由于两个离合器、两个输入轴以及设置在输入轴上的定齿轮和松齿轮包包括档离合器同轴布置以及由于电机与它们同轴布置,该双离合器变速器具有相对大的轴向结构长度。当双离合器变速器装入具有预先给定位置的汽车中是会产生问题。因为特别是当该双离合器变速器要连同发动机一起相对于行驶方向横向地安装时,汽车发动机室内部提供的位置是非常有限的。提供位置有限的问题日益加剧,因为要注意到变速箱的前进档数量增多的趋势。一个附加的前进档一般意味着在一个输入轴上设置一个另外的齿轮和进一步加长轴向结构长度。
从DE 198 50 549公开一种具有仅一个电机的双离合器变速器,该电机可以根据要求通过一个转换装置接在第一或第二输入轴上。虽然可以通过一个这类的转换装置节约一个电机。然而与具有两个电机的双离合器变速器比较,这两个电机例如在最大载荷时并联运行,该单个的电机必须有较大的尺寸,以提供一个与两个电机的单机功率的总和相当的功率。然而一个这样大的电机也会导致位置问题。
发明内容
因此,本发明的任务在于,提供一种具有两个驱动单元的双离合器变速器,它尽管具有高数量的前进档然,但仍具有相对较小的轴向结构长度。
本发明任务的解决方案是,提出一种双离合器变速器,它特别是用于汽车中,具有一个双离合器装置,该双离合器装置包括一个第一离合器和第二离合器,其中,第一离合器和第二离合器具有一个共同的旋转轴线;具有一个第一输入轴和一个第二输入轴,其中,第一输入轴通过第一离合器、第二输入轴通过第二离合器可以与一个发动机连接;具有多个可换接的、用于将输入轴与至少一个输出轴连接的齿轮对;和具有一个第一驱动单元和一个第二驱动单元,通过这些驱动单元可实现双离合器变速器的一个串联的和/或并联的混合模式,其中,第一驱动单元与第一和第二离合器同轴线地布置并且在径向方向上包围这些离合器,第二驱动单元具有一个驱动轴,该驱动轴具有一个与这些离合器的旋转轴线不同的旋转轴线。从进一步的技术方案中可以得知有利实施方式。
第一驱动单元与第一和第二离合器同轴地布置并且在径向方向上包围这些离合器,并且,第二驱动单元具有一个驱动轴,该驱动轴具有一个与这些离合器的旋转轴线不同的旋转轴线,由此可以实现一个具有相对较短轴向结构长度的变速箱。如果第一驱动单元的轴向尺寸小于双离合器装置的轴向尺寸,则第一驱动单元的设置实际上对轴向结构长度没有影响。第一驱动单元从径向方向看连接在双离合器装置上,其中第一驱动单元的内径大致相当于双离合器装置的一个外径。
因为第二驱动单元的驱动轴不与这两个离合器的旋转轴线重叠,所以第二驱动轴可以与这些离合器以及也与第一驱动单元在空间上分开地设置。在此,第二驱动单元的设置原则上可自由选择。
在一个优选实施例中,第二驱动单元的驱动轴的旋转轴线与两个离合器的旋转轴线平行地、有间距地延伸。两个旋转轴线的这种设置使得易于将第二驱动单元耦合到两个输入轴中的一个上或耦合到至少一个通常平行于输入轴延伸的输出轴上。
在一个优选实施例中,第一和第二输入轴与离合器的旋转轴线同轴地设置。在此优选这些输入轴中的一个以空心轴构成。
第一驱动单元可以以具有一个定子和一个转子的电机构成。在第一驱动单元的根据本发明的设置中,环形的转子被设置在环形的定子与双离合器装置之间。
在一个优选实施例中,第一驱动单元与双离合器装置的一个输入侧连接。只要第一驱动单元是一个具有转子和定子的电机,则在这种情况下转子无相对转动地与发动机或与发动机的曲轴连接。因此转子和曲轴总是具有相同的转速。
作为替代方式,第一驱动单元可以与这些输入轴中的一个连接。如果又以一个具有定子和转子的电机作为驱动单元为基础,则该转子无相对转动地与输入轴中的一个连接。以变速器技术看,第一驱动单元从发动机出发看连接在双离合器装置的后面。
优选第二驱动单元与这些输入轴中的一个连接。在第一驱动单元与输入轴中的一个连接的实施例中,第二驱动单元应符合目的地与另一个输入轴连接。这创造了这样的可能性:两个输入轴的转速可通过各自的驱动单元彼此独立地控制。这样可以例如使一个输入轴的转速与输出轴的转速同步,由此换档离合器可以没有同步单元地被构成为形状配合的离合器。此外可以通过驱动单元在输入轴上施加一个转矩以支持发动机。作为替代方案也可以,第二驱动单元不是与一个输入轴而是与输出轴连接。
优选在第二驱动单元的驱动轴上设置一个齿轮,该齿轮与输入轴之一上的一个齿轮啮合。在此,在相应输入轴上的该齿轮可以是一个齿轮对的一个定齿轮或一个松齿轮,设置该齿轮对用于将输入轴与输出轴连接。这节省了用于连接上第二驱动单元的单独的齿轮。
