Description

用于机动车的变速器以及用于机动车的动力传动系
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于机动车的变速器以及一种包括这样变速器的用于机动车的动力传动系。变速器在这里特别是称为多挡变速器,在该多挡变速器中通过切换元件优选自动地能切换多个挡、亦即在变速器的驱动轴和从动轴之间的固定传动比。切换元件在这里例如是指离合器或制动器。这样的变速器主要应用在机动车中,以便使驱动单元的转速和转矩输出特性以适当的方式匹配于车辆的行驶阻力。
背景技术
本申请人的专利申请DE 10 2012 207 017 A1描述了一种具有权利要求1前序部分所述特征的多级变速器,该多级变速器设置用在机动车的前置横向驱动装置中。在这样的变速器中要注意短的轴向结构长度,因为变速器通常要设置在内燃机和车轮悬架或者机动车的结构之间。此外,变速器的从动部应尽可能靠近于变速器的驱动侧设置,以便在驱动桥的差速器和驱动轮之间的半轴可以构造成尽可能长的。这减小了半轴万向节的弯曲角度因而及其在运行中的载荷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,这样修改在现有技术中已知的多级变速器,使得变速器的从动部更靠近于变速器的驱动侧设置。
所述目的通过权利要求1的特征实现。有利的构造方案由从属权利要求、说明书以及附图得出。
一个行星齿轮组包括一个太阳轮、一个行星架和一个齿圈。在行星架上可转动地支承有行星轮,这些行星轮与太阳轮的齿部和/或与齿圈的齿部啮合。负传动比行星齿轮组称为包括在其上可转动地支承有行星轮的行星架、包括太阳轮并且包括齿圈的行星齿轮组,其中,至少其中一个行星轮的齿部不仅与太阳轮的齿部、而且与齿圈的齿部啮合,从而当太阳轮在行星架固定的情况下旋转时,齿圈和太阳轮沿相反的转动方向旋转。正传动比齿轮组与刚刚描述的负传动比行星齿轮组的区别在于,正传动比齿轮组具有可转动地支承在行星架上的内侧行星轮和外侧行星轮。在此,内侧行星轮的齿部一方面与太阳轮的齿部、而另一方面与外侧行星轮的齿部啮合。此外,外侧行星轮的齿部与齿圈的齿部啮合。这导致,在行星架固定的情况下,齿圈和太阳轮沿相同的转动方向旋转。
变速器包括驱动轴、从动轴、第一至第三行星齿轮组以及第一至第五切换元件。第一行星齿轮组和第二行星齿轮组在此分别构成为负传动比齿轮组,并且设置在一个共同的齿轮组平面中。该齿轮组平面垂直于驱动轴的转动轴线定向。设置在一个共同的齿轮组平面中理解成,这两个行星齿轮组的各元件的主要部分设置在该共同的齿轮组平面中。
第三行星齿轮组具有第一元件、第二元件和第三元件。第一元件始终通过第三行星齿轮组的太阳轮形成。如果第三行星齿轮组构成为负传动比齿轮组,则第二元件通过第三行星齿轮组的行星架形成,并且第三元件通过第三行星齿轮组的齿圈形成。如果第三行星齿轮组构成为正传动比齿轮组,则第二元件通过第三行星齿轮组的齿圈形成,并且第三元件通过第三行星齿轮组的行星架形成。
驱动轴与第三行星齿轮组的第一元件持久地相连接。从动轴与第二行星齿轮组的齿圈持久地相连接。第一行星齿轮组的齿圈与第二行星齿轮组的太阳轮以及与第三行星齿轮组的第二元件持久地相连接。第一行星齿轮组的行星架与第二行星齿轮组的行星架持久地相连接。
通过闭合第一切换元件,驱动轴能与第一行星齿轮组的太阳轮连接。通过闭合第二切换元件,第三行星齿轮组的第三元件能被不可转动地固定。通过闭合第三切换元件,第二行星齿轮组的太阳轮能被不可转动地固定。通过闭合第四切换元件,第二行星齿轮组的行星架能被不可转动地固定。通过闭合第五切换元件,驱动轴能与第二行星齿轮组的行星架连接。
按照本发明,构成在从动轴上的设置用于将功率传递到变速器内部的或变速器外部的差速器上的齿部和所述三个行星齿轮组按照如下的轴向顺序设置:齿部、在所述共同的齿轮组平面中的第一和第二行星齿轮组、第三行星齿轮组。在此,“轴向顺序”参照驱动轴的转动轴线或者每个轴线平行于该驱动轴的转动轴线定向的轴线。通过与在现有技术中已知的布置结构相比,本变速器的轴向结构长度可以通过该布置结构进一步减小。此外,从动齿部现在可以更靠近于变速器的驱动接口设置。当差速器设置在与变速器相同的壳体中时,该差速器是变速器的组成部分。
