達到上述變速機側之狀態和被驅動發電之狀態;其第1特徵在於:具有上述曲柄軸以外之旋轉軸之上述馬達發電機係與被上述曲柄軸支持成為可相對自由旋轉之主驅動齒輪連動、連結,在上述主驅動齒輪和上述曲柄軸之間,設有可以任意變換遮斷‧連接之第1離合器,在契合於上述主驅動齒輪之主從動齒輪及上述變速機之輸入軸之間,介設有可以任意變換遮斷‧連接之第2離合器。
另外本發明除了第1特徵之構造外,其第2特徵在於第1和第2離合器,係以從沿著上述曲柄軸之軸線之方向觀看時一部分重疊之方式配置。
本發明除了第2特徵之構造外,其第3特徵在於第2離合器,係被配置在沿著上述曲柄軸之軸線之方向的上述變速機和第1離合器之間。
本發明除了第1~第3特徵之任一構造外,其第4特徵在於第1及第2離合器,係分別連結變換該等離合器之遮斷‧連接之第1及第2致動器。
本發明除了第4特徵之構造外,其第5特徵在於上述馬達發電機,係以其一部分從曲柄箱突出到側方之方式被配置在汽缸體之側方,且第1致動器係以從沿著通過上述旋轉軸和上述曲柄軸之軸線之第1直線之方向觀看時,被配置於沿著上述旋轉軸之軸線之方向的上述馬達發電機之寬度內之方式,而被配置在上述曲柄箱之外側,第2致動器,從沿著通過上述旋轉軸和上述輸入軸之軸線之第2直線之方向觀看時,被配置於上述馬達發電機之上述寬度內之方式,而被配置在上述曲柄箱之外側。
而且,本發明除了第5特徵之構造外,其第6特徵在於上述馬達發電機被配設在上述曲柄箱之上面。
再者,實施形態之主軸35對應到本發明之輸入軸。
根據本發明之第1特徵,利用組合第1及第2離合器之遮斷‧連接,可以將馬達發電機變換成為用在引擎之起動之狀態、用作以引擎驅動之發電機之狀態、和單獨以馬達發電機驅動驅動輪之狀態。即利用使第1和第2離合器成為遮斷狀態,可以使來自馬達發電機之驅動力從主驅動齒輪經由第1離合器傳達到曲柄軸之方式起動引擎,利用只使第2離合器成為遮斷狀態,可以從閒置狀態之引擎之曲柄軸經由第1離合器及主驅動齒輪驅動馬達發電機以進行發電,利用只使第1離合器成為遮斷狀態,利用使來自馬達發電機之驅動力從主驅動齒輪經由主從動齒輪及第2離合器傳達到變速機側可以只以馬達發電機之驅動力驅動驅動輪。
根據本發明之第2特徵,因為第1及第2離合器之一部分,從沿著曲柄軸之軸線之方向觀看時相重疊,所以將曲柄軸及變速機之輸入軸間之距離盡可能縮短可以有助於小型化。
根據本發明之第3特徵,因為第2離合器被配置在沿著曲柄軸之軸線之方向之變速機和第1離合器之間,所以因為不得不將馬達發電機配置在不容易受到來自汽缸體之熱影響之位置所以相對於第1離合器被配置在離曲柄箱比較遠之位置,而將第2離合器有效地配置在第1離合器及曲柄箱之間之空缺空間,可以有助於混合式動力單元之小型化。
根據本發明之第4特徵,因為第1及第2致動器分別連結在第1及第2離合器,所以可以任意地變換第1及第2離合器之遮斷‧連接。
根據本發明之第5特徵,雖然上述馬達發電機之一部分從曲柄箱突出到側方,但是可以用第1及第2致動器不比馬達發電機之外側突出之方式,利用第1及第2致動器之配置可以防止混合式動力單元之大型化。
而且根據本發明之第6特徵,因為馬達發電機被配設在曲柄箱之上面,所以可以抑制馬達發電機從引擎本體突出,並實現小型之混合式動力單元。
針對本發明之實施形態,一邊參照添附之圖式一邊進行說明。
[實施例1]