作为替代方案可以在驱动单元的驱动轴上设置一个链轮,该链轮通过一个链与输入轴之一上的一个链轮连接。由于该链(长度,走向),第二驱动单元距输入轴旋转轴线的距离基本上可自由选择。
“链”的概念在这里应该在封闭的、环行的牵引机构的意义上理解。与此相应,一个链轮代表一个轮或一个盘,它能够使得牵引机构与承载该轮或该盘的轴构成传力链地或形状配合地连接。

具体实施方式
图1示出一个双离合器变速器,该双离合器变速器总体用1标记。该双离合器变速器1具有一个带有一个第一个离合器3和一个第二离合器4的双离合器装置2。一个在这里只示意表示的发动机6在双离合器装置2的一个输入侧7可以无相对转动地固定在一个法兰盘5上。
第一离合器3和第二离合器4具有一个共同的旋转轴线8。与该旋转轴线8同轴线地设置一个第一输入轴9和一个第二输入轴10。该输入轴9被构成为空心轴。在此,第一离合器3在闭合状态中将第一输入轴9与双离合器装置2的输入侧7或与发动机6连接。该第二离合器4用于使第二输入轴10与发动机6连接。
该双离合器变速器1此外还具有一个第一输出轴11和一个第二输出轴12。这两个输出轴11,12各自的旋转轴线平行于旋转轴线8延伸,然而与它相距一距离。为了将这两个输入轴9,10与两个输出轴11,12相连接,设置5个齿轮对13,14,15,16,17。每个齿轮对包含各一个定齿轮和一个松齿轮,在此,定齿轮具有下标f、松齿轮具有下标l。例如在第一输入轴9上无相对转动地设置齿轮对13的一个定齿轮13f,该定齿轮与一个松齿轮13l啮合,该松齿轮装在第二输出轴12上。如在图1中所看到的,在输入轴9,10上只设置齿轮对13至17的定齿轮13f,14f,15f,16f,17f。
在输出轴11,12上设置了多个换档离合器18,19,20,21,22。这些换档离合器在这里只是示意性地用画有对角线的矩形示出,其中两个换档离合器只通过一个矩形画出。例如换档离合器18用于将与它对应配置的松齿轮16l与第一输出轴11无相对转动地相连接。如果在松齿轮16l与第一输出轴11之间形成一个这样的无相对转动的连接,齿轮对16就可以将一个转矩从第二输入轴10传递至第一输出轴11上。
如果换档离合器18闭合或者说接合,则双离合器变速器1的第六前进档被置入。分别由齿轮对13,14,15,16,17中之一所确定的各个前进档II,III,IV,V,VI用罗马数字在图1中标出。
通过分别与第一输出轴11或与第二输出轴12无相对转动地连接的齿轮23,24,可以将一个施加在输出轴11,12上的转矩传递到一个环形齿轮25上。然后该环形齿轮再将施加在那里的转矩继续传递给一个差速器26,该差速器将转矩分配到轴27,28上。
除第一输出轴11和第二输出轴12外该双离合器变速器1还包括另一个输出轴,即一个第三输出轴29。该第三输出轴29也具有一个无相对转动地设置的齿轮30,该齿轮与环形齿轮25处于啮合状态。此外,该第三输出轴29与一个停车齿轮31不相对转动地连接,由该停车齿轮经过齿轮30可以使环形齿轮25止动。齿轮23,24,30分别具有相同的直径并且处在一个共同的平面中。
在第一输出轴11和第三输出轴29之间设置了一个中间轴32。该中间轴32承载一个与松齿轮14l啮合的齿轮33。此外在该中间轴32上同样无相对转动地设置了一个齿轮34,该齿轮与第三输出轴29上的一个松齿轮35啮合。通过一个与松齿轮35对应配置的换档离合器36可以使松齿轮35与第三输出轴29无相对转动地连接。当换档离合器36接合时,双离合器变速器1的第一前进档I被置入。
为了在第一前进档I中将转矩从第二输入轴9传递到第三输出轴29上,将换档离合器19打开或该换档离合器必须是打开的。在这种情况下,松齿轮14l不向第一输出轴11传递转矩,而只是用于从定齿轮14f至齿轮33的转矩传递,由该齿轮将相应的转矩通过中间轴32,齿轮34,此时无相对转动地连接的松齿轮35传导到第三输出轴29上。如果相反置入了第三前进档III,则松齿轮14基于此时闭合的换档离合器19将一个转矩传递到第一输出轴11上。在此换档离合器36必须是打开的。
此外,该双离合器变速器1包括一个第一驱动单元37和一个第二驱动单元38。这两个驱动单元37,38被构造成电机。第一驱动单元37或第一电机37同轴于离合器3,4地设置并且在径向方向上包围这些离合器。在此第一电机37的轴向延伸尺寸大致相当于离合器3,4或双离合器装置2的轴向的外部尺寸,这样,电机37对双离合器变速器1的轴向结构长度没有影响或只有很小影响。