优选地,所述第一切换元件沿轴向设置在齿轮组平面和第三行星齿轮组之间,第一行星齿轮组和第二行星齿轮组设置在所述齿轮组平面中。由此,也有利于从动齿部更靠近于变速器的驱动接口设置。
按照一种优选的构造方案,所述第三切换元件至少局部地沿径向设置在第一切换元件之外。因此,第一切换元件和第三切换元件的元件设置在一个共同的平面中。通过这样的径向嵌套,可以使变速器的轴向结构长度短。
优选地,所述第二切换元件的元件和所述第三行星齿轮组的元件设置在一个共同的垂直于驱动轴的转动轴线定向的平面中。通过这样的径向嵌套,可以使变速器的轴向结构长度短。
按照一种可能的构造方案,所述第四切换元件沿轴向直接设置在第三切换元件旁边。对此备选地,所述第四切换元件可以沿径向设置在滚动轴承之内,该滚动轴承至少设置用于相对于变速器的不可转动的构件沿径向支撑从动轴。两个方案有利于变速器的沿轴向短的构造。
原则上,这五个切换元件中的每个切换元件可以构成为形锁合的切换元件、亦即例如构成为爪齿式离合器,或者构成为力锁合的切换元件、亦即例如构成为片式离合器。优选地,所述第四切换元件构成为形锁合的切换元件。形锁合的切换元件在闭合状态下通过形锁合建立连接,而在打开状态下突出优点在于比力锁合的切换元件小的拖曳损失。通过在打开状态下小的拖曳损失,改善了变速器的效率。按照一种备选的构造方案,所述第四切换元件可以构成为力锁合的摩擦切换元件,该摩擦切换元件的片仅仅具有无衬片的摩擦面。换言之,摩擦切换元件的每个片的盘形的基体不具有施加到片上的摩擦衬片。但这样一个摩擦切换元件的个别片的或所有片的摩擦面可以是经过热处理的、例如氮化的。这样的摩擦切换元件针对高的单位面积压力而设计,并且因此可以构成为具有小的摩擦面和少量片。因此,可以减小这样的切换元件在打开状态下的拖曳损失。
优选地,所述从动轴的齿部沿轴向设置在第五切换元件和齿轮组平面之间,第一行星齿轮组和第二行星齿轮组设置在所述齿轮组平面中。按照一种备选的构造方案,所述第五切换元件可以沿径向设置在所述从动轴的齿部之内。两个方案有利于变速器的沿轴向短的构造。
按照一种优选的构造方案,所述第三行星齿轮组构成为正传动比齿轮组。由此可以改善变速器的挡位分级。
优选地,所述变速器包括电机,该电机具有不可转动的定子和可转动的转子,其中,转子持久地或者可通断地与驱动轴处于作用连接。持久的或者可通断的连接在此可以构成为直接的连接或者间接的连接。在转子直接地、不可相对转动地连接到驱动轴上时,电机同轴于驱动轴设置。在构成为间接的连接时,转子经由固定的传动比持久地或可通断地连接在驱动轴上,例如经由牵引器件传动机构、经由至少一个圆柱齿轮组或者经由附加的行星齿轮组,其中,该行星齿轮组的一个元件被不可转动地固定。牵引器件传动机构的例子是链传动机构。
按照一种优选的构造方案,所述电机设置成轴线平行于驱动轴,由此可以使变速器的轴向结构长度短。
优选地,在所述从动轴的齿部与变速器内部或变速器外部的差速器之间的功率传递借助两级的圆柱齿轮组、借助链传动机构或者借助单级的圆柱齿轮组和后接的行星齿轮组构成。所有方案有利于变速器的沿轴向短的构造。
变速器可以具有一个或多个扭转减振器,所述扭转减振器设置用于缓冲转动振动并且优选设置在变速器的驱动接口和驱动轴之间的作用连接中。这样可以缓冲由变速器外部的驱动单元产生的朝向驱动轴的转动振动。
此外,变速器可以具有分离离合器。通过闭合分离离合器,变速器的在其上构成有与变速器外部的驱动单元(连接)的接口的那个轴与驱动轴连接。这个轴也称为连接轴。分离离合器可以构成为力锁合的或形锁合的离合器。
原则上,可以按已知的方式在变速器上游连接起动元件,例如液力变矩器或者摩擦离合器。这样的起动元件也可以是变速器的整体的组成部分,方式是变速器的一个或两个切换元件用作起动元件。在变速器用在机动车动力传动系中时,起动元件能实现起动过程,方式是起动元件能实现在构成为内燃机的在变速器外部的驱动单元和变速器的从动轴之间的打滑状态。