針對本發明之實施例1一邊參照圖1和圖2一邊進行說明,在混合式車輛之二輪機車之車體架F搭載有混合式動力單元P,此混合式動力單元P具備有:引擎E,構建成具有曲柄軸5之例如1個氣筒;變速機M,對傳達自上述曲柄軸5之驅動力進行變速;馬達發電機6,可以將驅動力傳達到上述變速機M;和第1及第2離合器7、8,可以任意地變換遮斷‧連接。
上述引擎E之引擎本體9具備有:曲柄箱10,用來支持具有朝車寬方向延伸之軸線之曲柄軸5使其可自由旋轉;汽缸體11,具有向前傾之汽缸軸線C且結合在曲柄箱10之前部上端;汽缸頭12,結合在該汽缸體11之上端;和頭蓋13,結合在該汽缸頭12之上端。
在上述汽缸頭12之上部側面連接有吸氣裝置14。而且吸氣裝置14具有:吸氣管15,連接在上述汽缸頭12;槽本體16,連接在吸氣管15之上游端;空氣清潔器17;和連接管18,連結在上述槽本體16及上述空氣清潔器17之間;此吸氣裝置14從汽缸頭12延伸出上方。另外在上述汽缸頭12之下部側面,連接有包含排氣管19之排氣裝置20。
嵌合在形成於上述汽缸體11之汽缸內徑21成為可自由滑動之活塞22,經由連接桿23連接到上述曲柄軸5。
上述曲柄軸5,經由一對之滾珠軸承24、25被支持在曲柄箱10而可自由旋轉,在此曲柄箱5之一端部,和被收容在形成於汽缸頭12和頭蓋13之間之閥動室(valve gear chamber)26之閥動裝置(valve gear)27所具備之凸輪軸28之間,設有調時傳動裝置29。而該調時傳動裝置29,是使環狀之凸輪鍊32卷掛在被固定於曲柄軸5之一端部之驅動鏈輪30、和被固定於上述凸輪軸28之一端部之被動鏈輪31而成。
上述變速機M,具有與上述曲柄軸5平行之軸線且以曲柄箱10支持成可自由旋轉之主軸35及副軸36之間成為設有可以選擇性確立之複數變速段之齒輪列例如第1速~第4速齒輪列G1~G4之齒輪變速機。
上述副軸36之一端部,在與曲柄箱10之間經由滾珠軸承37和環狀之密封構件38從曲柄箱10之後部左側面突出,副軸36之另一端部,經由滾珠軸承滾輪軸承39被支持在曲柄箱10之右側壁而可自由旋轉。在此副軸36之從曲柄箱10所突出之端部,固定有驅動鏈輪41,構成鍊式傳動手段40之一部分,用來將從變速機M輸出之旋轉動力傳達到為驅動輪之後輪。
在上述曲柄箱10之右側面,右殼蓋43被結合在與該曲柄箱10之間所形成之離合器室42。為變速機M之輸入軸之上述主軸35之一端部經由上述曲柄箱10之滾珠軸承44被支持而可自由旋轉,主軸35之另一端部,在與曲柄箱10之間經由滾珠軸承45貫穿曲柄箱10之右側壁,突入到上述離合器室42。
另外上述曲柄軸5之另一端部亦從曲柄箱10之右側壁突入到上述離合器室42側,在離合器室42內之曲柄軸5,支持有主驅動齒輪46而可相對自由旋轉,而且契合在主驅動齒輪46之主從動齒輪47,在上述離合器室42內被主軸35支持而可相對自由旋轉。
然而馬達發電機6具有有別於上述曲柄軸5之在與曲柄軸5平行之軸線周圍旋轉之旋轉軸48,且使其一部分從上述曲柄箱10突出到側方之方式配設在被配置在汽缸體11之側方之曲柄箱10之上面,此馬達發電機6之旋轉軸48與上述主驅動齒輪46連動、連結。即被固定在旋轉軸48之第1齒輪49,被契合在固定於上述主驅動齒輪46之同軸之第2齒輪50。
第1離合器7,為被設在上述主驅動齒輪46及曲柄軸5之間者,被構建為複片式而具有經由阻尼橡膠51連結到被固定在上述主驅動齒輪46之第2齒輪50之離合器外部52,和被固定在上述曲柄軸5之離合器內部53,且第1致動器54之桿55連結到第1離合器7。而且利用第1致動器54使其桿55朝軸方向動作,使得第1離合器7,變換主驅動齒輪46及第2齒輪50,與曲柄軸5之間之動力傳達‧遮斷。