第一电机37具有一个定子39和一个转子40。定子39和转子40各自环形构成,其中,定子39在径向方向上从外面包围转子40。转子40在径向方向看又贴靠在双离合器装置2的外面。转子40通过一个盘状的连接装置41与第一输入轴9无相对转动地连接。
第二驱动单元38或第二电机38通过一个齿轮或链轮42及通过一个闭合的、呈一个链条43形式的牵引机构与第二输入轴10连接(参看图2)。在图1中该链条43以双箭头示意地示出,它表示:在第二电机38和第二输入轴10与设置在该第二输入轴上的齿轮42之间存在连接。
电机37,38可以在双离合器变速器1运行时完成不同的任务。例如它们适合于使分别与它们连接的输入轴的转速或者与一个输出轴的转速、或者与发动机6的转速同步。这些同步使得双离合器变速器1中的换档离合器、第一离合器3和第二离合器4可以构成为无任何滑动运行的形状配合的离合器。此外,电机37,38可以用于发动或起动发动机6或用于在高负载时支持该发动机。两个电机37,38不仅能够以发电机运行,也能够以电动机运行。
该双离合器变速器1没有设置机械式的倒档。装备有这种变速器的汽车的倒驶通过以下方法实现:两个电机37,38或这两个电机中的一个以一个与发动机6的旋转反方向的旋转方向旋转。例如第一电机37的转矩可被用于该汽车的倒驶,其中,力线(Kraftfluss)经过在第一前进档I时也处于载荷下的齿轮传导。
从图2可得知各个轴9,10,11,12,32,29与一个环形齿轮25的旋转轴线44如何相对布置。此外我们清楚,第二电机38的一个旋转轴线45与旋转轴线8隔开距离地布置。
图3示出双离合器装置2连同第一电机37的一个变化形式,该电机在径向上包围前述双离合器装置。在图1的实施例中转子40无相对转动地与第一输入轴9连接,然而在这里转子40无相对转动地与双离合器装置2的输入侧7连接。这意味着,转子40通过法兰盘5总是以发动机6的转速旋转。在转子40和两个离合器9,10之间设置一个扭转减振器46。

Claims (11)

1.双离合器变速器(1),特别是用于汽车中,
具有一个双离合器装置(2),该双离合器装置包括一个第一离合器(3)和一个第二离合器(4),其中,第一离合器(3)和第二离合器(4)具有一个共同的旋转轴线(8);
具有一个第一输入轴(9)和一个第二输入轴(10),其中,第一输入轴(9)通过第一离合器(3)、第二输入轴(10)通过第二离合器(4)可以与一个发动机(6)连接;
具有多个可换接的、用于将输入轴(9,10)与至少一个输出轴(11,12,29)连接的齿轮对;和
具有一个第一驱动单元(37)和一个第二驱动单元(38),通过这些驱动单元可实现双离合器变速器(1)的一个串联的和/或并联的混合模式,
其特征在于,第一驱动单元(37)与第一和第二离合器(3,4)同轴线地布置并且在径向方向上包围这些离合器(3,4),第二驱动单元(38)具有一个驱动轴,该驱动轴具有一个与这些离合器的旋转轴线(8)不同的旋转轴线(44)。
2.根据权利要求1的双离合器变速器(1),其特征在于,第二驱动单元(38)的驱动轴的旋转轴线(44)与离合器(3,4)的旋转轴线(8)平行地、有距离地延伸。
3.根据权利要求1或2的双离合器变速器(1),其特征在于,第一和第二输入轴(9,10)与这些离合器(3,4)的旋转轴线(8)同轴线地设置。
4.根据权利要求1至3中的一项的双离合器变速器(1),其特征在于,第一驱动单元(37)被构造成具有一个定子(39)和一个转子(40)的电机。
5.根据权利要求1至4中的一项的双离合器变速器(1),其特征在于,第一驱动单元(37)与双离合器装置(2)的一个输入侧(7)连接。
6.根据权利要求5的双离合器变速器(1),其特征在于,第一驱动单元(37)的转子(40)无相对转动地与双离合器装置(2)的一个可旋转的离合器壳体连接。
7.根据权利要求1至4中的一项的双离合器变速器(1),其特征在于,第一驱动单元(37)与输入轴(9,10)之一连接。
8.根据权利要求7的双离合器变速器(1),其特征在于,第一驱动单元(37)的转子(40)无相对转动地与输入轴(9,10)之一连接。
9.根据权利要求1至8中的一项的双离合器变速器(1),其特征在于,第二驱动单元(38)与输入轴(9,10)之一连接。
10.根据权利要求9的双离合器变速器(1),其特征在于,在第二驱动单元(38)的驱动轴上设置了一个齿轮,该齿轮与输入轴(9,10)之一上的一个齿轮啮合。
11.根据权利要求9的双离合器变速器(1),其特征在于,在第二驱动单元(38)的驱动轴上设置了一个链轮,该链轮通过一个链(43)与输入轴(9,10)之一上的另一个链轮(42)连接。
