Description
Claims (18)
- 自動車両、特に2輪自動車両用の変速装置において、
少なくとも2つの駆動歯車(14、16)を保持する駆動軸(12)と、
少なくとも2つの被駆動歯車(40、42)を保持する被駆動軸(38)と、
駆動軸(12)および被駆動軸(38)の前記歯車と協働する歯車(34、36)を保持する中間運動伝達軸(32)と、を有し、
ワンウェイクラッチ(20、46)を介して前記駆動軸および前記被駆動軸によって保持される歯車(14、42)と、中間軸(32)によって固定的に保持される歯車(34、36)と、係合解除可能なクラッチ(18、44)によって前記駆動軸および前記被駆動軸に連結された歯車(16、40)とを有する、駆動軸(12)と被駆動軸(38)との間の2つの運動伝達トラック(T1、T2)を有することを特徴とする変速装置。 - 前記トラックのうちの一方(T1)は、
ワンウェイクラッチ(20)を介して駆動軸(12)によって保持される駆動歯車(14)と、
前記中間運動伝達軸によって固定的に保持される歯車(34)と、
係合解除可能なクラッチ(44)によって前記被駆動軸に連結された被駆動歯車(40)と、を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の変速装置。 - 前記トラックの他方(T2)は、係合解除可能なクラッチ(18)を介して駆動軸(12)によって保持される駆動歯車(16)と、前記中間運動伝達軸によって固定的に保持される歯車(36)と、ワンウェイクラッチ(46)によって前記被駆動軸に連結された被駆動歯車(42)とを備えるトラック(T1)に対して対称な前記各歯車の構成を有することを特徴とする請求項1および2のいずれか1項に記載の変速装置。
- 前記変速装置は、各運動伝達トラックの歯車(16、36、42;14、34、40)を互いに結合する環状のバンド(58a、58b)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の変速装置。
- 環状のバンド(58a、58b)は、チェーンを有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の変速装置。
- 環状のバンド(58a、58b)は、ベルトを有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の変速装置。
- 前記ワンウェイクラッチは、フリーホイール(20、46)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の変速装置。
- 前記係合解除可能なクラッチは、被制御クラッチ(18、44)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の変速装置。
- 前記係合解除可能なクラッチは、自動クラッチを有することを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の変速装置。
- 前記被駆動軸は、前記回転運動をこの被駆動軸から任意の所望の機器に伝達する連結歯車(78)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の変速装置。
- 内燃機関(80)と、変速装置と、駆動トラック(82)とを有する、特に自動車両用のパワートレーンにおいて、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の変速装置(10)を有することを特徴とするパワートレーン。
- 少なくとも前記車両を移動させる、駆動/発電機(96)を有することを特徴とする請求項11に記載のパワートレーン。
- 駆動トラック(82)は、係合解除可能なクラッチ(88)を有し、駆動/発電機(96)のロータは、クラッチ(88)に結合されることを特徴とする請求項11または12に記載のパワートレーン。
- 駆動/発電機(96)のロータ(98)は、中間軸(32)に結合されることを特徴とする請求項11または12に記載のパワートレーン。
- 駆動/発電機(96)のロータ(98)は、環状のバンド(58a、58b)に結合されることを特徴とする請求項11または12に記載のパワートレーン。
- 駆動/発電機(96)のロータ(98)は、駆動軸(12)に結合されることを特徴とする請求項11または12に記載のパワートレーン。
- 駆動/発電機(96)のロータ(98)は、係合解除可能なクラッチ(18)のプレッシャープレート(24)に結合されることを特徴とする請求項16に記載のパワートレーン。
- 駆動/発電機(96)のロータ(98)とそれによって駆動される部材とを回転可能に結合する環状のバンド(100、106、116)を有することを特徴とする請求項12から17のいずれか1項に記載のパワートレーン。