变速器可以是用于机动车的动力传动系的组成部分。除了变速器之外,动力传动系还具有内燃机,该内燃机经由所述至少一个扭转减振器而与变速器的驱动轴转动弹性地连接或者能连接。在驱动轴和内燃机之间可以存在分离离合器,该分离离合器可以是变速器的组成部分。差速器的输出轴与机动车的驱动轮相连接。如果变速器具有电机,则动力传动系能实现机动车的多种驱动模式。在电动行驶运行中,机动车由变速器的电机驱动。在内燃机式的运行中,机动车由内燃机驱动。在混合动力运行中,机动车不仅由内燃机、而且由变速器的电机驱动。
持久的连接称为在两个元件之间的始终存在的连接。这样持久连接的元件始终以在其转速之间的相等的相关性转动。在两个元件之间的持久连接中,不可能存在切换元件。因此,持久的连接不同于可通断的连接。持久不可相对转动的连接称为在两个元件之间的始终存在的其相连接的元件因此始终具有相同转速的连接。
术语“闭合切换元件”理解成如下过程,在该过程中这样操控切换元件,使得该切换元件在闭合过程结束时传递大量转矩。形锁合的切换元件在“闭合”状态下不允许转速差,而在力锁合的切换元件中在“闭合”状态下在切换元件半体之间希望或不希望地可能形成小的转速差。

具体实施方式
图1示意性示出根据本发明第一实施例的变速器G。变速器G具有一个驱动轴GW1、一个从动轴GW2、一个第一行星齿轮组P1、一个第二行星齿轮组P2、一个第三行星齿轮组P3、一个第一切换元件A、一个第二切换元件B、一个第三切换元件C、一个第四切换元件D以及一个第五切换元件E。第一行星齿轮组P1和第二行星齿轮组P2分别构成为负传动比齿轮组,并且设置在一个共同的齿轮组平面RSE中。第一行星齿轮组P1在此沿径向设置在第二行星齿轮组P2之内。第三行星齿轮组P3构成为正传动比齿轮组并且设置在一个垂直于驱动轴GW1的转动轴线定向的平面RSE3中。齿轮组平面RSE同样垂直于驱动轴GW1的转动轴线定向。
第三行星齿轮组P3具有第一元件E13、第二元件E23和第三元件E33。第一元件E13通过第三行星齿轮组P3的太阳轮形成。第二元件E23通过第三行星齿轮组P3的齿圈形成。第三元件E33通过第三行星齿轮组P3的行星架形成。如果第三行星齿轮组P3构成为负传动比齿轮组,则此外第一元件E13通过第三行星齿轮组P3的太阳轮形成,第二元件E23通过第三行星齿轮组的行星架形成,并且第三元件E33通过第三行星齿轮组的齿圈形成。
驱动轴GW1与第一元件E13持久地相连接。从动轴与第二行星齿轮组P2的齿圈E32持久地相连接。第一行星齿轮组P1的齿圈E31与第二行星齿轮组P2的太阳轮E12以及与第三行星齿轮组P3的第二元件E23持久地相连接。第一行星齿轮组P1的行星架E21与第二行星齿轮组P2的行星架E22持久地相连接。
通过闭合第一切换元件A,驱动轴GW1能与第一行星齿轮组P1的太阳轮E11连接。通过闭合第二切换元件B,第三元件E33能被不可转动地固定。通过闭合第三切换元件C,第二行星齿轮组P2的太阳轮E12和第一行星齿轮组P1的与之持久连接的齿圈E31能被不可转动地固定。通过闭合第四切换元件D,第二行星齿轮组P2的行星架E22和第一行星齿轮组P1的与之持久连接的行星架E21能被不可转动地固定。通过闭合第五切换元件E,驱动轴GW1能与第二行星齿轮组P2的行星架E22和第一行星齿轮组P1的与之持久连接的行星架E21连接。
从动轴GW2在一个区段上具有齿部GW2A,该齿部设置用于在从动轴GW2和变速器内部的或变速器外部的在图1中未示出的差速器之间传递功率。该齿部根据功率传递的机理构造,例如在借助链传动机构传递功率时构造成链轮齿部或者在借助圆柱齿轮传动机构传递功率时构造成斜齿的圆柱齿轮齿部。直接在齿部GW2A径向内部设置有滚动轴承GW2L,该滚动轴承至少适合于相对于变速器G的不可转动的构件、例如相对于与变速器G的壳体GG不可相对转动地连接的轴承盖沿径向支撑从动轴GW2。
齿部GW2A沿轴向设置在第五切换元件E和齿轮组平面RSE之间。齿轮组平面RSE沿轴向设置在齿部GW2A和第四切换元件D之间。第四切换元件D沿轴向设置在齿轮组平面RSE与沿径向彼此嵌套的第一切换元件A和第三切换元件C之间。第一切换元件A和第三切换元件C沿轴向设置在第四切换元件D和第三行星齿轮组P3之间。第二切换元件B在平面RSE3中沿径向设置在第三行星齿轮组P3之外。