第2離合器8,為被設在上述主從動齒輪47及主軸35之間者,被構建為複片式而具有經由阻尼橡膠56連結到上述主從動齒輪47之離合器外部57,和被固定在上述主軸35之離合器內部58,且第2致動器59之桿60連結到第2離合器8。而且利用第2致動器59使其桿60朝軸方向動作,使得第2離合器8,變換主從動齒輪47及主軸35之間之動力傳達‧遮斷。
再者第1及第2離合器7、8,從沿著曲柄軸5之軸線方向觀看時被配置成一部分重疊之方式,且第2離合器8,在沿著曲柄軸5之軸線方向被配置在上述變速機M及第1離合器7之間。
然而第1及第2致動器54、59,以桿55、60貫穿右殼蓋43成為可以朝軸方向移動之方式配設在曲柄箱10及右殼蓋43之右側方,但是第1致動器54,從沿著通過旋轉軸48及上述曲柄軸5之軸線之第1直線L1(參照圖1)之方向觀看時,以被配置成沿著上述旋轉軸48之軸線方向之上述馬達發電機6之寬度W內之方式被配置在上述曲柄箱10及右殼蓋43之外側,而第2致動器59,從沿著通過上述旋轉軸48及上述主軸35之軸線之第2直線L2(參照圖1)之方向觀看時,以被配置成在上述馬達發電機6之上述寬度W內之方式被配置在上述曲柄箱10及右殼蓋43之外側。
接著說明本實施例1之作用,具有有別於曲柄軸5之旋轉軸48之馬達發電機6與被曲柄軸5支持成可相對自由旋轉之主驅動齒輪46連動、連結,因為在主驅動齒輪46及曲柄軸5之間,設有可以任意變換遮斷‧連接之第1離合器7,在契合於主驅動齒輪46之主從動齒輪47及變速機M之主軸35之間,設有可以任意變換遮斷‧連接之第2離合器8,所以利用第1及第2離合器7、8之遮斷‧連接之組合,可以將馬達發電機6變換為使用在引擎E之起動之狀態、使用在以引擎驅動作為發電機之狀態、和單獨以馬達發電機6驅動驅動輪之狀態。
即如圖3所示,利用使第2離合器8成為連接狀態之同時使第1離合器7成為遮斷狀態,以來自馬達發電機6之驅動力從主驅動齒輪46經由第1離合器7傳達到曲柄軸5之方式可以起動引擎E,另外可以從閒置狀態之引擎E之曲柄軸5經由第1離合器7及主驅動齒輪46驅動馬達發電機6進行發電。另外使第1及第2離合器7、8均成為連接狀態可以利用引擎E之輸出一邊行走,一邊驅動馬達發電機6進行發電,而且在使第1離合器7成為遮斷狀態之同時第2離合器8成為連接狀態,利用將來自馬達發電機6之驅動力從主驅動齒輪46經由主從動齒輪47及第2離合器8傳達到變速機M側可以實現只利用馬達發電機6之驅動力驅動驅動輪之EV行走。
另外因為第1及第2離合器7、8從沿著曲柄軸5之軸線方向觀看時配置成一部分重疊之方式,所以將曲柄軸5及變速機M之主軸35之間之距離盡可能縮短可有助於小型化。另外因為第2離合器8在沿著曲柄軸5之軸線之方向被配置在變速機M及第1離合器7之間,所以因為不得不將馬達發電機6配置在不容易受到來自汽缸體11之熱影響之位置所以相對於第1離合器7被配置在離曲柄箱10比較遠之位置,而將第2離合器8有效地配置在第1離合器7及曲柄箱10之間之空缺空間,可以有助於混合式動力單元P之小型化。
另外在第1及第2離合器7、8,因為分別連結在用來變換該等之離合器7、8之遮斷‧連接第1及第2致動器54、59,所以可以任意地變換第1及第2離合器7、8之遮斷‧連接。
