本发明公开一种混合动力汽车驱动系统,包括发动机(1)、电动-发电机(2)、第一离合器(5)、第二离合器(6)、输入行星排(3)、输出行星排(4)、第一制动器(8)、第二制动器(7);结构简单紧凑;运行可靠,运行模式多样,可实现纯电动驱动、发动机-电动机并联驱动、发动机充电模式(无级变速模式)、再生制动模式、发动机单独驱动等模式,兼具并联式、串联式、混联式驱动系统的优点,又可以取长补短,克服各种方式现有技术中的不足之处,可以最大限度的提高汽车的动力性和燃油经济性。

混合动力汽车驱动系统
【技术领域】:
本发明涉及一种汽车驱动系统,特别涉及一种混合动力汽车驱动系统。
【背景技术】:
20世纪90年代以来,汽车保有量大幅增长,当前普遍使用的燃油发动机汽车存在种种弊病,统计表明在占80%以上的道路条件下,一辆普通轿车仅利用了动力潜能的40%,在市区还会跌至25%,更为严重的是排放废气污染环境;为提高燃油利用效率,减少废气排放,人们开发了一种采用混合动力装置(Hybrid-ElectricVehicle,缩写HEV)的汽车。这种混合动力装置既发挥了发动机持续工作时间长,动力性好的优点,又可以发挥电动机无污染、低噪声的好处。
混合动力驱动系统按照能量合成的形式主要分为串联式(SHEV)、并联式(PHEV)混联式三种。
串联式驱动系统由发动机、发电机和电动机三部分动力总成组成,它们之间用串联的方式组成SHEV的动力单元系统。负荷小时由电池驱动电动机带动车轮转动,负荷大时则由发动机带动发电机发电驱动电动机。当混合动力车处于启动、加速、爬坡的工况时,发动机-发电机组和电池组共同向电动机提供电能;当处于低速、滑行、怠速的工况时,则由电池组驱动电动机,由发动机-发电机组向电池组充电。这种串联式驱动系统不管在什么工况下,最终都要由电动机来驱动车轮;发动机、发电机和电池组都要有汽车要求的总功率,设备较大,增加了车辆的成本和布置难度。
并联式装置的发动机和电动机以机械能叠加的方式驱动汽车,发动机与电动机分属两套系统,可以分别独立地向汽车传动系提供扭矩,在不同的路面上既可以共同驱动又可以单独驱动。由于没有单独的发电机,发动机可以直接通过传动机构驱动车轮,因此该装置更接近传统的汽车驱动系统,得到比较广泛的应用。本田Insight在发动机和带有普通离合器结构的手动变速箱之间有一个相对较小的永磁电动机。电机可以作为起动机、发动机的功率辅助和再生制动时的发电机,它同样可以作为发动机的减振器。但是这种结构的缺点是没有纯电动起步的能力。
混联式驱动系统同时具有串联式和并联式的优点,理论上可以获得整车最佳的燃油经济性和排放水平。丰田Prius的传动结构如附图1所示。该结构由一个发动机10、两个电动机11、12、一个行星排13和减速机构组成。行星排的行星架和发动机曲轴输出端相连,太阳轮和发电机相连,齿圈作为传动系统的输出。输出轴连接到主减速器,通过差速器和半轴驱动车轮。另外电机也和输出轴相连。这种结构将发动机的动力分成两路,一路通过齿圈输出,一路通过太阳轮传递给发电机。发电机发出的电一部分提供给电动机,剩余部分给电池组充电。通过使用发电机调节发动机的转速,传动系统可以使发动机大部分时间里都保持在最佳运行状态。该系统可以提供四种运行模式:电机驱动模式、无级变速模式、功率模式和再生制动模式。这种设计的缺点是需要两个电机,并且需要发动机动力的等比例分配。这种结构不能将发动机的所有动力直接输送到输出轴使得汽车在高速公路的燃油经济性比在市区公路行驶时低。
【发明内容】:
本发明的目的就是为了克服现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种具有多种运行模式、结构简单的混合动力汽车驱动系统。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种混合动力汽车驱动系统,包括发动机1、电动-发电机2,第一离合器5和第二离合器6、第一传动机构3、第二传动机构4;所述发动机曲轴的输出端与第一、第二离合器的主动元件连接,所述第一离合器的从动元件与第一、第二传动机构的输入件连接,第一、第二传动机构的输出件与传动轴连接,第二离合器的从动元件与第一传动机构的中间件连接,该中间件与输入件啮合,所述电机-发电机的转子与第一、第二传动机构的输入件为同轴连接。
上述的混合动力汽车驱动系统,还包括第一制动器8,用于对所述第二传动机构的中间件的制动。
上述的混合动力汽车驱动系统,所述第一传动机构3是行星排,其输入件为太阳轮31,中间件为行星架32,输出件为齿圈33。所述第二传动机构4是行星排,其输入件为太阳轮41,中间件为齿圈43,输出件为行星架42。
上述的混合动力汽车驱动系统,还包括第二制动器7,用于对所述第一离合器5的从动元件制动。
由于采用了以上的方案,带来了如下的有益效果:
本系统只需要一个电机和一个发动机,结构简单紧凑;运行可靠,运行模式多样,可实现纯电动驱动、发动机-电动机并联驱动、发动机充电模式(无级变速模式)、再生制动模式、发动机单独驱动等模式,兼具各种驱动系统的优点,又可以取长补短,克服现有技术中并联式、串联式或混联式等系统的不足之处,可以最大限度地提高汽车的动力性和燃油经济性。
系统具超速档,可实现发动机单独驱动,提高车辆高速行驶时的燃油经济性。