这五个切换元件A至E示意性地作为力锁合的切换元件示出。这仅可看作是示例性的。这五个切换元件A至E中的每个切换元件也可构成为形锁合的切换元件。在此,图2示出变速器G的第二实施例,其中,第四切换元件D在不变的位置中构成为形锁合的切换元件。
图3示意性示出根据本发明第三实施例的变速器G,其基本上与在图1中示出的第一实施例相当。第四切换元件D构成为形锁合的切换元件并且现在沿径向设置在从动轴轴承GW2L之内。构成在该小的有效直径上导致形锁合连接的制造耗费减小。图4示出按照第三实施例的变速器G的机械结构的剖视图。

图9示意性示出机动车的动力传动系。内燃机VKM经由扭转减振器TS而与变速器G的连接轴AN相连接。在图9中示出的变速器G与本发明的在图3中示出的第三实施例相当,其中电机EM设置成轴线平行于驱动轴GW1。这仅可看作是示例性的。内燃机VKM也可经由扭转减振器TS直接地与变速器G的驱动轴GW1连接。动力传动系可以构造成带有每个具体实施例,带有或者没有电机EM。动力传动系可包含液力变矩器,该液力变矩器可设置在内燃机VKM和变速器G的驱动轴GW1之间的力流中。这样的变矩器也可包括跨接离合器。本领域技术人员将根据外界边界条件自由配置动力传动系的各个部件的布置结构和空间位置。施加在从动轴GW2上的功率经由差速器AG分配到机动车的驱动轮DW上。在图9中在一个剖切平面中示出了差速器AG、从从动轴GW2到差速器AG的功率传递、电机EM以及在电机EM和驱动轴GW1之间的功率传递。这仅可看作是示例性的。所选择的图示仅应该图解说明构造。差速器AG和电机EM也可设置在不同的剖切平面中。

4.根据权利要求1至3之一所述的变速器(G),其特征在于,所述第二切换元件(B)的元件和所述第三行星齿轮组(P3)的元件(E13、E23、E33)设置在一个垂直于驱动轴(GW1)的转动轴线定向的平面(RSE3)中。
5.根据权利要求1至4之一所述的变速器(G),其特征在于,所述第四切换元件(D)沿轴向直接设置在第三切换元件(C)旁边。
6.根据权利要求1至4之一所述的变速器(G),其特征在于,所述第四切换元件(D)沿径向设置在滚动轴承(GW2L)之内,该滚动轴承设置用于相对于变速器(G)的不可转动的构件沿径向支撑从动轴(GW2)。
7.根据上述权利要求之一所述的变速器(G),其特征在于,所述第四切换元件(D)构成为形锁合的切换元件或者对此备选地构成为力锁合的摩擦切换元件,该摩擦切换元件的片仅仅具有无衬片的摩擦面。
8.根据权利要求1至7之一所述的变速器(G),其特征在于,所述从动轴(GW2)的齿部(GW2A)沿轴向设置在第五切换元件(E)和齿轮组平面(RSE)之间。
9.根据权利要求1至7之一所述的变速器(G),其特征在于,所述第五切换元件(E)沿径向设置在所述从动轴(GW2)的齿部(GW2A)之内。
10.根据权利要求1至9之一所述的变速器(G),其特征在于,所述第三行星齿轮组(P3)构造成正传动比齿轮组。
11.根据权利要求1至10之一所述的变速器(G),其特征在于,所述变速器(G)具有电机(EM),该电机的转子直接地或者经由固定的传动比、持久地或者可通断地与驱动轴(GW1)处于作用连接。
12.根据权利要求11所述的变速器(G),其特征在于,所述电机(EM)设置成轴线平行于驱动轴(GW1)。
13.根据上述权利要求之一所述的变速器(G),其特征在于,在所述从动轴(GW2)的齿部(GW2A)与变速器内部或变速器外部的差速器(AG)之间的功率传递借助两级的圆柱齿轮组、借助链传动机构或者借助单级的圆柱齿轮组和后接的行星齿轮组构成。
14.用于机动车的动力传动系,其中,所述动力传动系具有内燃机(VKM)和根据权利要求1至13之一所述的变速器(G),变速器(G)的驱动轴(GW1)通过至少一个变速器内部的或变速器外部的扭转减振器(TS)直接地或者经由分离离合器(K0)而与内燃机(VKM)转动弹性地相连接,并且机动车的驱动轮(DW)与差速器(AG)的输出轴相连接。