另外馬達發電機6以使其一部分從曲柄箱10突出到側方之方式被配置在汽缸體11之側方,且第1致動器54,從沿著通過旋轉軸48及曲柄軸5之軸線之第1直線L1之方向觀看時以被配置成沿著旋轉軸48之軸線之方向之上述馬達發電機6之寬度W內之方式被配置在曲柄箱10之外側,而第2致動器59,因為從沿著通過旋轉軸48及主軸之軸線之第2直線L2之方向觀看時以被配置成馬達發電機6之上述寬度W內之方式被配置在曲柄箱10之外側,所以第1及第2致動器54、59以不比馬達發電機6之外側突出之方式,利用第1及第2致動器54、59之配置可以防止混合式動力單元P之大型化。
再者因為馬達發電機6被配設在曲柄箱10之上面,所以可以抑制馬達發電機6從引擎本體9突出,可以實現小型之混合式動力單元P。
[實施例2]
本發明之實施例2,如圖4所示,在曲柄軸5之一端部,亦可以連結發電機64,該發電機64具備有:轉子65,被固定在該曲柄軸5;和定子66,被該轉子65所覆蓋。上述定子66以覆蓋發電機64之方式被固定在鎖緊於曲柄箱10之發電機蓋67。
根據本實施例2,在引擎E之動作時可以以發電機64一直發電。利用此電力驅動馬達發電機6,若使第1離合器7成為遮斷,使第2離合器8成為連接狀態時,可以利用馬達發電機6之動力行走而成為串聯式(Series Hybrid)行走。
以上,已說明本發明之實施形態,但是本發明並不只限定於上述實施之形態,在不脫離其主旨之範圍內可以進行各種之設計變更。

Claims (3)

  1. 一種混合式動力單元,具備有:引擎(E),具有曲柄軸(5);變速機(M),對傳達自上述曲柄軸(5)之驅動力進行變速;和馬達發電機(6),可以變換將驅動力傳達到上述變速機(M)側之狀態和被驅動發電之狀態;其特徵在於:具有上述曲柄軸(5)以外之旋轉軸(48)之上述馬達發電機(6)係與被上述曲柄軸(5)支持成為可相對自由旋轉之主驅動齒輪(46)連動、連結,在上述主驅動齒輪(46)和上述曲柄軸(5)之間,設有可以任意變換遮斷.連接之第1離合器(7),在契合於上述主驅動齒輪(46)之主從動齒輪(47)和上述變速機(M)之輸入軸(35)之間,介設有可以任意變換遮斷.連接之第2離合器(8),第1和第2離合器(7、8),係分別連接用來變換該等離合器(7、8)之遮斷.連接之第1和第2致動器(54、59),上述馬達發電機(6)係以其一部分從曲柄箱(10)突出到側方之方式被配置在汽缸體(11)之側方,第1致動器(54)係以從沿著通過上述旋轉軸(48)和上述曲柄軸(5)之軸線之第1直線之方向觀看時,被配置於沿著上述旋轉軸(48)之軸線之方向的上述馬達發電機(6)之寬度內之方式,而被配置在上述曲柄箱(10)之外側,第2致動器(59)係以從沿著通過上述旋轉軸(48)和上述輸入軸(35)之軸線之第2直線之方向觀看 時,被配置於上述馬達發電機(6)之上述寬度內之方式,而被配置在上述曲柄箱(10)之外側,上述馬達發電機(6)被配設在上述曲柄箱(10)之上面。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之混合式動力單元,其中,第1和第2離合器(7、8)係以從沿著上述曲柄軸(5)之軸線之方向觀看時一部分重疊之方式配置。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項之混合式動力單元,其中,第2離合器(8)係被配置在沿著上述曲柄軸(5)之軸線之方向的上述變速機(M)和第1離合器(7)之間。
