Claims (11)
- 共通の回転軸(8)を有する第一クラッチ(3)及び第二クラッチ(4)を備えたダブルクラッチユニット(2)と、
上記第一クラッチ(3)を介してエンジンと接続可能な第一入力シャフト(9)及び上記第二クラッチ(4)を介してエンジンと接続可能な第二入力シャフト(10)と、
上記第一及び第二入力シャフト(9,10)を少なくとも二つの出力シャフト(11,12,29)と接続するために、切り替え可能に構成された複数の歯車対と、
連続且つ並列の、若しくは連続または並列のハイブリッドモードを実現可能な第一駆動ユニット(37)及び第二駆動ユニット(38)と、
上記各出力シャフト(11,12,29)に対してそれぞれに一つずつ接続される歯車(23,24,30)と、
該歯車(23,24,30)を介してデファレンシャル(26)へ上記出力シャフト(11,12,29)の回転トルクを伝達するリング歯車(25)と、
を備えた自動車用のダブルクラッチギア装置であって、
上記第一駆動ユニット(37)は、上記第一及び第二クラッチ(3,4)に対して同軸に配置されているとともに、上記第一及び第二クラッチ(3,4)をラジアル方向外方から覆うように配置されていて、
上記歯車(23,24,30)は、共通の平面に位置していて、
上記第二駆動ユニット(38)は、上記第一及び第二クラッチ(3,4)の回転軸(8)とは異なる回転軸(45)を有する駆動シャフトを備えていることを特徴とするダブルクラッチギア装置。 - 上記第二駆動ユニット(38)における駆動シャフトの回転軸(45)は、上記第一及び第二クラッチ(3,4)の回転軸(8)に対して離間した位置で平行に延びていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のダブルクラッチギア装置。

- 上記第一駆動ユニット(37)は、ダブルクラッチユニット(2)の入力側(7)と接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載のダブルクラッチギア装置。
- 上記第一駆動ユニット(37)のローター(40)は、ダブルクラッチユニット(2)の回転可能なクラッチハウジングと一体回転するように該クラッチハウジングに接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のダブルクラッチギア装置。
- 上記第一駆動ユニット(37)は、上記第一または第二入力シャフト(9,10)のいずれか一方に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載のダブルクラッチギア装置。
- 上記第一駆動ユニット(37)のローター(40)は、上記第一または第二入力シャフト(9,10)のいずれか一方と一体回転するように接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のダブルクラッチギア装置。
- 上記第二駆動ユニット(38)は、上記第一または第二入力シャフト(9,10)のいずれか一方に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載のダブルクラッチギア装置。
- 上記第二駆動ユニット(38)の駆動シャフトには、上記第一または第二入力シャフト(9,10)のいずれか一方に配設された歯車と噛み合う歯車が配設されていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のダブルクラッチギア装置。
- 上記第二駆動ユニット(38)の駆動シャフトには、上記第一または第二入力シャフト(9,10)のいずれか一方に配設されたチェーンホイル(42)及びチェーン(43)を介して接続されるチェーンホイルが配設されていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のダブルクラッチギア装置。