【具体实施方式】:
下面通过具体的实施例并结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的描述。
见图2,本驱动系统用于混合动力汽车时可以同时实现纯发动机驱动、混合动力并联驱动、发动机充电模式(无级变速模式)、纯电动以及再生制动模式。它由发动机1、电动-发电机2、输入行星排3、输出行星排4、第一离合器5、第二离合器6、第二制动器7和第一制动器8组成。其中,输入行星排3为第一传动机构、输出行星排4第二传动机构,输入行星排3的太阳轮31和输出行星排4的太阳轮41通过一根轴连接,该轴同时和电动/发电机2的转子相连;输入行星排3的齿圈33和输出行星排4的行星架42通过一根轴相连,该轴同时是整个传动结构的输出轴;两个离合器5、6的主动元件连接在一起,第一离合器5的从动元件和输入行星排3和输出行星排4的太阳轮31、41相连,第二离合器6的从动元件和输入行星排3的行星架32相连;第二制动器7对第一离合器5的从动元件制动;第一制动器8对输出行星排4的齿圈43制动。
第一制动器8制动,而其它离合器和制动器均分开,可以实现纯电动起步和行驶,也可以再生制动。
第一离合器5闭合、第一制动器8制动而其它离合器和制动器均分开;或者第二离合器6闭合、第一制动器8制动而其它离合器和制动器均分开;或者第一离合器5和第二离合器6均闭合而制动器均分开,在这三种方式下,通过控制电动/发电机的启停,即电动或发电状态,都可以实现发动机单独驱动、并联驱动、发动机充电以及再生制动模式。高速时,结合第二离合器6和第二制动器7可以换到超速档,实现发动机单独驱动,提高高速时的燃油经济性。
第二离合器6结合,而其它离合器和制动器均分开,通过调节电动/发电机的负荷和转速,可以实现无级变速功能。
本例的驱动系统只需要一个电机和一个发动机,可以提供多种运行模式。电机驱动模式时,电机单独驱动车辆行驶。并联驱动模式下,发动机和电动机的动力同时驱动汽车行驶。发动机模式时,传动结构作为一个多档自动变速箱。发动机充电模式时,发动机向电池组充电并向电气系统提供功率,同时驱动车辆行驶。发动机充电的一种子模式可以实现无级变速的功能,此时发动机可以运行在最佳工作点,电机作为发电机调节发动机的转速,并向电池组充电。再生制动模式时,汽车的动能向电池组充电。发动机的功率不必总是分成两路,因此提高了传动系统的效率,同时还具有纯电动运行模式。
实施例二:与上例不同的是,本例的结构不设置第二制动器7,同样可以实现各种驱动模式,但在发动机驱动模式下没有超速档。

1、一种混合动力汽车驱动系统,其特征是:包括发动机(1)、电动-发电机(2),第一离合器(5)和第二离合器(6)、第一传动机构(3)、第二传动机构(4);所述发动机曲轴的输出端与第一、第二离合器的主动元件连接,所述第一离合器的从动元件与第一、第二传动机构的输入件连接,第一、第二传动机构的输出件与传动轴连接,第二离合器的从动元件与第一传动机构的中间件连接,该中间件与输入件啮合,所述电机-发电机的转子与第一、第二传动机构的输入件为同轴连接。
2、如权利要求1所述的混合动力汽车驱动系统,其特征是:还包括第一制动器(8),用于对所述第二传动机构的中间件的制动。
3、如权利要求2所述的混合动力汽车驱动系统,其特征是:所述第一传动机构(3)是行星排,其输入件为太阳轮(31),中间件为行星架(32),输出件为齿圈(33)。
4、如权利要求2或3所述的混合动力汽车驱动系统,其特征是:所述第二传动机构(4)是行星排,其输入件为太阳轮(41),中间件为齿圈(43),输出件为行星架(42)。
5、如权利要求2或3所述的混合动力汽车驱动系统,其特征是:还包括第二制动器(7),用于对所述第一离合器(5)的从动元件制动。
6、如权利要求4所述的混合动力汽车驱动系统,其特征是:还包括第二制动器(7),用于对所述第一离合器(5)的从动元件制动。
